I had the greatest experience ever at Bob Utter Ford service dept. Joe Westoff was my service adviser. He knew exactly how to handle my vehicle s problem and did it quickly!!! He kept me very updated through the whole process. Because of him I will drive the 40 mile drive for any service I will need in the future!!!
