The team at Bob Moore is always so helpful. Whether it's arranging a service loaner, the free cappuccino while I wait to check-out, or the prompt scheduling, I know I will be taken care of. And I am confident that my car is well taken care of too. The interior vacuum and exterior wash with even an oil change are a nice bonus too!

Bob Moore Infiniti service is taking customer service to the next level! The Service Advisor , Holly F was great. She was multi tasking with customers however on point/task with a smile and an immediate greeting to assist. This came quickly listening first to the customer then offering the correct synopsis of my explanation for my perceived vehicle deficiency. The technician was also helpful. The monitors in the service garage welcomed me which is a nice touch. All you need now is wine & cheese! Great Work!

I chose the same service advisor as the first time because I really enjoyed dealing with her. Holly is professional and listens to what you have to say. I plan to stick with her for sure! We never once felt pressured and he was incredibly patient with us, as we took a long time to finally make a decision. So happy with our purchase and we would recommend Bob Moore to anyone!

Overall it was a good experience. There were only 2 real issues. When the sales managers came into to work the deal, his statements made the car sound like it had 2 key fobs. After they handed us only one key I asked my wife what she heard and she restated what I had heard. Also, before test driving there was a small dent in the front left fender that the salesman stated they would "take care of". This manager stated talked about earlier stated that vehicles are sold "as is" unless you buy an extended warranty. After much discussion they agreed to fix the panel but even after talking with the general manager, we had to buy a second key fob. They said they would sell it to us for their cost so we ended up paying $200 for it.

On a big plus, we had the car for about 2 weeks and one of the cooling fans went out. It was suggested that I ask the general manager if he would be willing to cover this since it had just gone through their big inspection. He stated they wanted to see it and definitely didn't want someone buying a car from them to put almost $1,000 into a repair. They took care of the fan so all in all I would recommend them to anyone. They stood behind their sale.

I did not get the gentleman's name that helped me in the service department. I regret that! He was super and very kind. I was from out of town, had something greasy all in my driver's side wheel wells. I just showed up at 8:00. He got me right in and went right to work on my car. Everyone was friendly and greeted me and the work was finished. When I lived in Edmond I bought an Infiniti at this dealership. They treated me like a preferred customer still. I had what started out to be a scary situation, turn into an assurance that my Infiniti is truly a great car. Thank you so much for getting me back on the road knowing my car was fine and that I drove through something!

Our sales guy Drew was super awesome. We drove 7 hours from another state to come here because we had a specific car in mind. Everyone from the online team who handle most of our needs over the phone to the finance department head James who already had our paperwork ready to go when we arrived were right on point. They really know how to handle out of town guests. I am super pleased with my experience.
I wanted to edit to add that although I am pleased with my experience with my sales guy Drew, I do feel as if I was swindled into buying GAP when I really didn't want to by the finance manager. So just be on the look out for those "sketchy" sales tactics.

My review is somewhat complex. The facilities are prestine. The sales personnel are very professional in appearance. Grayson rocks by the way! He's a really good sales associate. The reason I gave four stars is due to the "game". The sales manager did not earn my respect due to my perception that negotiating over the price of the car was a chess match. I eventually lost trust in the words being spoken by the sales manager which made me feel uncomfortable. All conversations we're professional.

I was greeted upon entering the facility! They were ready and waiting for me and quickly answered any question that I had.Then paperwork was completed and got me to the courtesy car to use while my car was being worked on. They texted me a list of the results of the diagnostic and then again when my car was ready to be picked up. I am very happy with their customer service.

OMG !!!!!!!!!! Reggie saved me !!!!!!! Seriously went far and beyond his call of duty to make sure that I got exceptional customer service . I am not from Oklahoma . I was there on buisness , and he kept in contact with me . He made my experience feel the very important and much more then a customer, but made me feel as I bvn I was his friend . Got me rolling swivel speed . The mechanics are awesome and did GREAT work on my car... THANK YOU SO MUCH REGGIE !!!!!!!!!!!!

