Demetrius was so real. Showed us first the safety features which made buying from anyone else nearly impossible. He went over all the important features never once talking about bells and whistles kept his focus on the importance and the over all incredible safety features this vehicle would offer, He was exactly the right person to present the best features Nissan can offer. A different car dealership called all weekend trying to get me to turn back in my Nissan and say buyers remorse. There was no deal anywhere in the world I would take, I am in love with my Rogue. Tomorrow I am going to Nissan to have my incredible salesman teach me the features. Priceless. Nissan customer for life.

Brian in the Service Dept. took time with me to go over the items on my check list to make sure I was satisfied with the concerns I had about the new 2020 Blue Nissan Rogue I just purchased on 8/17/2020. Visited Express Services today. Oil changed. Tires rotated. Battery serviced and a minor issue fixed. In less than a half hour. Awesome staff. Awesome service. Highly recommend.

I was waiting for a part. Part came in. Service department scheduled an appointment with a car for my use. Warranty repair was completed in the time I was told and everything went well. If it wasn't for the excellent service I get when I bring my car into Boardman Nissan I probably would not keep returning even for the oil changes and tire rotations. Excellent teams and customer services.

Buyer beware! Dishonest dealership, horrible on trade value. My wife and I have perfect credit scores and they came back with a very high interest rate . They said that was a really good rate and couldn't get any better. I then called my credit Union and they gave me a
rate of 2.99 and all of a sudden they said they could match that rate .

Classic bait and switch. Worst experience buying a car ever.

I came in to Boardman Nissan to test drive a Sentra. I was pleasantly greeted by Mike Sellers and Wesley. Wesley let me test drive the Sentra and was very understanding when I decided I did not like it. He offered to help me find things in my price range and with my taste. I found a 2017 Kia Forte S that I absolute fell in love with. However, I wasn't ready to close a deal, I felt no pressure to close a deal. They stayed late to review what payments could be and how I could afford it. However, I turned them away and I asked for another day to think about it. They were very understanding and they let me walk away. However I came back the next day ready to buy. Mike and his team worked their behinds off to help me get a loan and payments I could afford. They stayed over two nights in a row until I made up my mind. Very understanding, great guys, and they continue to take care of me, and keep up on how I am and how my family is. You won't find better people! Thank you Mike, Wesley, Terri and all the other guys for putting up with my indecisive nature, my millions of questions and OF COURSE my GORGEOUS new red car!!

This place is horrible! A massive rip off! Don t buy a certified preowned vehicle as they will do anything including lie to you saying it s jormla to have noises. Or this car is known to be noises. I have a 1000bucls I have to spend now after being a loyal customer of theirs. I will never go back. They are horrible and unprofessional and a rip off. I will never go back and I will tell everyone beware of their service center as obviously the mechanics think that busted wheel bearings are normal and tires that are cupped is safe. Then they lie saying this is ok! Would any of you want to put your life in jeopardy because a mechanic says this type of car makes noises! This company does not honor Nissans great name DONT BUY HERE!

I had the absolute pleasure of working with Terri and Wesley, they were so friendly and extremely helpful. I didn t feel like I was talking to just another sales representative with these two, they treated me like a friend if not family. They did everything in their power to work with me and they got me an extremely nice car. This was my first experience with a car dealership and Terri made my whole experience fantastic and eased all of my anxiety! I couldn't possibly recommend Boardman Nissan and Terri any more highly.

Can t say enough good things about these guys. Our Nissan dealer in Pittsburgh was playing games with us (0 down somehow became $1500) so I called Boardman Nissan and got John on the phone. (Big John? Are there others? Lol) I asked for his best sign and drive lease deal on a Sentra, and got some info right back via text. Looked like a good start, so we took a ride up there. After a little negotiation, we arrived at a mutually agreeable deal and decided to move forward. Mostly what I appreciate though is this: Usually when I buy or lease from a dealer, I have to sit through a high pressure song and dance to add different warranties and coverages. At Boardman Nissan, these were explained to us, we respectfully declined, and that was that. Final paperwork took maybe 15 minutes, car was cleaned and detailed while we waited, filled up with gas, and we were on our way. No gimmicks, no pressure, and they were respectful of our time. Thank you John, Anthony and Levi!

