Parasole Restaurant Holdings, Inc. Review

Very bad at getting back to resolve issues. I've had to call 3 times, been promised compensation, and have yet to receive it.

The web page is a mess...it refuses to accept passwords and rejects the order after they have been entered...it is a closed loop with no way to work around it. Avoid ordering on the web page at all costs!

Parasole never lets me down! Their event staff are excellent and their spaces can accommodate most event sizes!

Krisi and her team of restaurant event planners do a wonderful job accommodating small to large corporate dining events. Nothing but great things to say about Parasole and their ability to plan a nice lunch or dinner for a company.

False Advertising and zero customer service. Advertised promotion was not honored and no efforts to make it right. Beware when dealing with this company

Terrible customer service experienced at Burger jones. Rude staff and lacks training for customer service in this industry. I don't know how they are still in business..

I bought $400 of gift cards when they had the Buy $100, Get $25. When I tried to use one at Chino Latino(1/9/19) after we were done with our meals, the waitress told me that their gift card system was down and that we would have to pay with a different method. I asked if she could give us the 20% off like what the card offer would've provided. Both her and her manager were completely unreasonable and demanded that I need to pay the full amount without using the gift card. She told me that I already got the discount when I purchased the gift cards. They've got $400 of mine and I've got nothing in return. What's going to happen when the people that I gave gift cards to find out they have to pay out-of-pocket instead?

I agree with one of the other writers. They are very bad at resolving issues. I left a pre-paid debit card in one of those black folders and forgot to get it out after I signed the slip. They have so far refused to give it back to me and short of the time I went to the place I left it at have not even responded back to me.
