Infiniti went above and beyond with my recent expe...

Infiniti went above and beyond with my recent experience! Paint began to peel in my 2011 QX56 and after several months working with consumer affairs, my vehicle went through paint testing and inspection. The outcome has left me a loyal Infiniti owner for years to come! My car was completely repainted and looks like new! All the issues have been repaired and then some! My vehicle is pearl white and would have been an unmatchable color if they had just spot painted! I am very pleased and appreciate the customer service I was able to gain, once getting corporate involved. Ashton, with consumer affairs was on top of the situation and did everyhe said he would do! Thank you to all involved!

The service advisor was OK everything was fine up ...

The service advisor was OK everything was fine up until it was time for me to get my car. I just came in for a simple oil change. When I got in my car my car smell like oil I thought maybe it was on his shoes or something. I drove off and the car started smoking I looked up on the hood and there was oil all over my engine. I am I Immediately called the service advisor he said that they put the oil in with a oil gun OK that s fine, but why is it all over my engine he didn t have a response. I m Very disappointing Granite I never leave messages on these sites for reviews but today I felt like this was something that needed to be addressed. If you take your vehicle there You better make sure that the technician is in a good mood and doesn t put oil all over your engine!

Best service experience I've had compared to any other dealerships that I've been to. Holly Fujii takes care of me every time I come in. She makes things very quick and easy. Even when I am short on time, she gets the job done right and in a perfect timely matter. Always courteous, super nice and the best of all, very very honest. I trust her when she recommends something or when she tells me what is not needed yet. Honesty will earn my business 110% of the time, especially when it comes to servicing my car. Highly recommend her and the great service offered at BM Infiniti.

I would rather buy from a private seller on Craigs...

I would rather buy from a private seller on Craigslist than work with Bob Moore Infiniti s financial department.

I bought a used car from BM in March 2019. In April I reached out to BM because my temp tags were expiring in 2 days and I hadn t received my title. The next day I received a response from their finance director. He explained the mileage on the car had been reported to the state incorrectly and there was a slight delay with the paperwork. But, if I wanted to come in we could re-sign the paperwork and get a new set of tags with the promise it would only take 10minutes.

This was puzzling, since BM had handled both sides of the transaction, but I agreed. Unfortunately I had to unexpectedly leave town the next day, so I texted my contact at BM when I would be back in town and I d come straight to the dealer from the airport.

Fast forward to when I get back into town and I texted my contact at BM that I had landed and would be heading over to the dealership shortly. I got there and was told she was with another client but the front desk let her know I was there and I was told it would be a short wait.

ONE AND A HALF hours later, I found out that she had actually left after she finished with her client. I was finally able to get help from someone and we got the papers signed...so much for a quick 10minute visit.

Fast forward to May and it s been 57 days since I first purchased the car...still no title. I emailed the director of finance at BM, asking for an update. He replied the next morning that the title was being mailed out that day. I did receive the title the day my tags were set to expire, putting me in a bind and giving me very little time to make it to the Tag office to file the paperwork to receive my permanent plates. Judging by the dates on the title, the state had sent the docs back to BM +2weeks prior to the expiration of my temp tags. No clue as to why there was a delay getting the title to me. I paid $399 in dealer fees for what was frankly pitiful performance. I wish I could give zero stars.

The salesman was so attentive and stayed the entire time we were purchasing the car, he and Lee in the business office, were very professional, and they made us verrry comfortable. I will definitely tell family and friends about our experience. I may have a son coming out to Bob Moore for a vehicle soon!

I recently took my vehicle in to get an issue fixe...

I recently took my vehicle in to get an issue fixed. Explained the issues to the service advisor and left my vehicle for them to fix the issue. I reached out on multiple occasions on the first day to get an update to find out that they didn t even start to look at my vehicle until after being there for 7 hours. I was contacted the next day in the afternoon that our vehicle was done. We literally got in the car to leave and the issue was still present. After talking to not only the service advisor, the service tech and the GM, we left with the issue still there. They could not explain what the issue was except that it was due to my phone. VERY DISAPPOINTING!!!
I made an appointment at another Infiniti dealership the next week and it was a total different experience. They were able to fix my car in less than 3 hours!!!!

I recently purchased a SUV, unfortunately I had a mishap with it BUT Travis (GM) stood behind not only the Bob Moore reputation but also his word!
AJ (Sales), Reggie (Service), Mike (Finance) and Blane (Sales) we re all very helpful and patient through this process making this a great car buying experience!!

