I drop my vehicle off at 7:45 a.m. at 11:30 a.m. I stopped by to check in on my vehicle and see how the progress was going the parts were still on the shelf and the mechanic had not even started on what ended up only being a 45-minute job.

From Eddie my tow driver and the ride to the repair center, I felt I was in capable hands. When I arrived at the repair center, immediately I was greeted outside by Mark the estimator. After verification of the assignment by State Farm he helped coordinate my ride to the Enterprise. Inadvertently Enterprise sent 2 pick up drivers and Mark called me to make are I had gotten there. Though not his job, he reached out anyway just to check on me. I was kept updated by Mark through each step. I cannot tell you how much it meant to me that someone cared. I will recommend Bob Utter to everyone i know that needs help after accident and any service. 5 stars is not enough. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

The service department was awesome to work with. Matt and David went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of with a loaner vehicle while my car was there a week even though their boss said I didn't need one. They kept me informed the whole week. Thanks you guys.

Tommy Ellis took care of us the whole way through the process. We did the credit app online and the first time we showed up to the dealership was to pick up our new car. He met all of our needs with payment and length of terms. He went all the way to another dealership to find the right vehicle. He really listened to my wishlist and even got more than I expected. Great Job Tommy and the whole Bob Utter Crew!

My experience was phenomenal! I was browsing online for a good priced car with great deals and Bob Utter KIA had the best prices than any other dealership in DFW area. I actually accidentally quoted for a car and got a call withing minutes. At the beginning I was not sure how this was going to work, and thought it would be a push over sales call, but to my surprise, it wasn't. I talked to Jane, who was so sweet and great over the phone. She actually tried to help me get the car I wanted at a very reasonable price. She was very helpful throughout the entire process, answering any questions I had, and making my dream of owning a KIA Forte Gt-Line come true! The entire transaction was very transparent and not pushy at all, like other car dealership who promise they want to help but don't deliver. Jane and KIA delivered great pricing, great financing and amazing customer service. The day I went to pick up my car it was late and everyone was very friendly and attentive after a long day of work. Thank you Jane for the amazing work you did and helokg me out get what I was looking for in a car!

Great experience. After several bad experiences at other dealerships, Bob Utter Kia was easy to work with. They were prepared, did exactly what they said would do. I drove off in my new Kia 90 minutes after I got there. Jay Townsend was organized, respectful of my time and made this a great experience.

That s why I drove 250 miles to purchase an auto here when I could have done so nearby. I wasn t disappointed and u won t either. Good selection, price and friendly folks.

Absolutely the best car experience we ve had this far!

We started looking for a new vehicle and central Kia of Plano was running a special. We started with them and had an absolutely horrible experience!

So, we called Bob Utter Kia and started working with Doug. Doug was very helpful in every aspect of the sale. We were treated like equals and not roadkill like Central Kia of Plano!

I came in today , December 1st to get my breaks checked . Well after the initial test drive the mechanics decided it was the rotars that needed to be tabled ! So they explained every move and there intentions throughly with me before starting the work ! I cannot express enough the EXTREME PROFESSIONAL
ATTITUDE as well as EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE displayed throughout my entire stay ! Along with the 10 or 12 point service check which was free as part of your overall experience ! Tire pressure , fluids , EVERYTHING was given the most professional attention I ve ever gotten in any other service station ANYWHERE ! ! Hands down I ll be telling everyone I come into contact with that these guys are THE BEST OF THE BEST and recommend them to get all there service done right there !

I can't recommend Bob Utter Ford and Doug Mangrum ...

I can't recommend Bob Utter Ford and Doug Mangrum enough. My wife and I purchased a new 2015 F250 and a used 2015 Explorer in the past 2 weeks and both transactions were smooth and easy. No surprises or gimmicks like you've probably come to expect from most dealers and salesmen. Doug is first class and is NOT your typical salesman that will say anything just to make a sale. He is knowledgeable about what he's selling and will tell you like it is. Overall just a great buying experience. A+!

Update: Bought a new 2018 F150 from Doug recently. Still the best price and the best customer service around in my opinion. Service went above and beyond on a small warranty issue as well. Highly recommend!

This is the second vehicle I have bought from bob utter ford. I have 3 kids one 7 year old one 2 year old and one that was just 2 weeks old the customer service was great not only do they make buying a vehicle easy and painless they are very friendly to not just me as a buyer but to my kids as well. The staff made it easier to buy a vehicle when we couldn't find a babysitter at such short notice. I would really like to thank Kenzie Avery and the rest of the bob utter staff for there help

It has been one year since I received my 2012 Explorer. I have been completely satisfied and amazed at all the new technology and safety features I was able to get on this SUV!
From the first moment I walked into this dealership I was completely taken care of, in all my needs concerning what car I was interested in. Malcolm Ross could not have been more helpful in discerning what I was looking for and in getting me into the perfect car. Even after I drove off, I was contacted a few times by Malcolm to make sure I understood all the features of the vehicle and was completely satisfied with my choice. The service department has been wonderful with my oil changes and tire rotations. I can't say enough about Malcolm Ross and Bob Utter Ford!! I will be a returning customer!!! Thank you, Malcolm!!!!!

