Very professional place to do business as I am a first time car buyer and very young. Treated me with respect. Was kind of frustrated that I wasn't going to finance through them. Also didn't fix a recall that was issued in August and still sold me the vehicle and let me drive it for a weekend before notifying me. And sold the car to me with 3600 miles on it and wouldn't discount an oil change at 5000 miles since I only drove it for 1400 miles. But other than that a nice place. Will up the stars if they contact me about the oil change.
UPDATE: These guys contacted me within 24 hours and wanted to make sure that I was taken care of. I really appreciated the quick response and for them to make it right. This has now been the best experience I have had at a dealership yet.
I love how welcoming the staff treated us today. They were very reassuring and explained what was wrong with our vehicle so thoroughly. Definitely will continue to service my car here. God bless them, and the price was just right.

Only place I've used since moving to Sherman. They are so helpful with filing claims with my warranty. Staff is always so friendly. My car has never taken more than a 2 day turn around.
I would say may sales experience with the salesman Terry was pretty good. Very personal individual attentive, knowledgeable and seemed to listen.
HOWEVER, paperwork- My dealings with the Finance Manager Dustin was terrible and am of the opinion what he attempted to do was completely intentional and unethical. When we initially sat down, I informed Dustin that I am purchasing the truck and are not interested at all in any other warranties. Nor am I interested in service plans other than what Ford provides with the truck. Despite this being the case, Dustin pushed too hard to sell a warranty on the electronics. Then proceeded to tell me that an extended purchased warranty or service plan would cover any items that come up on the truck. And it would not matter if I made any engine or drivetrain modifications which we all know is not true. This despite me specifically telling him up front when we sat down, I appreciate any options you have however let s save each other s time.
In the BUYERS ORDER Dustin prepared the itemization on the amount financed, selling price and all pertinent financials. On said document Dustin attempted to include their Premier Guard/Blue Steel and the gap insurance. Between the both +- 4K. Why this is so wrong is that Dustin started talking about what each document I was signing and then quickly turned it over to sign on the back side. Fortunate for me I caught this, and the items were both removed from my documents, however without a doubt it changed the mood I the office we needed to complete the paperwork.
When I asked him to better explain, he quickly pulled the buyers order back and threw it in his shredder pile

Just leased a Kia. Ryan Hill treated me well and got me into what I could afford and what was best for me at this time. I can t speak for the car(Kia Forte) itself at this point after I just made the deal but it has a lot of features that I enjoy and has a bit more punch to it than you d expect. They re a lot more user friendly than they used to be as well. I ll definitely purchase from Ryan at Bob Utter Ford again.

I bought a 2016 F-150 from Bob Utter Ford in Sherman with Chris Mitchell as the salesman. The process was simple, easy and efficient. It's great to discuss options in an honest manner and not have to worry about hidden tricks or protecting your bank account.
After purchase there was a cosmetic problem that needed repair. Chris and the dealership went to great lengths to fix the problem and make sure I was happy. And I am.
One word can describe my experience with Chris and Bob Utter Ford, "Integrity". We need more of that in the world.

I have been doing business with Bob Utter Ford for around 20 years now. I don't know if that will continue. They have opened one of the Ford Fast Lane buildings at their location, which is fine for quick stuff like oil changes, state inspections, etc. But the last time I took my car in for an oil change, they said that the next time i needed an oil change, i needed to get my brakes worked on. I asked if i needed to set up an appointment with the main shop to get that done. They said that no, they could take care of it. Early in February, i needed to get my car inspected, so I took it in for that. At that time, I asked about setting up an appointment to get my brakes worked on. They told me that they didn't make appointments because it wouldn't be fair for move someone ahead of someone who came in earlier. This aggravated me because my wife had brought her car in for an oil change a few weeks earlier and they had moved 2 guys ahead of her because "they had an appointment ".
So today I brought my car in for the work on my brakes and the oil change. Unlike the main shop, they did not tell me that it would several hours for the work and also like their main shop, they did not offer to give me a lift anywhere. So I sat in their waiting room for 4 hours while they worked on the car.
The Fast Lane Center has been opened for several months now and bugs like this. I may start using a Ford dealer elsewhere if their customer service doesn't improve.
I brought my commercial vehicle in for an oil change and they had it completed in less than an hour! I didn't even have an appointment. Running a business and being able to get one of my service vehicles completed this fast is a great help.

A little slow to be called quick change but overall a good job. It took about 50 minutes for a oil change and tire rotation. I guess they don t vacuum out your vehicle here. But no big deal as I prefer to clean my own truck. The staff were very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. I would use them again
10/26/20 review of Service Dept. I had to have recall work done on my truck. We had a bit of a rough interaction in the beginning but everything got worked out. Truck was dropped off at 8:30am, both front and rear cameras were replaced, picked up truck at 1pm. Everything is currently working. 4 stars.
Very clean nd friendly place. They have a great room for the kiddos. Not only are they very affordable they also do services in a timely matter any time of day.

We had a WONDERFUL experience purchasing our 2020 Kia Soul. Mike Mounce handled everything exceptionally well and even though we did the majority of the process online, it felt personal. Mike was available for all of our phone calls, questions and texts. We when came to the dealership, the process was simple and streamlined. Mike gave us the keys to the one we had picked out, we went for a test drive and then signed the paperwork. Afterwards, Mike gave us a Kia Soul tutorial and set up the Apple CarPlay. It literally took less than 2 hours from start to finish.

Had my oil changed 2 days ago and my car sat the day after. Check engine light came today after they ran diagnostics two days ago. They said that they couldn t do anything for me and didn t even recommend places around here for me to go. I even bought my car from here.

ABSOLUTELY PATHETIC SERVICE DEPARTMENT. VERY RUDE AND CONDESCENDING!! When asked to speak with Bob, the service manager says, Bob who . I m always told the same story, we don t have a loaner car for you AND I WAS TOLD, if you don t buy here, you don t get a loaner car by the service department manager. I was also told, WE DONT NEED YOUR BUSINESS . Meanwhile, we are still waiting on a fuse box cover for my wife s Expedition from OVER A YEAR AGO. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!

I took my Kia Soul in to this location for an oil change and was greeted immediately. Phillip was the member who was helping me today, and he did an excellent job of taking care of my car care needs, as well as making me feel like a valued client.
I opted for The Works oil change today... as was so glad I did. I got the oil changed, fluids checked/filled, tires rotated, filters changed, brakes checked, and even got my little Silver Bullet (the name for my car) washed.
For the most part, I hate taking my car to get serviced. I hate the waiting, and mostly hate they way most places lack explanation of the services. I did not get that here. Phillip was great at making sure I knew what was happening and why.

I hate the process of buying a car. The back and forth and all. But our salesman was awesome. He knew we didn't want to spend all day there and he made it happen. Great place and people.
I purchased new tires & was also supposed to get an oil change done & car wash. When I was told the car was ready, it appeared that the new tires were the only thing done. The car was NOT washed & it appeared that the oil had not been changed. No new oil change sticker was placed on inside of windshield & the hood had grass underneath the edges, indicating it had not been raised up. I have no way to verify that the oil was actually changed, despite the dealer claim that it was. Very disappointed in the service!