I had the stereotypical used car buying experience. They low balled my trade-in by $2.5K and made me negotiate them back closer to reality. The salesman played the tired "let me talk to my manager" game a few times. They did not advertise that their vehicle had a creased hood, shattered mirror, faulty turn signal, and one bald tire nor would they come down on the price after I pointed this out. I knew what I was getting into and set my boundaries before visiting the dealership because I wanted that specific model and trim. If you do the same, you will be fine.


But, hey. Free coffee.

This dealership is completely incompetent. None of their employees are on the same page. They go through staff turnover constantly, and it s not hard to see why no one chooses to stay employed there for long. Three employees consistently gave me conflicting information that resulted in a complete waste of my time and energy. If I could ve backed out at that point, I would ve. If you lease a vehicle, read your agreement very carefully. Know that if you purchase the vehicle you will be subject to paying an additional $399 dock fee you ve already paid for once. If you value your time and your pocketbook, find another dealership.

Service department goes above and beyond. Tommy was super friendly and beyond helpful. Not your average service department! I will definitely be taking my car back here for any other services. Thanks Infiniti! Oh and not to mention they washed my car and vacuumed it out!

When I arrived at the dealership to look at the us...

When I arrived at the dealership to look at the used vehicle I was interested in the salesman was prompt courteous and extremely nice.

As always during negotiations we talked and went back and forth. He asked and I told him what the highest down payment I had and I informed him of the highest monthly payment I could afford.

I know I was buying a used vehicle, but the finance people took 3 hours to get the numbers .

When I went in to finance the payments were almost 125 dollars per month MORE than I said I could afford.

The finance person went to to management and they said they could not meet the price.

Since 11/16 when I tried to purchase the vehicle, I have received at least 4 emails of the price of the vehicle being lowered. The last email from 12/29/2019 has the price being lowered almost 2000 dollars.

I have had bad experiences twice at Bob Moore and I have bought 4 cars from them.

Never again Bob Moore. Never again.

I called three days ahead to schedule an oil change. When I got to Infiniti they said my name was not on the list for an oil change. I was almost turned away but luckily one employee was able to get me in. He is the reason why I gave it three stars. I have never had issues with Jackie Cooper Infiniti in Tulsa. I will give Bob Moore Infiniti one more change and if they don t work out I will drive to Jackie Cooper since they know good customer service.

I am no different from the next person that has apprehension when buying a car. I have previously purchased a Q50 from here and it was great. Top notch service and relative to what it is, not too much time was invested getting the deal done.

Why only 4 stars?

Recently I stopped by to look at a vehicle in stock. My sales consultant, A.J., grabbed the keys without haste and we were on the road test driving. Good banter and during the drive and his knowledge of the vehicle was as expected. When it came down to deciding to buy or not I was taken back by the reluctance from management to budge on the price. I was informed about future appointments of people coming to see the car, as if that was going to pressure me into the purchase, didn't really like that as it is an attempt to position me against unknown facts as well as hard to quantify probability of someone showing up with open checkbook to pay any price.

I do like the business model of Carmax, Vroom, Carvana, etc. of having a fixed price up front with you knowing there is no room for discount. That is what I was presented, a no haggle price at Bob Moore. The caveat to the aforementioned business model is that the prices they show typically are withing average or good per CARFAX, KBB, etc. So you go there knowing the price and also that it's considered fair based on model, options, and market proximity.

This car was not within fair range. My bank sent me the information prior to my arrival on how far it was out of just being in the highest end of average. It was pushing 10% higher than this "average." The rationale for not budging is that it was considered rare, along with others coming to look at it. I highly doubt a serious car collector has an Infiniti in their car collection due to it's scarcity, at least not in the USA. I can see them having them as daily drivers, not collectables.

This was enough for me to walk out and purchase an equally "rare" model from another location. Even though this was not to my expectations I will end my review with acknowledgement of the service department being top notch and my experience with A.J. was great.

Had to be the best experience in new car buying we have had. No pressure. On our initial visit and test drive all questions I had plus some I didn't have were answered. Instead of the old "what will it take to get you in this vehicle today" routine it was suggested I test drive and evaluate other makes. And if Infinity stood the test then come back when we were ready. Well it did and we did. Special thanks to Craig and Tom for their professionalism and courtesy.

