It was our second BMW from the BMW of Springfield,...

It was our second BMW from the BMW of Springfield, and we thought we oughta give other places a try as well. Countless useless emails with BMW of Morristown, Bloomfield and an absolutely disappointing trip to Open Road BMW of Edison (they were not ready, dodn't have the cars, eventhough we've had an official appointment for the test drive), we were soo happy to come back to the familiar and inviting atmosphere of Springfield dealership. The staff greets and treats you like FAMILY. Ask for Isabella Souza. Patient, calm, funny, and very friendly. No pressure. She listens, and she will go all the way to help you find the car of your dreams. My wife is super happy with her X5! Oh! and special thanks to Ms. Amanda Zamora for making this transaction as smooth as you could wish. We dreaded the day filled with paperwork and hours of signing and signing papers. Surprisingly, we were done and out in less than an hour because Ms. Zamora was already ready for us.
PS. The service team at BMW of Springfield is exemplary as well!

Today I had the best service ever with Michael Goworek.
While I was scheduling my appointment I asked for Michael to be my advisor. Since I know how much he cares and I never get disappointed working with him. He is a hard worker, patient, honest and smart. And he will never let you go disappointed. He will make everything possible to make you satisfied.

I went in to get a certified car and John took his time to show me what they could offer and all the options to make me a happy and loyal customer to his dealership. He went above and beyond to give me the best. If I ever decide to get another BMW, I will look no further than picking up my phone and calling him. He was never pushy and very patient. He gave me a bonus weather mats on the purchase and always there for questions and very devoted to his job.

The team in celebrity BMW of Springfield were outstanding and I am not saying this from just the sales aspect of my experience but since I walked in the door. Receptionist greeted me and my sales person Igal was great but I was really impressed with the service his manager Alvin provided for me. He made me feel that he went out of his way to make this deal happen for me even though I was skeptical at first but his professionalism made me feel confident that he was doing right by my side. I am very pleased and I do look forward to doing business with this establishment in the near future again due to the great experience I received. They really make the sales process a breeze, great personalities working there and even after you re done purchasing they constantly follow up with you. Highly recommend.

We are very impressed with BMW of Springfield s over all services. It is a pleasant experiences with Christian Mendez as our sales representative, and Nick Goldin as Genius Bar assistant. Christian was efficient, curious, professional and promised going to provide after sales services. When we first met him, we were shopping between OpenRoad Mercedes and BMW of Springfield. Christian made it easy for us to decide which car we eventually bought.
Nick knows what he was doing. Answered every questions we had, solved all the tech issues we had encountered with our old 2019 BMW. A very pleasant young man Full of enthusiasm.

I originally took my 2008 335xi to their body shop...

I originally took my 2008 335xi to their body shop to replace both front and back bumpers. After getting into my car after bumpers replaced, my air conditioner (blower) did not work. When I said something to the body shop they pulled car in to take a look and could not find anything and said they didn't have anything to do with the air not working since replacing 2 bumpers had no association to the air blower. One of the guys actually took me and car to the service department and within an hour they had diagnosed my car, reset codes, and then blower worked. They couldn't explain why except saying, "it happens." That was my first experience with JMK since moving to Jersey and I have to say, it was pretty good in my opinion. They went above and beyond and I appreciate it. Thanks guys!

I had a great experience setting up my new lease with Isabella. She was attentive, communicative, and did everything with me remotely over COVID. I was looking for a lot of safety features in a car with my young kids, and she searched and searched until we found a car with all of the options I wanted. Isabella helped to get my car delivered to my house, and express shipped my license and registration to me, so I didn t have to go to the dealer. Everything was done safely and remotely, with the utmost care, and I greatly appreciated it.

This dealer is very good at selling cars, and because of that they just want to get the money out of customer's pocket, and don't care anything else.

My friend help me find this nice BMW 435 at this dealer, and I went to replace my old lease car at the last day of the lease. The dealer charged me 1000 dollars for minor scratches and tire wear before I'm ready to sign the lease. In fact, there had been a lease end inspection in New York State and nothing came out of it. But they didn't explain that I should have gone back to my New York Dealer so I won't get charged. Considering the distance between New York City and this place they might just lose me as a customer because I won't take a uber here to lease the car. I guess that's why they didn't want to explain to me.

What makes my feeling worse was that, I could have fixed those things with my insurance if I had known that in advance.

Warning to New York car owners, don''t come here to lease a new car if you had a previous lease, because they can just charge you more in the end of the day and you won't have a choice by driving back with a car that leases expires tomorrow.

I must agree that they can get the money from me but they totally lost my trust in them.

BMW of Springfield and the Celebrity Motor Car Company deserve a lot of credit; they made the car buying experience a wonderful one. Everyone at the dealership was knowledgable and friendly but nothing more can be said about my wonderful sales representative, Jeremy B. He made me feel like more than a customer, treated me (and my offers) with nothing but respect and now, I am a proud owner of a BMW. Car buying can be a stressful experience, but Jeremy and the folks at BMW of Springfield made it truly a five-star experience. I highly recommend this dealer if you like a wonderful customer service experience.

