I just bought a new 2019 from the dealership in Plano, but I live in Texoma so I get my car serviced at the Sherman Dealership.

This is my second oil change, but first one in their new quick lane be advised, it s not quick at all. Took 2 hours and it looked like they had a full staff.

The customer service was great, and had a welcoming atmosphere. They picked the wrong name for their new oil changing service - so expectations versus reality are off.

Also, the clear coat on my 2019 Kia is peeling so that s worrying.

Jason is amazing. He takes all the time to make sure his customer is happy. I am a little demanding and I was afraid this might push him to the edge, but he was cool all the way to the end!!!! He is HONEST, which is something rare these days. Keep up the good work. Found a place for my truck to get serviced.

Worked with Ryan, he was not enthusiastic to put us in a an explorer or try another comparable... he said most "starter cars" are ford focus... he was not willing to go above and beyond. I left and went to a different car lot the same day and left with a jeep! Happy with my decision!

I took my Kia Soul in for a routine oil change, tire rotation, and systems check. When I got home I noticed the technician had checked the block that there was no spare tire; therefore, it is evident, he had not checked the spare. There is a full size spare tire in my Kia Soul.

Have been a customer of Bob Utter since 2006. From the very first truck from them I only had one awsome experience after another. My first sale guy Dustin is now in finance, he passed me to Malcom ,but he ended up in finance also. Currently i am dealing with Johna and like i said awesome and then some. Very professional all the time, not pushy, I became friends with all of them over the years. Whenever I had any issues, 3 or 4 over all these years , all I had to do was call one of the guys and they took care of me. I got to met Jason in service department also , and again the same level of professionalism and good old customer care. I love Bob Utter , they are like family. I sent my friends and family to them before and continue to do so every time I have a chance. I know they will be treated right and get what they want.

I always take my truck here for service. They never try to persuade me to have things serviced that don't need it. They are always fast and do just what is expected. Took the truck in once for a transmission issue, couldn't down shift to first. I was expecting a pricey transmission repair. The did not charge me for the rock removal from my shifting mechanism lol. Cost me a lottle more this trip but actually less than anticipated. These folks are great!! I am always 100% satisfied with service here.

Best car buying experience I have ever had. I live a couple of hours away and the deal was basically done over the phone. Once I got there, everything was as advertised, no pressure, no lies, no making me sit around for half the day while the salesman and "manager" were talking.

In and out, short and sweet, and with a detailed and filled up truck. Adam Hulsey (salesman), and Malcom Ross (finance) were genuine and never made me feel that I was getting a bad deal. I would recommend Bob Utter Ford to anyone and especially Adam.

My recent car purchase was not the best experience...

My recent car purchase was not the best experience... on day 16 I received a notification to "pull my car over when safe immediately- check hybrid system". Fast forward a phone call to where we got the car BOB UTTER FORD and I learned this was my problem as the NEW car owner. I was told by several people that this was a good dealership and Bob Utter would take care of me- so I wanted to give the dealership a chance to make it right. I called my insurance (Farmers) and thankfully had put towing on our policy previously and made arrangements for a tow truck to come and take me to Classic of Texoma. Thanks YO MOMMA TOWING. At this point I've called and left a voicemail for the man I bought the car from, Mike Mounce. The next day my car was looked at and diagnosed with a small leak in the radiator and was "bone dry" and told the cost was about $1,100. I'm shocked to hear this as I'M STILL ON THE SAME TANK OF GAS I DROVE OFF THE DEALERSHIP IN!! I call Bob Utter again to follow up and once again am told I need to speak with the man who sold me the car... so I leave ANOTHER voicemail. (Side note- he has still not called me back A WEEK later )
After an hour of waiting on Friday, I called to speak to a manager as I am hopeful Bob Utter will make this very unfortunate circumstance right. I get a Jaime Gladen on the phone and he seems to want to help and says he will look into it. Fast forward 2.5 hours when I got off work and headed down to Sherman to hear the solution since my car is in the shop and waiting for parts to be ordered over the weekend, etc. Apparently Jaime was not expecting me, but met with me anyway. After pointing out how I felt very vulnerable and this first time car buying experience from Bob Utter has been very poor...and how I was disappointed in how little help I'd received on there end in this mess. I pointed out Classic of Texoma (whom I've never done business with) put me in one of their fleet vehicles for free! He tried to tell me Bob Utter had towed my vehicle... but as stated above it was not true. After implying I was a liar 3x in a row *in a very loud, rude tone* I revealed the picture i had taken from the morning before. He proceeded to ask what I wanted and I asked for an apology over that altercation... Next thing I know I'm being escorted out of Bob Utter. On the way out I asked for a different manager and fortunately I spoke with someone more level headed. The agreement we came to was I'd buy an extended warranty for $1,560 and Bob Utter would cover the broken radiator. While I do feel this was the best solution to the worst situation- I WILL NEVER BE SHOPPING AT BOB UTTER AGAIN. I have never been spoken to by a man like Jaime Gladen spoke to me and when I mentioned this to an associate (while signing up for the warranty) I was informed Jaime doesn't know how to speak to beautiful women Please learn from my unfortunate mistake not to buy a gently used vehicle and/ or do business with those two men.

