Mr.Neil went above and beyond trying to help us to get financing waited almost a month and just couldn't seal the deal but we will only buy from him he did everything in his power to work with us and help us out

Jason has new trailers and RV for many options like small and big families. Before we get the RV he explained us everything. We're planning to do it again with our friends and with bigger RV. I found Auto & RV World when looking to rent an RV for a trial run. It is across the Hwy from 2 other big dealers. I liked the small lot and on the Sunday I was there I could look at my leisure. Im deciding to rent a Class C and spent 10days truly enjoying myself. Jason and Neill were extremely helpful, knowledgable and available during my "Maiden Voyage" . Will keep in touch and hope to buy soon.

My RV had a leak and Neil came through and had someone come to fix the problem immediately. There are a ton of RV'S to choose from. I would deffinetly recommend this place based on the customer service and good price. Neil took good care of my husband and I.
Never go to this place. We bought a 2014 trailer from Neil. It was represented to us as having been stored indoors and looks that good. We blew out a tire on the first trip so we took it back to have it repaired. They did a really poor job of repairing it and someone must have been staying in our trailer or partying in there or something. Some of our stuff was gone and our refrigerator had been taken apart. There was a spot in the carpet when got it back that was wet and smelled like soap. It appeared to have been just cleaned. There was no need to be inside to repair the fender skirt. Then we took it to the Keystone dealer to get it repaired correctly and they found extensive water damage and showed us where the roof had been leaking into the walls. $9000 of damage on an $18K trailer. It has not even rained since we bought it last month. So much for being stored inside. Not what we signed up for. Niel basically told us it was sold as is. These guys are crooks and incompetent.
We visited the Big Bend Park with Class A RV. It was a fun filled trip. He showed us all of the features and controls till we were confident we could operate them ourselves. We are completely satisfied with the vehicle and trip in it. I would recommend Auto & RV world of Texas to friends.

I've been waiting to write a review hoping the Neil would honor his word about my RV. He sold me a RV at the end of November 2017 without disclosing that it had a salvage title. I did not find that out until 6 weeks later because it took that long for them to get the title to me. I filed a report with the BBB with he did not respond to and I filed a report with the Texas State Attorney General. After that I contacted Neil and he said he would buy my RV back but didn't have the cash at that time. I suggested just trading my RV with one in his inventory that had a good title and he agreed but said he had to find one first. It is April 2, 2018 and he still has not found one. I do not recommend doing business with this business.
One of the best vacations we have EVER had! Wife, 14 year old daughter and I rented one of these for 1st time and drove to Tyler State Park, then to Treasure Island in Hot Springs Arkansas. 5 day trip. Jason and his Team at RV World of Texas is an example of what profesional service looks like. They did such a great job of preparing us. The RV WAS SO CLEAN AND EASY TO OPERATE. I found Auto and RV World of Texas on the web when I was in need of an oil and filter change for my motor home. Most every place I called required me to leave a message or fill out an application form to schedule service. Auto and RV World actually answered my phone call and we were able to make arrangements for my service.
My service was performed professionally and pretty quickly. They also helped me deal with two minor problems without charge. I dealt with first rate people and was very pleased with my service. I will use them again.
The price was very fair also.

I had such a great experience visiting Auto and RV World of Texas. What a pleasure to meet with Neil the owner. This is a family owned business and they are incredibly knowledgeable.

Another RV place canceled our rental the day we were supposed to leave on our trip, but this place worked with us to get an RV so we could still go. Very willing to work with us and save our vacation.
An objective account of our experiences with Bryan Pyne at their inner loop location.
1) Went to lot to see truck. Passenger door would not open and tire was bald. Said we would get the truck if they fixed those.
2) Went back, they had fixed the door and replaced the tire.
3) We agreed to buy the vehicle at the list price. We did not even try to negotiate as this price seemed fair, and saving a couple hundreds bucks didn't seem worth it.
3) Asked to send quote so we could have a check prepared to pay in full.
4) Quote sent over with two title fees, inventory tax, dealer prep, and license transfer. About $700 in dealer fees outside of tax. The odometer on the paperwork shows 121,000 but the listing shows 89,000 and even highlights that it has 2888 less than average.
5) We called to ask about the fees no answer. We called back. No answer. We get a call 5 minutes later "why did you call me 9 times, my girlfriend is in the hospital, what do you need." "We called you twice, I'm sorry your girlfriend is in the hospital, is there someone else we can talk to?" "No, I run my company lean."
6) We talk later and ask about the fees. He doesn't have a good response other than that he had to pay to get the door fixed. He said the odometer was a typo on the paperwork as the stock number is similar at 126754.
7) We agree in the middle and are set to meet this morning at 930. We have a check in hand to buy the vehicle.
8) We arrive at 9:30 and he is not there. We wait until 9:55 and ask to see the key from the car prep guy.
9) We check the odometer and its over 121,000 miles.
10) I start writing this review at 10:30
See photos and make up your own mind. Aside from the fraudulent odometer and fees, dealing with this company has been a very negative experience. I would prefer buying a car off craigslist than dealing with this company again.

