Very professional place to do business as I am a first time car buyer and very young. Treated me with respect. Was kind of frustrated that I wasn't going to finance through them. Also didn't fix a recall that was issued in August and still sold me the vehicle and let me drive it for a weekend before notifying me. And sold the car to me with 3600 miles on it and wouldn't discount an oil change at 5000 miles since I only drove it for 1400 miles. But other than that a nice place. Will up the stars if they contact me about the oil change.

UPDATE: These guys contacted me within 24 hours and wanted to make sure that I was taken care of. I really appreciated the quick response and for them to make it right. This has now been the best experience I have had at a dealership yet.

I would say may sales experience with the salesman...

I would say may sales experience with the salesman Terry was pretty good. Very personal individual attentive, knowledgeable and seemed to listen.
HOWEVER, paperwork- My dealings with the Finance Manager Dustin was terrible and am of the opinion what he attempted to do was completely intentional and unethical. When we initially sat down, I informed Dustin that I am purchasing the truck and are not interested at all in any other warranties. Nor am I interested in service plans other than what Ford provides with the truck. Despite this being the case, Dustin pushed too hard to sell a warranty on the electronics. Then proceeded to tell me that an extended purchased warranty or service plan would cover any items that come up on the truck. And it would not matter if I made any engine or drivetrain modifications which we all know is not true. This despite me specifically telling him up front when we sat down, I appreciate any options you have however let s save each other s time.
In the BUYERS ORDER Dustin prepared the itemization on the amount financed, selling price and all pertinent financials. On said document Dustin attempted to include their Premier Guard/Blue Steel and the gap insurance. Between the both +- 4K. Why this is so wrong is that Dustin started talking about what each document I was signing and then quickly turned it over to sign on the back side. Fortunate for me I caught this, and the items were both removed from my documents, however without a doubt it changed the mood I the office we needed to complete the paperwork.
When I asked him to better explain, he quickly pulled the buyers order back and threw it in his shredder pile
Just remember Bob Utter Pledges to you the Customer Bill of Rights!!!...
You have the right to honest info, thorough explanation of finance/purchases, prompt and efficient service with a genuine concern for your time, tight to choose what I want. And best of all
You have the right to expect us to keep our promises to you!!
Its rather comical.
This issue is why I would be hesitant (most likely not) on recommending anyone to make Bob Utter Ford your premier or best option to purchase a vehicle is noted above.

Nicest bunch of folks I ve ever had any dealings with while buying a truck... Great prices, super friendly staff, and an awesome selection of vehicles... Kyle Rothenberger was the most patient sales consultant I ve ever had... no pressure and LISTENED to my wants, and paired me up with my dream truck... hope to not need them for a while, but when I m in the market again, Bob Utter Ford will be my first place to go...

Providing great customer service and quickly got the service done and for less than what I was quoted. Philip was just great keeping me informed on what was going on with my car. I recommend Bob Utter s service center whole heartedly.

January 2, 2019 Jane had everything ready. In and out in no time as I had a drive back to Midland in sketchy weather. All very professional and courteous. Got me instructions on the things I needed to know about my new truck. All in all I would highly recommend the folks at Bob Utter Ford in Sherman.

Great service throughout the sale. This was the best truck buying experience we have ever had. Jane our sales consultant was absolutely the best from start to finish. We knew what we wanted and she made it happen. Can't say enough good about her. Super person, not your typical pushy sales person. The whole buying experience was WAY above average. Kit in the finance department had everything ready when we arrived, and made it so painless. Great dealership, great people. Thanks Mr. Utter for putting the right team together. We have and will recommend The Utter Dealership to all we know looking for a vehicle, and will be back for our next one. We drove 230 miles to buy our vehicle from Utter and will do it again. GREAT JOB.......

Just leased a Kia. Ryan Hill treated me well and got me into what I could afford and what was best for me at this time. I can t speak for the car(Kia Forte) itself at this point after I just made the deal but it has a lot of features that I enjoy and has a bit more punch to it than you d expect. They re a lot more user friendly than they used to be as well. I ll definitely purchase from Ryan at Bob Utter Ford again.

Wonderful buying experience!!! Tommy and Jamie worked very hard to get the numbers that worked for me,besides getting a great deal on a new f 150 I got top dollar for my trade!!! Malcom in finance was awesome too,overall could not have been any better!! I would highly recommend Bob utter ford to any friend or family.

I bought a 2016 F-150 from Bob Utter Ford in Sherman with Chris Mitchell as the salesman. The process was simple, easy and efficient. It's great to discuss options in an honest manner and not have to worry about hidden tricks or protecting your bank account.

After purchase there was a cosmetic problem that needed repair. Chris and the dealership went to great lengths to fix the problem and make sure I was happy. And I am.

One word can describe my experience with Chris and Bob Utter Ford, "Integrity". We need more of that in the world.
Would I buy a car there again. Definitely!

As always, Roy and the guys and gals in the shop treated me well.

