I, unfortunately, forgot about my broken seatbelt ...

I, unfortunately, forgot about my broken seatbelt until 2 days before a long trip driving my parents. Joe was understanding, polite, and kind. He had the needed part sent via over nite mail, and was able to have the car ready to go in time. Not only that, my car was well washed and bug free for the first time in weeks. It s been a nice trip. We are in Nebraska at present. Thank you, Joe. Well done.