Bob Utter Ford in Sherman was Very helpful and accommodating. Tommy, Chis and Danny were extremely helpful and honest. They went out of there way to make us Feel comfortable and welcome. We would recommend this Ford dealership over anything in the Metroplex.

I can't say enough great things about the staff in...

I can't say enough great things about the staff in the service department here!!! I got a flat tire on the way to a weekend of camping with my girl scouts, and lucky for me we were relatively close to Bob Utter Kia. The tow truck came pretty quickly, and it was like having my own pit crew in the service department here. Everyone I met was so kind. It's actually tempting to drive up here from Dallas for my routine maintenance, they were so helpful and knowledgeable.

The only bad thing I can say about this experience with Bob Utter Kia is that I think all those girl scouts may now have unrealistic expectations! They're never going to see speed/service/kindness elsewhere like we experienced here.

I never write any reviews, but after talking to my family, I felt obligated. A few days ago we came in to look at a vehicle, and before the girl even got our information we left. When she walked up, we could smell alcohol on her. She had darker hair, was young, and I believe her name was Mackenzie, or just Kensie. We were so distracted by the smell, that we just brushed off her off that we were only just looking at cars, and left. Such a young girl, I pray this review may help get her help.

Most of the associates that I dealt with at Bob Utter were great. But you know there has to be that one bad apple in every bucket. And because of him it ruined the whole experience. I would like to think Joe for being very nice, and I want to say his name was Jason,maybe, he was very helpful too. The lady who took care of the final paperwork getting my car back for me was also great and kept apologizing! Kristy was the original one who was handling the recall on my car, she took care of getting me a loner..it was super nice car! The guy who called and told me MY car was ready was an ass. He was rude, and hateful. Not only to me but about Joe. And I took that very offensive. You don't cut you associates down to a customer.
There for that one person, ruined the whole thing. Kristy wasn't .there when I went to pick it up so the others dealt with me, and could tell I was pissed when I walked through the door. Some of your people need high praise for being super AWESOME!!!!, but that one, well they knew how I felt.

The tow truck driver was told to pick up a while Lincoln so I was kept waiting a bit long until that was clarified.
There was a $27 fee for chemical and parts disposal which was not required but I was billed for. It was refunded after I brought this to the service writer s attention, but I wonder how many people are charged for services not rendered and never question the bill?

I ve gone back and forth with in the last 3 weeks and the issue was resolved. Every car I have owed has been bought here but that s the last time I buy a car from here. And you get a free car wash and supposedly it wasn t working then I drive by there and it s working just fine ! I don t know if he didn t want to take it or what s going on but I surely won t be coming back! Not even for an oil change or a recall!!

While it was a quick and nice experience buying a vehicle here. They failed to run the vehicle I was purchasing through the system to see if there were recalls or field service actions on it the day I purchased it. Supposedly the one service action came in right before I purchased so "they didn't know anything about it." Yet when I looked at FordPass it showed the night I purchased it. And online several are saying it was issued in May 2019 not Aug 2019. Now just two days later I have to find time to take it in to have it addressed. Big miss on their part and made me disappointed in the service. If this hadn't happened they would have a higher review.

Spent all day shopping for a loaded mid size Sadan in Sherman today. The best deal we found was a 2018 Kia Optima. The sales rep Mr Wicklund was knowledgeable, friendly and very patient. Mr Ross in the finance dept was effienct and informative on all aspects of the finance of the purchase of our new car. Before we left tech rep Danny explain all details and settings in the car and even set up/sync my phone. The entire experience was simple and stress free. 10/31 The sales personnel are very nice and helpful. The finance department on other hand are crooks. Agreed to finance vehicle for around 30,686 and during trying to find financing, the finance processer marked the price up about $1,000. He did not go over the
finance application, only told us what the monthly payment and for how many months; then had us sign electronically.

Seriouly the BEST EXPERIENCE EVER. Kenzie is the Best ever!! For the most part she was able to take care of it all over the phone. I drove from Dallas by the time I got there all that was left was to test drive the car and sign a few papers. The whole team was very friendly and truely took care of all of my concerns and needs. I now have a great midsize SUV for my family to grow into. I could not be more pleased with the whole experience. I was out of there in less than 2 hrs. I will refer all of my friends and family to these guys. Thank you BOB UTTER FORD for making my car owning dreams come true.

WORST dealership as far as service department... EVER. I ve had my 2015 Kia Soul in twice for the same engine/transmission issues and low tire pressure light on dash still not fixed. The sales advisor Roy is the rudest man I ve ever met.

Rating 5 stars because of Jonah Peters. He is by far the best salesman I have came across. I tried multiple dealerships, everywhere from Mitsubishi to Chevy. It took me 4 months. I was on my last nerve with slimy, shady, pushy salesman trying to take me for everything I had or bait and switch tactics. I was sick and tired of going back and forth between dealerships. My grandma had recommended Jonah because of another family member who also had a great experience buying with him.

I honestly didn't know it was possible to find a salesman who actually cared for my well-being and financial future. I told him what I was looking for and what I could spend and he made it happen without sending me into crippling debt. For a first time car buyer, I can vouch with confidence that Mr. Peters can make your experience an enjoyable one. Will be coming back here as long as he works there.

P.S. I would also advise Malcolm if you decide to do in-house financing. He was a cool guy that patiently worked with me.