I have been doing business with Bob Utter Ford for around 20 years now. I don't know if that will continue. They have opened one of the Ford Fast Lane buildings at their location, which is fine for quick stuff like oil changes, state inspections, etc. But the last time I took my car in for an oil change, they said that the next time i needed an oil change, i needed to get my brakes worked on. I asked if i needed to set up an appointment with the main shop to get that done. They said that no, they could take care of it. Early in February, i needed to get my car inspected, so I took it in for that. At that time, I asked about setting up an appointment to get my brakes worked on. They told me that they didn't make appointments because it wouldn't be fair for move someone ahead of someone who came in earlier. This aggravated me because my wife had brought her car in for an oil change a few weeks earlier and they had moved 2 guys ahead of her because "they had an appointment ".
So today I brought my car in for the work on my brakes and the oil change. Unlike the main shop, they did not tell me that it would several hours for the work and also like their main shop, they did not offer to give me a lift anywhere. So I sat in their waiting room for 4 hours while they worked on the car.
The Fast Lane Center has been opened for several months now and bugs like this. I may start using a Ford dealer elsewhere if their customer service doesn't improve.

I brought my commercial vehicle in for an oil change and they had it completed in less than an hour! I didn't even have an appointment. Running a business and being able to get one of my service vehicles completed this fast is a great help.

A little slow to be called quick change but overal...

A little slow to be called quick change but overall a good job. It took about 50 minutes for a oil change and tire rotation. I guess they don t vacuum out your vehicle here. But no big deal as I prefer to clean my own truck. The staff were very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. I would use them again
10/26/20 review of Service Dept. I had to have recall work done on my truck. We had a bit of a rough interaction in the beginning but everything got worked out. Truck was dropped off at 8:30am, both front and rear cameras were replaced, picked up truck at 1pm. Everything is currently working. 4 stars.

Utter Ford treated me with kind personalized service from the minute I parked my car. Everyone involved in the process was understanding and listened to my concerns as they met my requests. I was treated as a family member and I highly recommend the dealership to anyone to has not purchased a vehicle in the last twelve years. It is a different experience from the old days. Everyone worked to explain the process and make me comfortable. The F150 was beautifully detailed and ready to go when I picked it up. Thanks to all those who took care of me. Well done

We had a WONDERFUL experience purchasing our 2020 Kia Soul. Mike Mounce handled everything exceptionally well and even though we did the majority of the process online, it felt personal. Mike was available for all of our phone calls, questions and texts. We when came to the dealership, the process was simple and streamlined. Mike gave us the keys to the one we had picked out, we went for a test drive and then signed the paperwork. Afterwards, Mike gave us a Kia Soul tutorial and set up the Apple CarPlay. It literally took less than 2 hours from start to finish.

Great service. From the time we walked on the lot, we were treated like family. Our sales agent was fantastic. She listened to what we needed, suggested vehicles based on that, and put us in the right vehicle at the right price. This was one of the easiest dealership purchases I ve ever made. We are new to the area and plan on retiring here. They have made a customer for life. The next time we need a Ford, we will definitely be back.

They were knowledgeable and answered all my million+ questions. ABSOLUTELY PATHETIC SERVICE DEPARTMENT. VERY RUDE AND CONDESCENDING!! When asked to speak with Bob, the service manager says, Bob who . I m always told the same story, we don t have a loaner car for you AND I WAS TOLD, if you don t buy here, you don t get a loaner car by the service department manager. I was also told, WE DONT NEED YOUR BUSINESS . Meanwhile, we are still waiting on a fuse box cover for my wife s Expedition from OVER A YEAR AGO. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!

Great experience. No hassle, very honest. The sales Rep Ryan Hill was very courteous and promptly answered all my questions. No back and forth. Was honestly one of the best/easy car buying experiences I have had. Ryan even delivered the car to me, about an hour away, pretty cool.

I highly recommend Bob Utter Ford and be sure to ask for Ryan Hill, you wont be disappointed.

Kyle was amazing! Never had a car buying experience like this before. The entire process was so smooth and I'm still in shock with how it went. I'm not one to normally leave reviews but it was seamless. Got me a great offer on my trade in, price on the vehicle was already the best anywhere around (I've been looking at vehicles for 3 weeks prior to even showing up to make sure I did all my research). I don't think I could ask for more! Great job and I'll be back in the future!

I took my Kia Soul in to this location for an oil change and was greeted immediately. Phillip was the member who was helping me today, and he did an excellent job of taking care of my car care needs, as well as making me feel like a valued client.

I opted for The Works oil change today... as was so glad I did. I got the oil changed, fluids checked/filled, tires rotated, filters changed, brakes checked, and even got my little Silver Bullet (the name for my car) washed.

For the most part, I hate taking my car to get serviced. I hate the waiting, and mostly hate they way most places lack explanation of the services. I did not get that here. Phillip was great at making sure I knew what was happening and why.

Thank you Bob Utter Kia for making this a painless oil change trip for me!

I purchased new tires & was also supposed to get a...

I purchased new tires & was also supposed to get an oil change done & car wash. When I was told the car was ready, it appeared that the new tires were the only thing done. The car was NOT washed & it appeared that the oil had not been changed. No new oil change sticker was placed on inside of windshield & the hood had grass underneath the edges, indicating it had not been raised up. I have no way to verify that the oil was actually changed, despite the dealer claim that it was. Very disappointed in the service!