Eli was great to talk to and very friendly guy, but beware...they will slap on a LOT of extra fees on top of the price they quote you. We negotiated a price on an RV we were wanting that they had on consignment, then when we started looking at the totals we got a big surprise. Document fees, some tax they couldn't even explain, etc. We were also told when shopping how they would do some complete dealer check on everything on the RV before we walked. Well come to find out they wanted to charge like $379.00 for this 'check'.
I understand of course we have to pay sales tax and title, but the rest was BS. We had to walk. Would also mention too that their lot is overgrown with weeds and very muddy if you go shortly after a rain. Not a big deal though, just don't wear your flip flops :)
Great first time experience renting an RV! Jason was very polite and took all the time needed to get us oriented with the vehicle. We took a test drive and he patiently walked us through the RV controls. Vehicle was in good condition and we had a very enjoyable trip. Jason also gave us a great deal on the rental price. Neil helped ensure the vehicle return process was smooth...we were done in 10 min. We will definitely go back here the next time we need an RV.
If I could rate zero stars, I would. We left our RV to get the A/C fixed and because my husband's truck was also in the shop, our RV was there for over a year. After Harvey, we went to check on it, only to find that Neil had allowed one of his employees live in our RV. Our RV was trashed, all of our personal items were gone, the sofa was missing, and they had actually removed two windows and installed two window AC's in our RV! Just beyond belief. Neil couldn't even look us in the eye and explain why he allowed this. Don't give this guy your business.

We rented a 36' Alegro. The RV was a monster to drive and so there was a minor incident when we tried to park it. The folks at Auto & RV World of Texas could have used this to their advantage and gotten some additional profits out of us but they didn't. instead when we got there the rep assured us this was common and that the Owners were reliable when dealing with these. I still feared that the damages were going to cost 1.5K+ easy but when I received the call from Jason, I was shocked that that it was under 1K.
They treated my family and I justly, kindly, and fairly. That is the most I can ask of. Also we had a blast on the trip!!! No major issues with the RV while on the rode.

The RV was excellent, there was enough room for all of us. We enjoyed our trip with the RV and there was not even a single issue with anything during the trip. From the generator to the TV s, everything was in great working condition and the RV was amazing.
I wish I could give more than 5 stars, both Neil and Jason have gone out of their way to provide honest and quality service. I dinged my RV the weekend before Thanksgiving and it needed a repair that could have waited until after Jan 1, but they jumped on the problem and had it looking like new by Christmas. Highly recommend their repair services.

We had a fantastic experience with Auto & RV World of Texas. They came to our rescue when our Thanksgiving plans fell through at three other RV rental sites! With only 24 hours notice they found exactly the right sized RV for our party of nine and when we picked it up it was very clean and shiny! We nicknamed our RV "Wendy" for the big W on the side. Jason spent a lot of time going over the features and operation for we first-time renters. He even took me for a test drive for 20 minutes so that I could get comfortable managing such a big vehicle on the road. By the time we left for West Texas we were in excellent shape. Whether an experienced RV traveler or a nervous first-time renter, you can expect excellent guidance and service from Jason and the team at Auto & RV World of Texas.

We rented a travel trailer for the first time ever from Auto and RV World of Texas very recently. They made the rental easy and reasonably priced and ensured that we were prepared for our first trip "out" in a travel trailer. We plan to rent another trailer from Auto & RV World of Texas in about six months because we know it will be another pleasant experience.

