Holly is Fantastic!!
If you haven't been to the "new" Bob Moore Infiniti, you're missing out!
I say "new," meaning they are in a beautiful new building! Holly, our service mgr. was great! I called on a Monday morning and she skillfully scheduled an appt. for Wednesday of the same week. She remembered we live an hour & half away and made it happen. She greeted us immediately when we arrived and another Infiniti (loaner) was ready inside the service garage waiting on us. Our QX80 was ready earlier than expected and allowed us to get home sooner. The overall experience was very impressive.

Isaiah was my car salesperson I drove from Dallas Texas to purchase a pre-owned Mercedes. the car was exactly as explained I arrived , car had been detailed and full of gas, all of the terms discussed on the phone were met . I was in and out of the dealership within 90 minutes. Every person was extremely professional courteous and mindful of my drive up and back. Financing was as expected I am extremely pleased with my new vehicle as well as the professionalism of the entire dealership.

Holly Fuji was fantastic in helping my maintenance of my 2015 Q50. She even found things like my battery died, and I also needed a new FOB, both which she replaced for free since they were under warranty. She was friendly, encouraging, helpful and they had my car ready when they said they would.

My shopping experience at Bob Moore Infiniti was a positive one. Being rushed or persuaded into making a choice was not a part of this sale. Going to buy an Infinti QX60 was my intention and I happened to get the best salesman on the team. AJ Adesina, my salesman, answered all of my questions without hesitation. He was immediately friendly and made me feel comfortable through the process. My purchase was easily made, and I am loving my QX60.

to the owner you apparently didn't read my post........... I wouldn't recommend anyone to purchase a car from there anymore.... not only did me and my wife purchased a car and I gave them nothing but high praises ..... But I referred my co-worker their to buy a car and him and his wife purchased a car the same day and I was promised 2 referral fees for those sales and they never paid me anything it's been over 6 months Now..... I called numerous times left messages and they never returned any of my calls all they've done was use me to make a dollar and lie to me about it..... from the salesmen to the GM....... I'm very disappointed with the Sales Dept...... I have sent other people to other car Lots but I will never send anyone else there to buy a car I gave them 1 star but if I could give a negative 5 star I would gladly DO IT!!!!!!!!!!!........ THATS NOT THE WAY YOU TREAT CUSTOMERS WHO SPEND THERE MONEY WITH YOU AND SEND YOU CUSTOMERS..

When I initially bought my car (a CPO 2014 Infiniti Q50), everything was fine as they had set me up with financing and a maintenance plan along with elite protection. 6 months later, I traded in my vehicle for another one (a CPO 2015 BMW 335i) in another state. For the next few months, I had attempted to contact them on multiple occasions in different ways (phone, email, front desk...etc.) and with different people (finance manager, sales people, general manager..etc.) just to get my maintenance and protection plans cancelled without any result. When I finally got in touch, I was told later on that they were having firewall issues with external emails. Apart from the inability to reach them from out of state, the car itself was great.

Just purchased a previously owned car from them. The service was fabulous! They got us in and out quickly. They worked with our budget and even helped make the timing right for us financially during the month. Corey is terrific. He knows his cars and knows exactly what you're looking for. James in finance was great with working with our credit scores to get us the best option. Our salesperson, Mo, even took the car while we were meeting with finance and did an extra wash to make it shine bright as we drove it off the lot. We had a great experience and would definitely recommend them!!

Our service representative was Tommy, who did an excellent job at communicating with me on the status of my vehicle. I was impressed with the facility and the overall customer service. They were attentive and cared about taking good care of my car. The loaner car was incredibly useful as I recently moved to the area and had numerous errands to run to help get situated in our new home. Purchased a vehicle from here, and although I love the car the customer service was terrible. I've had it for a month and the dealer hasn't followed up once, they didnt even let me know they did not have possession of the title with no liens. They didn't fill my tank up and I could go on with things they didn't. They did however try to make me pay 5k more than the internet price and claimed that they had a new sales manager that wasnt aware of the prices. Poor to non existent communication from the dealership I HIGHLY recommend you go elsewhere to buy your car

I was not impressed with their service for the cos...

I was not impressed with their service for the cost of an oil change. The normal service representative that I work with wasn t there and he hasn t charged me for diagnostic analysis of any issues I bring up. They didn t have any shuttle service available for the 8:30 appointment nor did they offer to reimburse for the cost of uber/lyft (which some dealerships have). And the quality of their complimentary wash and vacuum was not good at all; the outside was dirty, the interior hadn t been dusted and it looked like they hadn t vacuumed the vehicle.

The cost for the oil change and tire rotation was about $85. Not very pleased and will start looking for another business to have my vehicle serviced at as this is not the first time to encounter similar issues.

To start with I called this dealership for over an hour during business hours and wasn t able to reach anyone, their phone service kept sending me to someone s voice mail in service.
I arrived, they got me right in and had my car done in a couple days. I got my car and when I got home found what appears to be a grease stain in the cream colored leather seats, that I cannot get cleaned. I wish I would have seen this before I left the dealership.