As for customer service and reliability these guys are awesome. I just can t see can t see spending that kind of money on an oil change and tire rotation. Then again it s not their fault I m cheap.

I have been a customer of Bob Utter Ford for a long time..I've purchased 4 vehicles from Debbie Larkin. Always a positive experience. This time I bought a Lincoln MKC and I love it. I Used the parts Dept.today and Transaction was quick.
Then went to service department to have the mudflaps installed. Philip took care of everything and I was in and out quickly
Can highly recommend Bob Utter Ford for all your vehicle needs.

No unnecessary haggling. No hidden fees. Just a straight forward and pleasant car buying experience. After countless phone calls and texts with several other dealerships, I quickly realized how great of a deal I was getting. Totally worth the drive from Laredo, Texas.

Worst place I've been as for service department. Went to have my oil changed as per my Kia maintenance and it was horrible. They claimed they couldn't get my plan on phone tho I had no problems. They supposedly tried twice as did I and I had no problems. Then I had to pay for it because they stated they didn't have time to get the people on phone...told me I needed to cancel my contract, no other dealership has had any problems..will never use this place again..

Always dependable, speedy, and courteous! Plus, in waiting room, they have pastries from Panera Bread, good magazines, and vending machines, computer wifi,... What more could you want?! Seriously, love these guys cuz oil changes, inspections, tune ups are painless!
I think their commercials are a hoot, too!

We have a 2018 Explorer limited From Bob Utter we bought in June of 2018
It has 20k miles now and we have enjoyed it
Last week it threw a code saying there was a problem with the fuel sensor
We immediately took it to Bob Utter and Roy Whisenant assured they would look at it and get right back with us
3-4 hours later we get a call and the techs have diagnosed and repaired the vehicle!!
It was some frayed wire and they fixed it quickly
Great service and a positive experience
Bob Utter is our only choice for all our Ford repairs

The Bob Utter team was fantastic to work with - especially Ryan H. I knew what car I wanted. Their price was lower than anywhere in Texas. I told Ryan about my bad experience at another dealer and he got me out the door for thousands less than that other dealership. They also delivered all the way to San Antonio the next day. I could not be happier. Great team at Bob Utter for sure - highly recommend and I will go through them again.

I purchased my Kia Sorento through another dealer in April of 2012. Not long after the check engine light came on. I took my vehicle into Bob Utter Ford's service department to have them see what was up. They took excellent care of me. After replacing a faulty part and returning my car, the check engine light came on again. I took it back and they worked with Kia to get it fixed. The part was again faulty. The day we came to pick it up they noticed that the check engine light came on again as they were bringing it to the front. Within a day the same part was replaced and everything was perfect. Jason made sure that my car was clean and even filled up my tank. They took excellent care of us and kept us updated on what was happening. I couldn't say enough good things about them!

Been thinking about trading for awhile so, decided to stop by their lot. Decided on used 2017 Lincoln Navigator and I fell in love. My salesman was Farron Whitefield, a most patient, kind, and attentive gentleman. We took a drive and I was hooked. No pressure at all, no games, we struck a deal as we sat outside on the bench enjoying the beautiful sunny afternoon. Farron had 3 customers, myself being one, going at the same time. Everyone I met there was very helpful and friendly. They even called in another very nice guy on Friday nite to do our closing. Everyone was very professional and made my experience a smooth decision. Top rate!