We had never purchased a car off the internet, nor had we ever dealt with the Bob Moore dealership, so we were cautiously optimistic about doing so. Our salesperson, Grayson Cloyd, extinguished all concerns. He was top-notch, totally honest, professional, and he went above and beyond all expectations with customer care. Would we fly to Oklahoma City again to purchase our next vehicle from Grayson Cloyd at Bob Moore Infiniti? Absolutely!!!!!! Our experience could not have been better. Thank you!!!!!

Just purchased a new QX80 at Bob Moore INFINITI and the experience was unlike any I've had at other dealerships in the past. Heath Clem was our salesman and he was quite attentive to all my needs and wants in a vehicle. He stayed with me through the whole process of purchasing this vehicle and made sure I didn't settle for anything less than what I wanted. I would whole-heartedly recommend him and Bob Howard for all your INFINTI purchases!

We drove 2 hours to get there on a Monday evening after seeing the vehicle on Carfax. An Infinity Q50 2017 that had everything we wanted in a car. Great price, low miles and very clean. Purchased the vehicle and left the dealership around 11PM to head back home 2 hours away. This was good. Now the bad. No explanation of the features or operations of the car. Vehicle was not cleaned up or gassed up. Had about an eight of a tank. Got home and looked for the owners manual and there was none. Called the sales rep. and asked about the manual and said he would get back with me. He did text me the next day and said i could download the PDF online. Ok. 470 pages!!! Double sided 235 pages. Yeah that will fit perfect in the glove box. So we will purchase the manual on Ebay. Not much service during or after the sale. Just a feedback email. Like i said we got the perfect car at the perfect price. As for the dealership experience, not so great. I don't know if late in the evening had anything to do with it or not. I would not recommend unless they have a car at a great price you are looking for. Shop around.

I had one item that I wanted for it and spoke to Tommy in parts and he was very pleasant and helpful as well. Could not ask for a better car buying experience.

Our experience with Bob Moore INFINITY was a great one. We had an issue with our used infinity and brought to them for service. Initial repair and overview of service was appropriate and appreciated. No pressure was given to the recommended service items. After original repair they encountered another deeper issue and that was addressed on our behalf with warranty that we had in place. They showed us they were on our side to make our car as good as they could and take care of us. Very pleased and would recommend.

We bought our first family SUV from bob Moore Infiniti after being screwed over by small car lots and buying unreliable vehicles for years. From the second we stepped inside, we felt welcome and comfortable, especially since we are not a typical Infiniti customer clientele.... I had seen a SUV online and had fallen in love for it, came in, test drove it with Rick Johnson (who is not only sweet and funny but more importantly, honest) and fell in love. We were in and out within 2 hours? Smoothest car buying experience I've ever had, with the best customer service I've probably ever had from a car lot, especially with our son running around shirtless for the second half of our time later. Almost a month in? James text and says a lender has offered to lower our payment and they did with no catch! Thank you Bob Moore Infiniti! Now to get my spare key!

Give them a chance, yall! Tell them I sent you :)

I had a great experience at Bob Moore with the Bob Moore family. I worked with two different Bob Moore dealerships. I started out at Bob Moore Subaru and Gunner there was a great help. I went in to look at a Subaru Legacy and found one I wanted. Gunner tried extra hard to get me into the car but just was not able to make the deal work due to my negative equity in my car. I was in a a bit a a pickle and he knew it with me not being able to drive a standard anymore. He did everything in his power to try and help me. He then suggested that I look at Infiniti. He made a call to their new car manger and said that he thinks that they would be able to help me. To my surprise they were able to help me and get me into a car that I love. I am so happy with my Q50. I worked with Chris Higgins and he was great to work with. The finance guy was great to work with too. I can't remember his name but he help keep me in a positive mood. I was nervous because I knew my trade was upside down. He was able to get me done. Once I was finished with finance they showed me the details of my car and how everything worked. Once I got it home I noticed that there was some glue left on the chrome trim from the plastic and and something had gotten on the front of the grill. I got a follow up email from Chris and the internet manager and let them know. I got a call back from the new car manager Dustin McIntosh soon after. He told me to bring it in and they would do everything to make this better. I brought it in they gave me a loner and detailed it for me and made it look showroom perfect. Dustin and Chris were both great to work with and the exceeded my expectations. I know that there is always a chance that something will get missed like the glue, but the fact that they went above and beyond to make sure I was happy and that my car looked perfect makes me want to be a long term Bob Moore customer.