I was really nervous to rent RV in this season and all the expenses but overall had a great experience! They explained how we will use water gas and everything. We got there little earlier and were able to pick up our RV clean, and ready to go. We got the RV for 15 days when we came back from our travel I can not imagine how much we could have spent on hotels food and uber and etc. After all we did our dream came true! definitely rent again! Neil and Jason went above and beyond! As travel across the country we were in need of an oil change. I began to call around and realized it was a week before thanksgiving. Most facilities were rude and stated they couldn t get us in until December or January. I called Auto & RV World and spoke to Neil. He was very polite and said he would see if he could get us in. He also gave me the name and number for others who might be able to help. Neil called me back the next day to see if I was able to get in, I told him I didn t have any luck yet. He said we ll get you in, hows tomorrow?
We arrived the next day to meet Jason, very friendly and kind. We asked if he knew where we could go to have propane filled and where we could dump our tank. He gave us the name and directions to facilities nearby. When we arrived to pick up the rv, they had taken care of dumping our tank and took it to have the propane filled. They also repaired our step going into the rv!
If you ever need service in the Katy/Houston Tx area, they are the ones to call.

Great folks to rent from. Just finished a week long rental for Salt Grass Trail Ride and had no troubles with the trailer. This is the second time we ve rented from the guys and both times Neil and Jason were friendly and helpful. They have a nice variety of rentals which are clean and functional. I have no doubt that if we would have run into any problems the guys would be there in a flash to resolve the situation. Thanks for making our rental experience pleasurable.

My family and I originally rented a smaller RV to travel in during Spring Break. One hour into the trip we got a flat tire. Neil, the owner, came to our rescue with a spare tire and a bigger and more comfortable RV. They gave us a choice to either take the smaller RV once repaired or go on our way in the bigger RV at no charge. We chose the bigger RV to incorporate our big family. They then proceeded to help us transfer ALL of our belongings, which was a lot, and send us on our way. Five hours later and we remember that we forgot a very essential item in the original RV. Frantically, we called again. They, once more, went above and beyond to rescue us. This time, Jason, called several places just to make sure this item was delivered over night to ensure a great time. If you are looking to rent or buy an RV I would highly recommend this family owned operation. We have rented before from other companies and have never received this kind of service. I cannot thank and recommend them enough.

I rented an RV from Neil and Jason last month to get my family and our older dog to FL safely and to also avoid COVID 19. Both Jason and Neil showed me the ropes on how to drive this 31 foot rig as it was my first time. I really was amazed at how easy it was to drive and it had the comforts of home..queen size bed, toilet, shower, two bath sinks, kitchen sink, micro, fridge/freezer, two recliners, kitchen bench seats that convert to a bed, bunk above the driver space. It was a great experience for my family and we will definitely rent again and only with Neil and Jason. I called Neil about a light that came on the dash and Neil answered first ring and assured me the rig was fine. He was right and the light disappeared later in the trip. They are kind, honest men who run a good family business. The rental fee was very reasonable. Refreshing to transact our family vacation with these kinds of folks. They helped make an unforgettable, fun family vacation during these crazy times that we are living in. Thanks, Neil and Jason!

I cannot discourage you strongly enough from doing business with this company. Neil Pyne should not be allowed to sell anything and this business is a sham. I purchased a camper on 14JUL18. I gave Neil a check and when I went to pick up the camper the next day he had lost the check. I had to cancel that check (and pay a fee for that) and then give him another one. That is where the weirdness started. He rushed to the bank to cash my check. I put part of the amount on my credit card and had to pay the transaction fee for that as well. I did not haggle about the price and paid the full amount with no questions asked. I did not recieve a title that day and was told it might take up to ten days to clear the lien. Ten days before the temporary tag was to expire (more than four weeks later) I went back to their location to request my title. I was told to wait ten more days. Exactly ten days later when the temporary tag expired I went back to their office and neither Neil Pyne nor Elijah Price were there. I contacted Neil and he told me that he was in Colorado helping a family member. I sincerely doubt that this was true and if you read other reviews you might notice that Mr. Pyne seems to have a habit of hiding and using sob stories. He told me that he would be returning to Texas in two weeks and would "take care of it". I had to to leave for my tour offshore (two weeks) and nothing was done. I contacted him the day before I was to come back onshore and he told me that it would take several more weeks to get my title. Every response to every question has been wait, wait, wait. When he had my check in his hand the story was rush, rush, rush but that ended when he got the cash. I ran a title search on the camper and it did not reveal any lien on the title. Neil Pyne is dishonest and nothing he says should be accepted as truth. Elijah Price is nice to your face but is either just like Neil Pyne or completely useless because he also promised to get my title however he continually blames Neil for being the reason that he is unable to get anything done. Elijah told me that Neil is "Just and old man" and I should be understanding. This old man needs to get out of business. I am starting legal action today. First I am going to file with the Texas State Attorney General and then I am going to see if I can find a lawyer to force Neil to produce a title. I will update this post as this debacle slowly comes to whatever pathetic end it is approaching. The sad part is that I paid the full price and am happy with the camper. I JUST want my title but for some reason these people refuse to hold up their end of the bargain. Please do not let yourself be decieved and dragged into a similar situation by this huckster.