I'm a potential out of state buyer. We are in the last month of our QX80 lease and want to lease another. I just want some basic info and after two live chats, two emails and a phone call in the last two days I can't seem to get any help or information needed. It's a shame that it's a guaranteed sale, but now we're going to Kansas City. Already working with another dealer. $80k sale lost.

Happy to report we purchased a new QX80 from another dealer and LOVE it! Do not go to Bob Moore, 3rd rate customer service. STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED A CALL OR EMAIL. PATHETIC

My grandmother bought a new Infiniti from Bob Moor...

My grandmother bought a new Infiniti from Bob Moore just last week and we (her flock of grandchildren) could not have been more pleased with the overall experience they provided. It ended up being a lengthy process in the end, but that was only because they were sold (no pun intended) on making her the best offer on the particular car she wanted. She walked away with a great deal on a beautiful new car.

I must also say that the Infiniti dealers were extremely accommodating and personable throughout the process. The gentleman helping my grandmother that day, Dylan West, did a wonderful job in making sure that all of her questions/concerns were considered. He was very very knowledgeable and honest in his responses, too. I would highly recommend asking for his personal expertise when visiting this dealership.

Overall experience: Excellent. Job well done, Bob Moore Infiniti!

The actual car buying process was pretty good. For the most part everyone was professional & respectful on the day of purchase. My concern with this business is after the purchase. We bought a warranty through them and when my husband took his truck down weeks later for the warranty work to be completed, his owners manual was taken out of his truck. When he returned home, he contacted them the next day & notified them. Pushed around to different individuals and ignored, eventually, we were mailed a three ring binder to replace the owners manual that was removed from his truck. Furthermore, it wasn t even the correct owners manual. My husband called again to obtain his owners manual, the correct one that came with the truck, in the leather binder & was again given the run around and a myriad of excuses. Here we are a week later & I m beyond disgusted with the practices of this company & the treatment we ve received after the fact. I certainly hope this is alleviated & we receive our property in a timely manner.

I am very disappointed with with the repair servic...

I am very disappointed with with the repair service at this point. I was told the car was repaired, went to pick it up and it wasn t. It takes to much of my time for supposedly exceptionally knowledgeable dealership to provide this type of service. My car is older and I question if it had been newer would I be treated this way. I seriously doubt it. I do NOT at this point recommend this place. But again, have a newer car and you ll get better response.

If they change my mind I ll edit. But I don t have any expectations.

Nice dealership but Infiniti doesn t stand behind their vehicles. I ve bought a QX 56 and 2 QX 80 s from them in the last 5 years. I haven t had a problem until now and they have declined to fix it. I was cleaning my car and when I got to the wheels I noticed the finish was coming off and the primer was showing through. It s happened on 3 of the four wheels. I called the dealership and was passed back and forth between the service department and the sales department 3 or 4 times both claiming they don t handle that and didn t know who I should talk to. The next day I called consumer affairs and they contacted the service manager at Bob Moore. He set an appointment for me to bring the vehicle in and they took pictures and sent them to Infiniti to see if they were going to warranty them. The vehicle has 11,000 miles on it. I showed up there at 4 in the afternoon and they called me back at 9 the next morning and said my claim had been denied. That s some fast turnaround. They got me once but they will never get me again. That s the last $80000 Infiniti will get from me. I guess to Infiniti you don t get what you pay for. Loved the vehicle but customer service is non existent.

I bought a vehicle from Bob Moore infiniti in Dec 2018. During finance my husband was on the phone with me. We soley discussed financing and monthly payments. At no time what so ever did they mention a warranty. When I just went to get my license plate they stated it was more than quoted. When I asked why they pointed to a 2300 dollar charge listed as EFG.... When I called the dealership they explained to me that it was a warranty they added on.. I never asked for one, never verbally agreed to one, and never even knew they added one!! They took it upon themselves to add 2300 dollars of warranty that I did not want! Being a first time car buyer I feel this is extremely unprofessional! How can you just add 2300 of product that was never asked for or talked about?

5-Star was easy decision. Best purchase I ever made in my life. If u like a great driving machine and excellent customer service then look no further. It is Bob Moore Infiniti. Buying a great driving machine had never been quicker. I told the guy what I wanted and voila! I drove off in my G37X in no time. Best car buying experience you'll ever have. Will definitely go there for all my servicing and future cars for all the family.

I hadn t bought a vehicle in years. A friend told me to see a salesman with the fedora named AJ. I want to say that this guy was one of the nicest and knowledgeable guys I had ever met. He treated me as if I was coming in to purchase the large Infinity for 90 k and I was only looking for a Challenger. He worked with me for 3 days and did not haggle or press me. I had made my mind up to buy a car that had miles and by the 3rd day I had convinced myself to get a better Challenger with less miles on their used Subaru lot. AJ worked with the Subaru manager Charles and we struck a deal on a better Challenger. He too thanked me for my business.