Luis was very helpful and friendly and there was no pressure at any time in the process. The rest of the crew were also very friendly and made us feel very comfy in the whole process. They took the time to help us narrow down between a new Rogue or Altima. The Altima we settled on is fly as hell. I would recommend these guys to anyone looking for a vehicle. We will for sure be stopping there first when my wife is due for an upgrade!

I love my 2016 Rogue. James Chismark was my salesman and he did an absolutely wonderful job. he gave me the payment I needed, the exact car I wanted and even the exact color. I didn't dream I'd get approved. he taught me how to use my car and even played with my girls while filling out paperwork. now, 3 months later, he is still going above and beyond for me and my little family. I went in for a free oil change today without making any appointment and I was out in less than 20 minutes. he even faxed a paper so I didn't have to stop somewhere else. the service department was wonderful and even have me a voucher for a free car wash. I'm in awe. Boardman nissan even cared about my after I bought my car. I'll never shop anywhere else and I'll always recommend them!!!! I'm very happy with my purchase.

I sat there for hours but happily bc that was a sign that they were really going to bat for me trying to get me a car and did. I really appreciated that I wasn't pushed out the door after it wasn't an easy person to finance.

I have gotten my car serviced at Boardman Nissan for almost a year now, and each visit was quick and friendly. Always just routine maintenance and no high pressure salesperson trying to get me to do something that is not needed. My maintenance that is under warranty will be up soon, but I will continue to service my car here because they make getting my car worked on, a good experience.

Overall it was a great experience. Leased a brand new nissan altima. Michael and Ryan were both great. They really went above and beyond to get me into a new car. I will definitely be recommending them to family and friends. Couldn't be any happier.

I am originally from Warren Ohio. I came to the area for a funeral. My vehicle was making a strange noise. I called the Nissan Dealership located on Elm Road in Warren, Ohio. I explained my situation and asked if they could take a look at my car. I asked if they could get me in that day since I would be leaving the next day. I explained my situation and need. They said they could not get me in. I asked if they could at least take a look. I was told no they could not! I asked if they could give me the telephone number of another local Nissan Dealership. I was told no they could not! These were the folks at Sims Nissan on Elm Road in Warren. WOW--at that moment I felt like crying since I live in Radcliff, Kentucky and was only in town for the funeral and was hoping to leave the next morning. Ok, after I got off the tears part I called Boardman Nissan. I talked with Allisa and explained my situation. When I explained my situation and asked if they could take a look--her reply was "SURE"!!! Boy that was great. She asked if I could be there by 4:00 p.m. and I told her I could, so I headed in that direction. Upon arrival Allisa of course greeted me with a smile and began to get things in order. My friends and I went to the waiting room and I'd say within five minutes of my vehicle being pulled in --it was being pulled out again. It had something to do with a fan cover??? Everyone that day took very good care of me. They smiled and they made me feel like I mattered and because it was important to me that my vehicle be fixed--it was important to them. I can't tell you just how grateful I was for their assistance. Although I don't remember everyone's names my experience at your dealership was stellar. Everyone did an excellent job!!!! My hat s off to you. If I ever come that way again and have an issue--I will definitely choose you over the other dealership. Your staff made me feel like I was at my delaership in Kentucky "Swope Nissan in Elizabethtown".

No pressure buying experience. From our sales professional Dominic to the finance manager to the rest of the staff, they were all friendly and accommodating. I was all set to buy a car on carvana, but I'm glad we decided to check out Boardman Nissan first! Buying our car was a very easy process, as I stated at the start there was absolutely no pressure, no upselling pressure either. When it's time to purchase our next car we will go here first!

