I drove from out of town twice with an appointment...

I drove from out of town twice with an appointment only to be told they could not look at my car. The first time they said it was a computer error, the second time they didn t have a tech there and did not bother to call me and notify me until I arrived at the dealership. They told me to reschedule for the next week and they would have a car for me to drive back home since I have a toddler and an infant and it would be an all day process. When I got there they did not have a car, and I had to wait with both small children. Also, each time I was there they had to ask me the reason I was bringing my car in. They did not document it anywhere to know what the issues were. It was a very aggravating experience and they never offered any compensation of gas for driving over there each time and not being able to get my car looked at just to be turned back around and drive an hour and a half back home and putting 3 times as many miles on my car, taking away from warranty.