After test driving a 2017 QX80 for the weekend last July I bought a CPO car from another dealer out of state. On a road trip I noticed I had wheel locks but no supplied lock key. Assumed it was with spare tire jack. Wrong! I pulled into Bob Moore dealership without an appointment and Reggie Addington introduced himself as a Service Advisor and had me in and out within the hour. Removed old wheel locks and installed 4 new ( with a key ). You would have thought I had just bought the vehicle brand new from them by the way I was treated! Very kind and courteous.

Have been taking my car here for service ever sinc...

Have been taking my car here for service ever since I got it (been about 10 years now). It's a shame because I really enjoyed taking my car here until I realized that they will 100% rip you off and hope you don't notice, they have completely lost my trust and I will not be taking my car here ever again, let me explain. To keep it short, I replaced my engine belt WITH THEM and got a whole new belt FROM THEM and I took my car in legit a week later for diagnosis about a burning smell from the engine (whole different issue) and I got the report and they told me I needed to replace my Engine Belt because it's a couple thousand miles over due, it's almost like they just punch your car into their system with make model and year and just say "oh yea this is what needs to be done!" without even taking a look. Point is neither the mechanic nor services assistant caught that I had it COMPLETELY CHANGED AND FIXED BY THEM a week before.

Talk about fishy business. Also I got a quote on fixing the burning oil smell for around $2,000, took it to Metric Motors and had it fixed for $800. This place relies on you not doing any research to find the same services elsewhere for a much more reasonable price.

We recently purchased a QX60 at a dealership in Stillwater and they weren t able to tell us much about it. We scheduled an appointment to meet with a service advisor and Reggie was most helpful. He treated us like we had been long time customers and answered all our questions and explained everything clearly to make our experience exceptional. We went with a plan of getting a second key fob because we only received one when we purchased it and we had questions about better floor mats and warranty things. Reggie let us know they had the mats in service and because we weren t sure of the service record of the vehicle we decided to get an oil change and tire rotation while we were there. My wife left the dealership feeling like she had a brand new vehicle and lifelong friends.

Our experience with this service center has been p...

Our experience with this service center has been poor. They took months to fix a recall, never once did they reach out to us to let us know the parts were backordered. We had to keep calling. When the parts arrived the repair was slow, we were not offered a replacement car and they broke a part on our dash during the installation of the recalled item, thus requiring another visit.
In the course of the recall visits, I was informed my transmission fluid was dark and had particles in it, requiring a full drain and replace of the fluids. An expensive process. I inquired again, and asked him specifically if the fluids were indeed dark and filled with particles, he again said yes. When I informed the technician that I had just completed the 100,000 mile transmission service with another repair shop, he quickly backtracked and said the recommendation was based on the miles of the vehicle and not actual visual inspection of the fluid. When I asked him why he lied to me, he just shrugged his shoulders.
Overall, the culture at Bob Moore dealerships is deceitful and not customer oriented. We have also had misleading experiences with the Mazda and Subaru sales teams. We will always buy from Fowler and never again give Bob Moore a single cent.

Bob Moore Infiniti is outstanding! We moved to OK not knowing the Infiniti dealerships were so scarce in OK. I found Bob Moore Online and I've been ultra pleased with their services. I think I have personally dealt with each person in the service dept.and they all treat you with the upmost dignity and respect making sure you are well taken care of each and every time.

My service tech kept me updated on all of the items that needed to be repaired. I had some unexpected items come up and was advised on exact cost. A loaner was provided to me as well. I really liked that I was able to pay my bill using an electronic link.

Overall I think they did great, Reggie /my service consultant/ was very professional and friendly. Not too pushy but informative. I hope next time they would be able to provide the complimentary carwash.

I tried to get a part ordered for my aunts vehicle and they couldn't even give me a call or try to order the part. To further the blatant disregard for a customers vehicle care they had one of their mechanics who my aunt said she didn't want working on her vehicle due to the fact he didn't put the vehicle back together properly the first time work on her vehicle the second time. The vehicle actually came out worse than it went in. The manager there had the audacity to try and defend his employee and treated my aunt without any respect through the whole process. If this is how they treat veterans, I would say to all military and civilians don't do business here.

What good would it really do, we already went down this road and the manager acted very unprofessionally on the phone. My aunt is still waiting on a reply from the manager. since the damage to the vehicle from guy who did the work on her vehicle, who broker the the radiator and cracked her dash and said nothing to anybody. You all had the chance to make amends for the piss poor service and damage to her vehicle. Seriously a dealer who cant even do that. Especially when they are at fault for the damages, theres no excuse.

