Everyone who helped me was wonderful. I said I had been waiting to buy a Black fully loaded Mustang Convertible and it became their mission to make sure I got just that! I ve been buying Fords for 40 years and this was the best experience I ve ever had in a Ford dealership. When I win the lottery and add a fully loaded Shelby to my collection I be going back to them!

If it is a Ford and it has a warranty, you should take it in for service. loaner or no loaner. Someone needs to teach this service department a little bit about that. Shouldn't matter where you purchased the car. Those techs are getting paid the same either way. So turning down work for your tech who's trying to hit 40+ flag for the week while your service writers are turning down an easy 3 hours flag on an hour job.

Jane was our sales person, she was awesome, very knowledgeable about all the cars, had lots of guestins for us about what kind of car we needed . No pressures no issues, all features and functions are easy to understand on my car, i love it. They connected my phone to my car its so easy to use. With Jane's help we were in and out with a new kia Sorento in 4 hours. Jane had our new kia cleaned, detailed and filled the gas tank. Love it.

I would rate Bob Utter 0 stars if I could. I would recommend never buying or getting your vehicle serviced at this particular dealership. Although some of the staff are great people, the management is very hostile and aggressive if you have any problems. PLEASE TAKE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY ELSEWHERE THESE PEOPLE ARE A SCAM!

Bob Utter Ford is the go to dealership in Grayson County, TX. They have recently updated their Service Department Areas and added the new Ford Quick Lane for fast everyday services such as getting your oil changed or tires rotated. I brought in the KIA for the oil change and tire rotation and had the pleasure of using the new customer lounge in the Quick Lane. It was an awesome experience. You have several options in the lounge, you can see right through the large glass pane windows as the techs work on your car, enjoy a nice coffee or soda and watch tv, read a magazine or like me you can connect to the free wireless and conduct business from your laptop at raised ledge. Car was completed and delivered in the time frame that Matt McEwen, my Service Advisor estimated and I was on my way!

I am the proud owner of the new Ford Fusion! I was having a lot of difficulty finding a vehicle and dealing with other dealerships and salesmen. I had almost given up as I was due to have my first baby any day- and I d been searching for months! Doug was incredible!!! No nonsense, not haggling, Black and white! He took care of me quickly and efficiently, found me exactly what I was looking for it was a done deal! This is my first new car purchase ever And I probably went to 3-4 other dealerships, before being referred to this one, where I found really good competitive pricing and i wish I wouldn t have even wasted my time with anyone else, they made the first time car buying experience a nightmare! None of them honored their advertised low pricing, they weren t transparent about anything etc. This was not the case with Bob Utter ford and Doug, like I said complete transparency, competitive pricing, straight to the point, no funny business! I was able to drive my new baby home in a brand new, nice, reliable vehicle! We will be a Life time member from here on out!

We called inquiring about a truck they had on the lot. Kenzie answered and let us know they still had it. We had been truck shopping in Dallas all day and was able to get there at 4:40...they closed at 5 that day. Kenzie was super cool, insisted we take a drive in the truck for as long as we needed. We walked away with an excellent truck that day. We live in Arkansas and will still probably come back to Bob Utter for our next vehicle purchase.

Many times dealerships get a bad rap for whatever reason, real or imagined, however this is not the case for Bob Utter Ford. I was in the market for a vehicle earlier this year and it was sort of an emergency situation. I made contact with them after speaking with a family member who had purchased a vehicle from them and was immediately put in contact with Kathy who became my salesperson. I could write an entire review about her, that s how awesome she was, but her attitude was a reflection of the commitment they have for customer service and taking care of their customers. I purchased a Ford Explorer, great price for a great (very gently) used vehicle, I d had no luck finding anything remotely in my searches in Oklahoma. About 2 weeks ago, I lost in quick succession, both of the A pillar trim pieces off of the vehicle, I later learned that this was a design flaw by Ford, and because I still had a factory windshield, it was just crazy weird situation. I immediately contacted Bob Utter Ford and explained the situation, because now I was facing about $700 worth of repairs to a vehicle that I had only owned for 3 months. I spoke with Jamie who is the Sales Manager who was incredibly helpful and understanding, even though I was probably a little perturbed by the damage to my car, he told me they would figure out a solution and try to cover the majority of the costs. Today I made a 2 hour trip to Sherman Texas to have the vehicle fixed and it only cemented their reputation for quality customer service and relationships. Jason greeted me, and immediately my appointment was honored. The vehicle was fixed in less than an hour and I was back on the road. I paid $100 as a deductible as they were able to utilize warranty services and I could not be happier. I absolutely without a doubt recommend this dealership to anyone. I plan on purchasing my vehicles from Bob Utter going forward and I encourage anyone who is reading this to do the same. I ve had those experiences that we all have, I ve walked away feeling ripped off with buyers regret, and I m happy to say that none of that happened with this purchase. Make the drive to Sherman Texas and you won t regret it.