AJ was top notch and his Team Leader @ Infinity was a gracious person too. My car buying experience was the greatest and I will refer any customers looking to purchase new or used to Bob Moore and to be sure and ask for AJ with the fedora. All that I dealt with were very professional. I m glad Angela referred him to me.

Yesterday, I came to Bob Moore Infiniti to replace...

Yesterday, I came to Bob Moore Infiniti to replace a key fob. This establishment gives the illusion of professionalism and commitment to service being an Infiniti dealership, but they showed anything but.

I didn't have much time and assumed I would be ordering the fob to receive at a later date. The service technician assisting me said if they had the fob in stock, I could leave with it today within an hour and in that time they would also give my car a complimentary wash and vacuum....I don't live close to the dealership, so I accepted the offer, so that I wouldn't have to come back.

Upon my car's return, it was dirtier than when I had brought it in--gunk on the runner-board, grease stains on my floor mat (and my car is white--it's OBVIOUS). I was now pressed for time, and had to leave. So I called back on my drive home and spoke with the service manager, Paxton(spelling?) who only proceeded to put me straight through to the service technician, Tommy, who sounded perturbed and offended as he proceeded to tell me it was a "wash, not a detail." (I didn't want or expect a wash OR detail, but don't offer AND not deliver. )
The only apology I got was for him "misrepresenting" the wash if that is what I thought. It seemed to pain him to suggest giving me an actual detail to compensate, as he rattled off his direct line like I was waiting with a pen to write it down.

FINALLY, upon getting BACK home, and seeing my car from the rear, I noticed my license plate was all bent up!

I tried calling back to get the GM. I got no answer. Can't really say I am surprised now.

While I had no choice going to Infiniti to get a replacement fob ($361), I DO have a choice on other car services and you can bet it won t be Bob Moore Infiniti again. I ll spend more elsewhere on my car services to not have to deal with this again.

Update: I called five more times to try and get ahold of a manager (anywhere from 1:50-6:50PM) that same day. I got everything from voicemail for Chris Higgins, to the receptionist for John Crosby telling me he was with another customer, to a FULL voicemail box for Mr. Crosby where I couldn t leave a message at all.

Y all made sure to send the obligatory, Thanks for choosing us...Tell us how we did. e-mail. And I JUST as I am writing this got an automated text from you guys saying the same thing. Well, I am trying!

Ive been taking my vehicle here for two years - they do all of the regular maintenance and any trouble I ve had. They have superior customer service, they are honest and I trust them. Very easy to work with, courtesy vehicles, great communication. Etc. They even helped my wife to transfer my daughters car seat over to the loaner vehicle when I wasn t able to be there which I thought was very courteous.

I was very pleased with the service department at infinti, my vechile started having a minor problems ,so I called them with hopes of immediately getting a loaner vehicle and having car fixed ASAP ! Lauren in the service department got me a loaner immediately and Tommy started fixing the problems on my vechile within hours !! I was also disappointed by my car having an issue so soon after purchase that being said ,this Infinity dealership covered my service fees !!!!! I was so pleased by the professionalism, and care of Everyone at this dealership , they went out of thier way to make sure I was taken care of :) I would highly recommend this infinti dealership and will be continuing my business and spreading my satisfaction with others

Reggie went above and beyond on his customer servi...

Reggie went above and beyond on his customer service. He got my vehicle in and out in a timely matter which was much appreciated so that I was able to pick my kids up from school. He went over everything with me in detail and made sure my vehicle was washed and cleaned well. Last time I had my oil change my vehicle was not washed and they did not have my vehicle ready when they said. Reggie took care of me and I appreciate all he did in taking care of his customers.

My family and I have purchased 6 cars from these people over the last 5 years. Three of them off of the showroom floor. The experience in the past has been almost perfect.

However, the last two visits have been less than okay. All of the salesmen are different. The managers are different, and the level of experience and professionalism are now gone. I used to be treated like a VIP. Now, they don't make me feel good or confident when I am about to purchase a $70k SUV like in the past. I don't even recognize the service guys. This change is NOT good, and ended up buying my first car from Eskridge Lexus down the road on Saturday. Very impressed with the Lexus, and the entire process in buying it.

I just bought a vehicle 30 days ago from here. The day after we put a tag on the check engine lights comes on. They said the fuel injectors were misfiring and such along with the front brakes being bad. All things they should ve know about when the sold this vehicle to me. Needless to say I had to fetch the bill on all of it. They didn t take care of any of it! Before my first payment I already had it in the shop and the cost we re more than my payments. Its all been such a joke.

They sent a video explaining what all they saw and why it needed repaired/replaced. The prices seemed high, but I m also ignorant of how much the repairs I had should cost. I searched some of the repair costs and it seemed like they were charging near the high end of a repair but still within the expected costs. Seems logical for an Infiniti to be near the higher end of the spectrum anyway so all seems fair to me. Super friendly service as well and the loaner car they set me up with was one of the nicest cars I ve driven.

This is the first time I have purchased a vehicle from Bob Moore Infiniti. I was impressed by the time our Salesman, Craig Smith, took showing me every detail of my new car.