Mark was fantastic with us. He made sure to find what we were looking for. Went out in the pouring rain to get the vehicles for us to test drive.

I found Boardman Nissan to be very unprofessional, unorganized, and chaotic. I purchased from Richard Slider, who did nothing to facilitate the deal. All questions were either danced around or immediately forwarded to John Eaklebarry. The vehicle needed a few things touched up paint wise and I asked repeatedly if it would be done and ready for pick up. This was danced around and when I questioned John I was told that this is what they call "we owe you" and they would take care of it with a scheduled appointment. I picked up the vehicle, scheduled an appointment, showed up to drop off my car and get a rental. I was told at the service desk that I wasn't in the schedule and they didn't have any rentals. After some scrambling a rental was located and I was on the schedule. I specifically said that everything that needed done was on Richard's "we owe you" list.
I was called and told it was ready. I get there and half of what was needed was NOT done! I asked that the service guy get John. John comes out and I asked why nobody bothered to get the form or ask Richard what needed done OR call me to ask. He said that he didn't think Richard worked there any longer a d didn't know where the form was. So I still have areas that the dealership "owes" me. The solution, asked for paint to do it myself....and of course they do not have any it had to be ordered. I am to check back with John in three weeks. Customer service? Where? Why should I have to do it since it was all on the "we owe you" form. The ball was dropped big time on every aspect!
This was the most frustrating, unorganized, mess of a car purchase! I will not buy from this dealership again!

I've dealt with the parts department at Boardman Nissan on numerous occasions and have received nothing but professional service from Paul (Fuzzy). I've ordered performance parts and even weather tech floor mats for my wife's car and Paul was a huge help making sure I got the best parts for the best price! If you're looking for parts this is the place to go and Paul is definitely your guy!

Worst place to ever buy a car I bought a truck just recently and was lied to about the the truck being in an accident when I asked if it was in one before I got it found out after the fact that it was I took in with proof that it was in an accident and was told that they didn't know at the time they sold it to me and that there was nothing that they can do didn't even try to make it right nothing will never go back and hope thatwhoever reads this review takes this and consideration and go somewhere else

NEVER go to Boardman Nissan for anything... Natalie and Chris are two of the most dishonest people there are... they will lie to you and tell you what you want to hear just to get your business.... They will sell you a car but won't produce a title so you can get plates on the car.

I went to Boardman Nissan to get a vehicle. I told them the requirements I needed having 2 children and driving for a living. I needed something with a lot of storage space as well as seating. They first tried to put me in a Kick. Which is nothing more than a little Matchbox car. No storage at all. The next this they tried to put me in is a 2 seater Ford Ranger pick up. They don't listen to what you need, only to what you can pay. Very bad experience. I would never buy a car from these people, even if they were the last dealership in town. Beware... buyer beware!

They were not willing to work out a deal, they said the vehicle that I was looking at was driven by the owners wife as a demo. However after checking carfax the vehicle was actually bought at an auction and was previously a rental car, they kept saying I have to feed my family too, but the thing is I work hard for my money not to pay extra fees at a dealership!!! I told them what I wanted to pay each month and they kept asking me to put money down and extending the financing months, I just wanted them to lower the price and give me a fair deal. I felt like it was a good cop bad cop situation, the salespersons are nice and try to give you everything you want then the manager tries to manipulate the deal for their benefit. Be cautious and look into all your options. Make sure to shop around!!! I would recommend that you check out North Coast Auto Mall in Bedford OH. they are honest with where the vehicle comes from and don't make huge profit, they sale more vehicles so they can make small profit more times, so this means you get a better deal, I am so glad I did more research, it saved me thousands on vehicle I was looking at, at the Boardman Nissan dealer, not to mention the vehicle I bought had 15,000 miles less and more features, best of all I got great service. I would recommend working with Sammy if you choose to go there. Tell him I sent you and I bought a 2014 Pathfinder. You will be much happier there for the price and service!!!