The other salesmen I encountered were friendly and acknowledged me on a first name basis when I returned to purchase the vehicle. I purchased one of the cheaper vehicles on the lot, but I was treated as if I were buying one of the most expensive! Extremely satisfied with the experience.

Reggie and his team were incredible, when we had a problem, they took the time to have it diagnosed and fixed correctly. The service department did what they said they were going to do and more. They definitely exceeded all of our expectations by going the extra mile in fixing things we didn t even expect them to fix. They were extremely efficient, timely, and gave us a nice loaner while the work was being done. Reggie explained the service clearly and what our costs would be. We will continue to use Bob Moore Infiniti for all of our car needs and will definitely be upgrading our vehicle there in the future. Thank you Bob Moore Infiniti and Reggie!

ok experience they gave me more than i expected out of my trade only reason for 2 star rating, but i was lied too on multiple occasions. was told they would call me that night to set up an appointment for detail and they also said they would fill tank with gas and only filled it partial way the next day the salesman and manager were not very helpful at all with my issues. and now the service department was rude and doesn't want to give me my first free oil change even though the sticker says its do. guess il have it changed some where else. over all once you start a deal with these people either finish all the stuff the first day or forget about it getting finished.

Just spoke to the service department regarding a reoccurring brake issue that appears to be common in QX-56 and Armada models. The service personnel with whom I spoke indicated that they had not had any experience with this issue and that they wouldn't necessarily utilize any information from the internet to help remedy such an issue. I had previously had an issue with an ignition coil which also had some information available on the internet. They were not able to find the problem in that particular case and ultimately I had to take the car to another non-Infinity service garage to get that sorted out. I am hopeful that the service department will someday embrace the additional insight that information shared by other users provides us, if they can't solve a problem that commonly reoccurs with one of the vehicles they sold. Consequently, they will do to watch.

I bought a infinity 2019 qx60 in February 2020 from Bob Moore Infinity. Three months have passed and I do not have the title. The problem is the dealer sold me a vehicle that had lien by the manufacturer. Neither the manager nor the finance department have been cooperative and appeared to have no clue about the lien when they sold the car. I have been given the run around for last one week sending to Tag agencies. It was the northwest tag agency who showed me the lien that was not mine.

I am never going to this dealer again.
I am still without the vehicle title. People beware of this scrupulous business and you may never own vehicle sold by this dealer.

Josh, Service advisor was helpful. Took about an hour, presume for the car wash and such.

THIS PLACE IS BY FAR THE BEST....After looking at Infiniti dealers in Dallas, Tulsa and Kansas City we chose Bob Moore Infiniti. Not because of special pricing, internet deals or click bait coupons but simply because of the customer service. John, Chris and Ryan Batholemew worked together as a team to earn our business. This was our 3rd Infiniti SUV and after working with these guys I am sure there will be a fourth. If your searching for a new Infiniti atleast stop by and see these guys. Its worth a couple hours of your time to receive the best customer service this side of the RIO GRANDE!

Had been looking at inventories there and at the Toyota dealerships on line, had made my decision on the Infiniti if they could get the price where I was comfortable. After dealing with a wonderful salesperson (Richard Johnson) and doing the typical price dance, we had a number that we agreed on. Can't say enough about how great Richard was but...once entering the finance manager's office (Mark Lee) things tended to turn south, he stated that " all my time with Richard was just talk and his office was where the rubber hit the road", I don't know why they have salespersons and waste alot of time if his office is the supposed determining factor. After not buying anything he was trying to sell and add to the price, his keyboard keys must had started sticking because of having to apply a noticeable amount of extra force to type. Will be replacing my wife's Acura soon and will probably return to see what Richard has to offer. All in all, I was pleased with my purchase and most of my experience there.

I took my car to the dealership for a diagnosis and repair and I received 5-star treatment. I will continue to go to Bob Moore Infiniti for all service treatments and repairs. I was paired with Reggie and he was amazing. He explained the issues with my car and showed me where the problem was. He didn t try to take advantage of me by charging astronomical prices. I would definitely recommend their service to anyone who asks!