I just bought a new F-250 from them, and the whole process was awesome. I was working with Adam Hulsey, and he was fantastic. He knows his stuff, and was a great partner throughout the process. It's a no-BS type of dealership with great prices right out of the gate. I feel like I got a fair deal on my trade-in and the new truck itself. They are kind of off the beaten path for those of us that live closer to Dallas, but it was absolutely worth the drive (I'm near Allen). I'll be buying all my new Fords from them in the future. I have lived in numerous cities in North Texas and since 1975, have made several purchases from Utter Ford in Sherman. My impression is that I have been treated more fairly and with respect at Utter Ford than in other experiences.
My most recent purchase was with Salesman Jonathan Hitchcock at Utter Ford. I believe that that he worked with me to help me get the best deal available and provide the best followup service I might expect. I have confidence in the vehicle I bought and expect to get good service at Utter Ford when I need it.
I expect I will do business with Utter Ford again in the future.

I broke down in Sherman and am from okc. The service staff was rude and would not honor my factory warranty on a brand new transmission that was replaced 2 weeks prior. Damon was super unfriendly as was the service manager. So I flatbed my truck to metro ford of okc where it s already being replaced. It was dropped off yesterday. Would not recommend bob utter ford.

Just purchased a new 2021 Kia Sorrento from Bob Utter Ford/Kia today. As someone who's been through many purchases and leases, today's experience with your team was the BEST I've ever had. Jim Brennan is a pro. He answered all our questions and was very courteous to my wife and I. Malcolm made the usually painful finance process a breeze. The tech arrived promptly and I showed him the locked vehicle. He analyzed what he needed, got his tools and went to work. He used an airbag bladder type thing, greasing it up and sliding it into the area between door and door post. He aired it up and slid in his tool tripping the door unlock. It was very quick an slick. He never explained what he was going to do or anything. He gave me the keys and handed me the keys. He left as I soon got in car and drove off, I heard a noise of air coming from the door at top. Evidently the process slightly bent the door. I have heard the hissing sound each time I drive from the air. It is a sound like the door did not close all the way. I am not sure if that goes away ever or if there is a fix for it.

He was so patient with me (as I have a very hard time making decisions!!), helpful, and made me feel very comfortable throughout the entire process. I recently asked him if he could come get my car while I was at work to get a few little scratches fixed and get a car wash. He actually came up to my work and personally handed me my keys after he took care of it and thanked me... WOW! I was the one thanking HIM! He really does put the customer first. Our first purchase with Bob Utter in Sherman won't be our last. We found a used car in outstanding condition that was priced to compete with (and beat) the metroplex dealers. Our sales rep, Kenzie, was great to work with. She was knowledgeable and made the car buying process painless. We got a great deal and couldn't be happier with Kenzie, Dustin, Jamie, and our new car.

I am 58 years old and I have never had a good experience buying cars, but Kathy made this the best car purchase experience I ve ever had. Usually the on-line prices are filled with ridiculous unachievable qualifications that you find out about when you enter the store. Then they trap you there for hours trying to convince you that you did not read the ad right. However, Bob Utter Ford, and Kathy, are stand up people that honor the prices they post. You can negotiate over the phone or by text and walk in to sign paperwork. Kathy sent me price sheets in emails and I spent less than 30 minutes at the dealership to finalize the deal. I will definitely buy from these guys again!

The basic repair (driver s door locking mechanism) request was handled very well. Matthew, the service representative, was very professional and kept me posted all through the repair.
However, the secondary repair request (the vehicle alarm system going off randomly because of the bad door locking mechanism) is apparently still an issue. The first night we had the car home, the alarm system randomly went off again.

When I came and got my car I signed the paperwork , he was kind enough to pull car up to door for me.. upon leaving I noticed my light signal on dash had not went off so I called Dan back and informed him and that I also didn t receive a copy of the work that was done. He informed me I would receive it in the mail.. and he would talk the man about light still being on and would call me back and I have not heard back from Fan are anyone from there.. so now I will need to make another trip out there to get the airbag signal cleared off my dash.

They did a great job taking care of me and my truck when I went in to get my oil change and tires rotated. They were very busy that day and told me it could be about two to two and a half hours before they could get to it. I said I could not wait that long and he then offered to let me use a loner truck if I wanted to leave my truck with them. They said they would call me when they were through, which they did and when I went to pick up my truck they also said they fixed two recalls that were due on my truck.
They are always very friendly and a pleasure to do business with.