My husband and I visited this dealership on 2/14/18 in pursuit of a Ford F250. After visiting other Ford dealerships in my area (Waxahachie) and not finding what we were looking for, we decided to give Bob Utter Ford a visit. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable and made the whole truck buying process very smooth. They are very honest and straight forward. I would definitely highly recommend them to anyone who's looking to purchase a new vehicle.

Chris Mitchell is awesome!!!! He was the best salesman better than all the other hooligians salesmen!!!! Doug Mangrum is also a great salesman!!! Chris Mitchell is the man I will see again on my next purchase on another vehicle!! That great of a man should be given a raise in my books for busting his butt on getting me into my 2015 blue Ford Fusion!!! Thanks again Chris Mitchell!! I love the car!!!

Dan (The tech guy) really made sure to show how to use all the features and technology properly.
Caitlyn made the phone calls and finance super easy.
The finance guy, I forget his name but he s a raiders fan, was awesome!

This was by far the most pleasure new car purchase experience I have ever had. Utter has a great staff!!

If you're looking to have work done on your vehicle, dont take it to this dealership. They played cat and mouse with me for a couple of months because "they ordered a part that had not yet arrived" Complete and total waste of time. They kept my car for two weeks and got no work done on it at all. Very nice service, just unprofessional.

I ve gone back and forth with in the last 3 weeks and the issue was resolved. Every car I have owed has been bought here but that s the last time I buy a car from here. And you get a free car wash and supposedly it wasn t working then I drive by there and it s working just fine ! I don t know if he didn t want to take it or what s going on but I surely won t be coming back! Not even for an oil change or a recall!!

Bought a new Kia Soul from Farron Whitefield 9-21-19 - and I must say that it was the most enjoyable experience I have ever had while purchasing a new vehicle. I called Monday and told them what I wanted to purchase from the vehicles posted on their website - he took some info from me and the process started.

With a few texts - two to three short phone conversations - and filling out a credit app - we walked in Saturday morning - drove the vehicle - and walked in to sign the papers. No drama. No back and forth. The vehicle with discounts was advertised at a price we were happy with and they gave me good money for my trade.

We recommend Farron Whitefield as your salesman as he was went above and beyond and was extremely courteous and accommodating.

I traveled about an hour north to Bob Utter Ford seeking to buy this 2019 Lariat I researched online, and Eric Wicklund did a great job making my trip a success. They were very fair in their negotiations, and understood what boxes I needed checked, in order to make a deal, and delivered nicely. I would be more than willing to make that drive again out to Bob Utter Ford and work with Erick and Malcom Ross, to get my wife into some new wheels in the very near future. I came on for a 5000 mile tuneup. Not only did I hang out in a comfortable lounge area, but they mechanics did my tuneup. I got my tires rotated, car washed & vacuumed out. Plus the fella at the desk checked prices for upcoming investment for my car such as window rain guards & a spare tire. My experience was quick and painless.

One of the best car buying experiences I have had. Doug Mangrum was my sales consultant and took care of every request I had. Ran into some trouble with a dead battery only two days after purchase. Bob Utter's Team contacted the other dealership where my car was at and made it right. They just got a customer for life! Thanks! Go see them for your next service or purchase!

Over the years I have spent a lot of time in dealership service waiting rooms, but I have to admit that the waiting room at this dealership was absolutely the best I have ever experienced. Not only was it an enjoyable space with many comfortable arm chairs, but there were also many other amenities such as coffee, water, hot chocolate, cold drinks, snack machines etc., and we could look directly at the service area!! They have taken service to the next level!!

I very much enjoyed my shopping experience at Bob Utter Ford. I left 2 dealerships earlier that week, on of them because the service just was not there. My agent Doug Mangrum held the car for me, as I had to driver over one hour to get to Sherman. No going back and forth with price hikes or discounts. Just a straight forward transaction for a barely used car.
This is a place where I would enjoy to return in a few years.

Geoff was my salesman and he jumped through flaming hoops to get the deal I needed on the truck I wanted. I was astonished by the "Crazy Eddy" discount he was able to get on a new 2016 FX4 Supercrew. I live over two hours away in Cleburne, TX and it is worth every minute of the drive. I'll buy all my Ford's from Geoff in the future. Kudos to the finance manager that worked the deal as well (for the life of me I can't remember his name) Best truck buying experience to date!