Took my car to this dealership, since I own an infiniti g37. I bought an extended warranty when purchasing the car and this dealership is the closest infiniti dealership around me. I took my car to have it looked at and to have some problems fixed with the usb in the car not working. I got a call that my extended warranty would not cover the part. I called and told them to not go ahead with the repairs. I found someone that can do it way cheaper. I get a call the next morning and they did the repairs and tried to state they were able to fix the usb port in 3 minutes. That was the time that i called right after. Needless to say, I am out 351 dollars for a usb port when the other place quoted me at 150 out the door including installation charges. This place didnt listen to my command and also when telling them that its not my fault they are stating that its not theirs. I will never do business here again and might even go down a legal route. Be careful here. I worked with Tommy and Reggie.

They are always very courteous when I call them and when I arrive. They tell me exactly what they re going to do. I waited while I got my oil changed and it was even ready sooner than they had anticipated. It s a very pleasant place to wait also.

My fiance and I went to this dealership bc of a vehicle we seen online. Going in we had already been approved for the loan through our financial institution but we still wanted to see what they could offer us. Now our salesperson was Larry & he was friendly and knowledgeable about the financial end of the deal. Now his mgr really didn't offer us much of anything tbh. Now given the vehicle being a pre owned..(only one other owner prior to us) and it being it great cosmetic condition we understood why they really didn't want to lower the pricing on vehicle. We test drove it and all seemed well. Since so late in the day bank couldn't send draft over until next morning which the salesperson said we wouldn't have to go turn into them that they could send it via email but that wasn't the case we had to do extra trip for that and sales said they would send vehicle through service and bring it out to our home when done & with a tank full of gas for the trouble but that didn't happen. This vehicle would and is being used for work and travel now & 6 days after we purchased vehicle the alternator went out then since its diesel both batteries went out right after that...we had to get it towed to nearest dealership for time being, at least until we figured out what our options were. We felt like Bob Moore Infiniti in Edmond could've definitely attempted to level with us on this and possibly even just take a look at the issue on vehicle since we had just purchased vehicle 6 DAYS prior to us stranded on country road but we never heard a thing back from the dealership. To me personally, that's definitely bad for business if their follow through is silence each time and after voice mails left I'm actually quite shocked that they are still up and going with how they run the customer service area. After everything and no call backs from sales or mgr we fixed all the issues on vehicle and spent more than we bargained for. Of course out of our own pockets bc like I've mentioned before the vehicle is being used for work purposes we cannot be without work now. With all that being said I rated it a 2 star which easily could've been a 1 star for me but bc Larry was so friendly the day we went in initially and his intentions seemed honest just he really couldn't do much without a mgr approval from what my perception of the situation was. We will not be going back for future vehicle purchases.

I purchased a exhaust system to be added to my car...

I purchased a exhaust system to be added to my car. Paid for the service to have my exhaust to be put on by the dealership. Drove my car for about one week before I sent it back to the dealership to get a noise in my passenger pipe to be repair. The dealership had my car for a week and I was charged almost half the price for a diagnosis just to tighten a bolt on my exhaust. The price was never explain to me for the diagnosis, I was under the impression that since the dealership put on my exhaust their would be no fee for them to fix it. Once I picked up my car and drove it about 30 miles, the noise was still there and I have to take it back to the dealership. The customer service is good but if you put a piece on a car, you should back your work and get it right in a timely manner at no charge.

I recently bought a 2012 G 37 Sport sedan from Bob Moore Infinity. My sales representative was Mark Rheudasil. He was very knowledgeable about the car and covered all of the features in a very professional way. The G 37 was fairly discounted so I made an offer which they accepted. On my trade, they came in with a low offer which was to be expected and were able to agree on a trade-in price that I was comfortable with. Chris handled the finance end and did a super job
.I never felt any pressure to buy and for me this was a good experience. I would certainly buy another car from this dealership. I hope that when I need service it will be a good experience as well.

Poor customer service. Had been waiting on information on a vehicle for a week, then they sold it from under me. Never gave me a chance to come look at it. Will not be doing business with them, and will let people know not to do business with them. very frustrating.

I have been buying cars from Bob Moore since 2012. I have never had a bad experience. I took my car in for an ABS recall. They put me in a 2021 QX80!! They did a courtesy inspection on my car and found nothing else to to repair. Great experience!!