I called earlier and was told that no one was available to help me they were at lunch and some one would call me back. Well I'm still waiting. Hopefully I can find someone other Bob utter to work on my truck.

My wife and I recently visited Bob Utter Ford to look for a new vehicle. We had been shopping for a while now trying to find the perfect vehicle for us. Tommy A. was very attentive to our needs and helped us find the perfect vehicle for our family. He was not pushy like most salesman are. We have six in our family and he showed us all of the vehicles that would hold six comfortably. Walking in to the dealership I would have never thought about the Ford Flex, but in the end it was the perfect vehicle for our family. Chris in the finance office took great care of us with all the paperwork. This by far was the best experience I have ever had at a dealership. Thanks again guys! Yall were great!

I purchased my vehicle online from out of state. Geoff Canon sent a car to pick me up at the airport and had everything ready to go when I arrived on the dealership lot. From the time I arrived, test drove the vehicle, signed all papers, went over the vehicle and had time to shoot the breeze, I was in and heading home in less than 2 hours. Geoff work very hard on getting this deal done, and made this car buying experience positive. I would definitely travel to Bob Utter Ford again to buy a vehicle from them.

I had not planned to leave a review but I was sent an email from Bob Utter Ford asking me to post a review so here it goes.

Bought the truck a year prior to the bad experience. Had been to the service dept 6 previous times with only minor issues in service - this was my 7th trip to their service dept in the last year.

I dropped off the truck on a Thursday morning and requested service (specifically asking that ALL service due at this time be performed) and I also asked that the do some repair work to various other items. Told them I would need the truck back no later than the following Monday. Was lead to believe that would be more than enough time. I actually figured they'd finish my truck sooner or at the very least I'd get a call to discuss any issues or decisions by Friday or Saturday but I heard nothing from them. Called Monday morning asking the status of my truck only to be deceived on the first call making it sound like the guy who does the front end work hadn't been available and they would need to call me back. So based on that call it sounded like that's all they needed to complete of all the requested service. When they didn't call back as I was told would happen, I contacted them again (45 minutes later) and asked how much work had been done they admitted they had done nothing at all to my truck. I got all the excuses but it appeared to me they had just forgotten about my truck until I called. I hate being deceived. Then when I showed up at the dealer they referred to me in my presence as an "Irate customer". Well, I'll have to admit when I heard that comment I did get upset. No furniture was tossed, no one was cursed out, and no threats were made. I had been lied to and then offended as I asked to talk to a manager. They really made me feel like all they wanted was to get me out of their dealership as fast a possible and be done with me. We agreed to work on the truck because I needed it for the next day. 1 of the items I asked to be repaired was not because they didn't have time since they had let 3 work days pass without touching my truck and they also didn't preform all the scheduled service on my truck that was due at that time. When I picked up my truck, the service advisor and manager that promised me they would get this all taken care of and make this right couldn't be found. So I've purchased a new truck and spent almost $1600 on maintenance over the last year to be treated in the way I was. It's like all of this was my fault and they simply wanted to get away from me as fast as possible. I've heard nothing from the management as far as a follow up and it's been over 2 weeks since this happened. I guess I've spent my last dollar at ole Bob Utter Ford. I hope this was an isolated incident. I'd hate to think they treated everyone this way. Poor costumer relations and poorly handled the entire situations from the beginning. I may be mistaken but I don't recall hearing an apology from the Service Tech that screwed this whole thing up. It was a very awkward & uncomfortable experience I don't wish to go through again.

UPDATE: After many weeks no follow up from the Service Tech that forgot about my pick up and let it set for 3 full work days until I called and then used deceptive tactics to try and minimize the impact of their mistake , No follow up from the so called manager that was going to "personally oversee this job and make sure everything is taken care of." They just removed me from their mailing list and walked away from this issue. Folks I bought a brand new truck and spent every dollar on this truck at Bob Utter Ford up to this point. I guess if I had given 5 stars I'd be a great guy, Instead I'm the guy who spoke the truth about a bad experience only because I got no reply or follow up. Would have love to have come here and edited this review to a better rating and raved how they stepped up to correct the issue but that did not happen. So much for that speech they gave me how they run toward problems, not away from them. I expected more from Bob Utter Ford.

Morning, this is Tommy Nickerson. I had a great experience at Bob Utter Ford, they have good service. They had me in and out of there, I drove from Midland, TX to Sherman, TX and made it back home the same day. Special thanks to Eric, the Sales Representative who managed everything for us. Eric had all the paperwork ready, truck washed, fueled and held the keys for us until we got there. Malcom, the Finance Manager had us in and out with all documentation ready before arrived as well. All we had to do was sign and go. Tommy, the Used Car Manager personally took care of an issue we had with the pickup, and got it taken care of quickly.
