We drove from Amarillo Texas to Oklahoma City on Friday afternoon to take our 2016 Infiniti QX60 for warranty work on rear hub. We were helped immediately and received a courtesy car. We received a call at 5:30 that the repairs were done and the car ready to be picked up. We arrived at 5:50 to pick up our car that had been repaired and had been washed and vacuumed out. Everyone that we came in contact with at your dealership was so friendly and professional. Thank you!

I didn't know where to start with an issue I was having with my new to me Infinity. It was a simple fix, but I was worried it wouldn't be covered under the warranty (because I am a novice at this type of stuff)
I called and Reggie in the service dept was AMAZING! Called on a Monday, had my car in on Wednesday, only took a couple hours and they gave me a loaner car to hit the mall while I waited! AND it was covered!
My experience with their customer service was two thumbs up! I love my Infinity QX30 too :)

I bought my car online thru Autotrader. I was apprehensive at first but I dealt with their sales representative Dylan West and he made it smooth and comfortable. He accurately describe the car over the phone.

He kept us posted all the way since we are from Illinois and display true professionalism. Upon arrival he walked my wife and I around the car and show us all the functions of this great car. This dealership earns a five stars in my book. This is how buying online should be. Thank you.

Tom Brousseau... Thank You so very much for everything you did for me Tom! You went so far above and beyond to help me surprise my wife, make her dream come true and get the Q60 she wanted at the price I wanted to pay. You are with out a doubt the BEST sales associate I have ever came across in all my 63 years of purchasing cars and have now set the bar! The drive from Denver to Oklahoma City to meet and work with you Tom was a fantastic experience and everyone at Bob Moore INFINITI from start to finish was great to work with. I would highly recommend to anyone looking to purchase a new car to stop in at Bob Moore INFINITI and ask for Tom... he is truly is the BEST of the Best and an asset to this dealership!

Bob Moore Infiniti, and specifically Holly, go above and beyond every time to make maintenance hassle free to customers. I have used three Infiniti dealerships since the we purchased our QX80 in 2014.... the first two did NOT even come close to providing service that was sold to us with our car. This review is long overdue from me, for Holly. She communicates thoroughly, consistently and is an amazing one point contact that cares to schedule your maintenance, loaner vehicle and documents the customers needs and tends to them. She is a valuable asset to Bob Moore and should be recognized for going above and beyond the customers expectations EVERY time.

Over the last 30 years my wife and I have owned more vehicles than I care to admit. This week we had my wife s Infinity QX-30 s first service at Bob Moore Infinity. This was 100% the best vehicle Service experience I ve ever had. The texts keeping me informed of the progress were great. Their waiting area, maintenance bays and entire facility was spot less. GREAT JOB Bob Moore Infinity.

Just wanted you to know yesterday was the most AWF...

Just wanted you to know yesterday was the most AWFUL experience of my life!!!!! REALLY?!?! IT TAKES 9 HOURS TO PURCHASE A USED CAR WHEN WE HAD OUR FINANCING IN HAND WHEN WE WALKED IN THE DOOR!!!!!

I called about the car, you told me it would be sitting there waiting for us - and it was - it took the salesman about 20 minutes to go out on the lot and find it....then the disaster began.

We really wanted the car and here are some of the many things that happened yesterday:

1) we had already arranged financing with our bank but your finance team kept pushing us to fill out an application.

2) After we had signed a contract to purchase & it was faxed to our credit union your dealership wanted check in hand b/4 we got the vehicle - even though the credit union told us they usually eml'd or faxed a draft to dealerships and then mailed actual draft.(she assured me they do this all the time) - so we had to drive from your dealership to the credit union in Shawnee, get the draft and drive all the way back!(in a loaner vehicle that the low fuel light kept flashing so I wondered if we could make the trip or would we have to stop and put gas in YOUR car.

3) The ignition switch is tricky and part of it has to be pushed in before the key will turn the car on(usually takes several tries), salesman didn't seem too concerned). Talked to a local automotive shop this morning and explained about the ignition switch and he said it most likely needs to be replaced.

4) The fob is cracked and the car cannot be locked & unlocked with the fob so now I have to go buy a fob($177.71+ programming fee) JUST TO LOCK THE CAR! Although it did work once at your dealership.

I will be calling the dealership this morning to tell them we need the title pushed thru to the credit union ASAP as we have to go to an out of state wedding and I don't want the paper tag on the car.

All in all this was the worst experience of my life with a car purchase,(don't know if it was because I am a woman, or an older person or if this is just the way you do business) I was in tears by the time we got home and I will be putting a review on your website even though I know you will probably remove it.

AND TO TOP IT ALL OFF - 99.7% of our driving is highway miles and the cruise control doesn't work!!!!

We have had the car for 3 days and including tires have already sunk over $1300 into it.

Just wish I could give you less than 1 star.