This was our first time renting/driving and they were very patient with us explaining everything. Treated us just like family. I can't say enough kind things about them. We had a last minute trip and Jason went above and beyond to help accommodate us on an rv rental. We were also fist time rv drivers. Jason went over everything we needed to know. We will definitely go here again.
After being flooded by Harvey we found it necessary to purchase a used RV, we did so from Ron Hover RV whick located nearby. We were told that it was a good price, that the "major depreciation" had already occurred and that we got a $1,000 flood discount. When it came time to sell we went back to the dealer and found that the price was 1/2 of what we paid so we decided to go elsewhere.
We then went to Auto & RV World of Texas which is family operated and very friendly where we explained the situation. We were given a price to expect on the resale (about the same as the major dealer told us) and in about 6 weeks the sale was completed. We found the owners to be very straight forward on what to expect and more than helpful in the closing of the deal. While we don't want to find myself in the sudden need for a place to stay after a flood, if we do, we will be dealing with Auto & RV World of Texas. Highly recommend.
I rent led an RV for a 5 day trip with my family of 4 kids and wife. Drove 400 miles through Houston, Austin and San Antonio. The RV was in perfect working condition. Jason, Neil and Michael were very friendly with us. I left my minivan parked at RV and autoworld while I was doing the RV trip.
This is my 3rd trip renting from them and will definitely do it again.

The first camper trip my family made was very successful. I own a variety of cars, so it was great to recommend a car that fits the personality of the customers. For my 6-year-old son, I recommended a car with a bunk bed, but because of my taste, I went up and down several times a day and enjoyed it.
Jason, who was consulted, was very kind and informed, and before receiving the car, we checked twice together and paid attention to safety, so we gained faith. Even when you return it, you can check it neatly and receive the full amount of your deposit, so the trip was finished comfortably. Nowadays, it is difficult to travel long distances with Covid, it is the best choice. I recommend it!
Im new to Katy and was in need of Trailer help. Asked around and was told about Neil and his sons EXCELLENT reputation with service in the community. I was very pleased with them. No pressure to buy whatsoever and they helped me with other projects to boot. They are the hometown favorites in this town for a reason. Texas Gentleman all the way.

It was great working with Neil and Jason from the beginning to the end. We scheduled a RV on one of the RV community platforms and the day before our trip the owner informed us that the RV was no longer available. Fortunately, RV World of Texas had a RV that was perfect and saved our trip. Our trip was approximately 4000 miles and the family had a blast. While on the trip I had an accident that caused damage to the RV. Neil and Jason again were very fair and worked with me and the insurance to get things taken care of. I would highly recommend based on their knowledge, RV fleet, and customer service.
Very customer service oriented! I wasted so much time with RVShare and Outdoorsy whereas Auto & RV World of Texas helped me without any issues. After spending a month going back and forth with the online RV booking sites, my rental fell through with less than a week until my planned trip. Very, very friendly staff. They sell and RENT a full line of good RV's (Travel Trailers, 5th wheels, Class C, Class A). We rented an RV and then we bought one. Good experience. Recommended.

Neil Pyne is not a person to be trusted. He is up to neck in debt and trues to screw most anyone that comes in. He owes a former employee almost four months back pay and will not pay it. The employee bought two vehicles. So if you want to pay higher than normal price go see these people or call a place in El Campo for good rv
We got there on a Friday, and Jason was the only person there to help us with our rental, and he was amazing! He helped us, and focused on us while still assisting and answering questions with other people. We had an amazing trip and would rent from them again!