I recently had my Infiniti in for maintenance. The team had me a car ready with my favorite radio station set and the a/c on. They did a road test with me because I felt the transmission had been acting up. The trip did not produce the effects I anticipated. Upon checking codes they found several codes thrown and did a warranty repair. I always get follow up calls and maintenance reminders.

Bob Moore Infiniti is a first class Service Repair facility that takes care of me every time I use their services. I drop my vehicle off and they are already there to greet me, review my repairs or services that I have requested and get me going on my way.

Regular text updates always show progress on my vehicle. I never have to worry about what is happening with my vehicle.

The sales manager was VERY PUSHY, RUDE, AND AGGRESSIVE. Don t get me wrong I know in the car business you have to be assertive during negotiations but this sales manager took it way overboard and made the whole experience uncomfortable. He tried to compare us to previous customers and insisted that if we didn t buy that day we wouldn t come back. I proceeded to tell him that my husband and I definitely wanted an Infiniti but needed to discuss some things. His response: Well this is a Today business Certainly not the way to earn anybody s business Bob Moore.

My wife and I had a good experience with the Infiniti sales person. Blane did a good job of responding quickly to texts when we had a questions or concerns and helped us find a vehicle for a great price.
The financing part took a little longer then I m use to when I go in to purchase a vehicle with a pre-approved loan and the bank already has the money in the CUDL system. It wasn t a long time but still a little longer then usual for me. However, the finance gentleman was a nice guy and got us out of there as quick as he could. It went smoothly and he didn t try to up sell us anything after we said we weren t interested in any of their specials or extended warranties which I appreciated.

Overall the time at the dealership was a good experience. Blane our salesman was very friendly and patient while we tried out several different vehicles. He made the experience an easy one. My wife is happy with her SUV and happy about the price we paid. I would recommend the dealership to anyone looking for an Infiniti and I would recommend they use Blane.

Worst service department ever. Service manager is good at making excuses, but not much else. Screen on my brand new Q60 randomly goes black or flashes constantly. It is all over the internet that this is a known issue since 2016, yet there is still no fix for it. Yet the service manager says "they can't duplicate the issue." He knows full well this is a known issue. My car has been to the dealership twice already for this issue (90 mile trip each way for us). Also, we were given protectant for leather that has never been applied because they told me they can't do it because of COVID. When we asked today, the answer was "it's been so long, we may not be able to do it." Endless excuses and poor customer service. Not impressed with Infiniti or this dealership. I will be taking my issue to Infiniti, and then to a lawyer.

The repair was done with parts that had been on order for an extended period of time. Thanks to Tommy, my service advisor, & Tod, the parts manager, the parts were finally available. Their dedication to Bob Moore Infinity and concern to provide the best service possible is exemplary. I was provided a service loaner & the work was done timely. And Tommy made sure the vehicle washed & vacuumed before delivery. We greatly appreciate Tommy s efforts to make the job happen.

If I could give this dealership zero starts, I wou...

If I could give this dealership zero starts, I would. After procrastinating for months on purchasing a new car, I finally decided I wanted to purchase an Infiniti QX50. Bob Moore is the only choice close to me, so off I go. Jeff in finance and Tom in sales were who I met with.
I had already picked a vehicle out online that I was interested in, talked to Jeff about it. It was supposed to be ready to go upon my arrival... .BUT after a brutally long pre-test-drive quiz, trying to find out what my wants were (which was a huge waste of time), I finally test-drove the vehicle that I had originally picked out online. Loved it.
They had looked at my trade in the meantime, taking possession of my key.
I told them I only had an hour, that if they wanted to throw some numbers at me, fine, but I needed to get back to work.
Then the back-and-forth routine ensued. Constantly Tom was wanting me to initial pencil marks on a paper, saying "Just initial saying if we can do this, you'll do the deal today." No way am I going to sign or initial anything until I am purchasing a car.
No kidding - at least 10 times he asked me to initial this number, or that number, or this number. No was my answer, every single time.
After giving them the one shot at making a fair deal, or even an honest stab at it, it was a no-go. I asked for my key back.
Okay, I'll get it for you, was the answer from Tom.
Finally, after that happening twice, I got my purse, went out into the showroom, and found Jeff, demanded my key.
Then was actually, honestly, for real, asked if I would take the Infiniti home, leave my trade because he had a buyer that wanted to look at my 4-year-old trade with 123,000 miles on it. I nearly busted out laughing. This is the oldest sales tactic ever! I would have been so screwed into buying that car at whatever numbers they wanted if I had done that, because it would have been considered "taking possession" of the vehicle. I politely said, "Hell no." Finally, I was given my key, and off I go.
Never, ever, ever, in the history of ever, should anyone go to this dealership.

As a note, the Diffee family in El Reno, straight-up honest guys. Best experience I've ever had. I was stupid for not returning there. Even though I would really like an Infiniti, I will purchase another Lincoln, just because of this horrible, insulting, offensive experience.

Bob Moore, Tom, Jeff, shame on you.....