Horrendous customer service. So disappointed in BMW. My experience has been terrible. Have had my car for one year, problems from day one. I have been to the dealership on several occasions for help from their "geniuses" who tell me the problem is solved, but then I leave and continue to have the same issue. Service dept unable to help as well. I have left numerous messages, emails, never a return call or email. Every time I call I am told there isnt a manager around or they are in a meeting. Never a return phone call. I will never lease/buy another BMW again, especially not from this dealership. Very disappointed.

Excellent dealership. I leased a 528i 4 years ago back when it was still JMK, and just today leased my 2nd 540 from Art. Art is a class act, a no nonsense numbers guy who was efficient, knowledgeable and extremely professional. Gave me an excellent deal, and communicated with me throughout so that I can minimize my time in the dealership. I ve been doing this for years, Art is one of the top sales people I ve ever worked with, by a mile.

Everyone else involved, including Isabella in finance, were top notch.

Regarding service, I ve been going to Gabe for years and look forward to coming to him with this 540 as well. Another class act who will never upsell you.

Will be back for the next one!!! Thanks everyone for an excellent buying experience!

I have been shopping for a BMW for months. I decided on BMW of Springfield because of their professionalism and knowledge. When I walked into the dealership, everyone was very polite. They were very patient and courteous. I had a million questions. Michael Blomgren explained in detail about the car, the service, and the leasing program. The day I picked up the car, Eric Lilienthal explained the technology of the X3. He took a lot of time with me and told me to call him any time with questions. In my opinion, Michael B. and Eric L. are two of the finest men in the car business.

I have been working w/Gabe to fix my wife's 335. Gabe gave me a detailed repair cost and what I should do immediately. He came in at the estimate and even delivered the car to my home while I was away. Gabe was a gentleman when delivering the car to my daughter. BMW of Springfield has proven to be a fair and valued service provider for my BMW. Gabe also left me with a detailed report of what I should get done in the next few months as well. As per Gabe, he want's to make sure we are happy with our BMW Driving Experience.

REVIEW FOR SERVICE: Always fantastic service with BMW of Springfield and recently took my car in for some issues with my tires. I was serviced by William Dasilva and could not have had a better experience! He did a full assessment of my issues and provided me with a detailed description of what I need done to fix my immediate needs, as well as what he recommended I do in addition. No pressure whatsoever. I ended up going with all the fixes, immediate and recommendations, and was setup with a loaner so I was not inconvenienced. Next day, job was taken care of, picked up the car, and drove off a happy customer.

I highly recommend William if you need a service advisor that will provide you with a easy, smooth, hassle-free service experience!

If you are serious about buying a BMW Certified Pre-Owned or a New BMW, then BMW of Springfield is the place, and Linnea Swenson is your client advisor. We drove from Boston, MA, to purchase our CPO 2018 BMW, and we could not be more satisfied. She went out of her way to find us the right car in color, mileage, and style, going beyond what was in the showroom. It was well worth the drive, and we would do it all over again.

The worst BMW dealership ever the people there are very unprofessional, very pushy, try and sell you cars when you come for something else just totally dishonest. I was even told I needed new tires took my car to another BMW dealership and was told my tires were in very good condition. I have a 2015 with low miles and not a lease why would I need a new car. Very pleasant dealership experience. I had the pleasure of working with Art Youman, who was very straightforward, honest, and personable. He is the Senior Internet Client Advisor and conveniently communicates through email. Art was very responsive and fair with the numbers he presented to me. He was willing to answer any question I asked and never attempted to rush or push me into a deal. I even contacted him after the sale and he still comported himself in the same great manner. To me, it seemed as if he took pride in being upfront and making me happy. Art is truly one of the best Client Advisors I've come across and I look forward to doing business again with him again in the future.

The whole family is very happy with our new car! From an online inquiry to giving us the best deal, & then very efficiently preparing everything, & having the car washed before we got there - coz we were almost an hour late due to being stuck in the GSP traffic! Isabella Souza & the rest of the staff (finance Zumba lady), who had to stay late for us, seamlessly processed everything so we were done in just a little over an hour - from test drive to paperwork to genius to finance to going home with a new X3.
Will definitely recommend Isabella & this dealership to friends & family!

Recent purchase of a 2016 BMW X3

We had been looking locally for a new BMW X# and found a dealership that was about 30 minutes from our home. After several weeks of trying to get the best price and after putting a deposit down on a X3 we decided to walk away because of the unwillingness of our local dealer to work with us on the total price. The next day I went to my TrueCar App and within 24 hours got a response from BMW of Springfield. Art Youman their internet guy provide a deal that was significantly cheaper that the local Dealership. Although Springfield New Jersey was three hours away from our home in upstate New York, we bought the car from Art. After picking the car up we had temporary dealership plates that had a limited life. Through an unfortunate set of circumstances the New York State plates were going to be delayed until after the dealer plates expired making our car un-driverable . After a discussion with Sal Gerbino, the GM at Springfield they rented us a car from a local agency to use until the new plates arrived. We felt that in every way BMW of Springfield we out of their way to make us a satisfied customer. We highly recommend their dealership if you are in the market for a BMW

Worst experience ever received shopping for 2020 5...

Worst experience ever received shopping for 2020 5 series. Cannot even believe that BMW would allow such incompetent snakes to be hired as management executives at this dealership. The Management/ Finance staffs flat out lied multiple times and after being caught was too prideful to admit their wrongdoings. I am appalled and disgusted how they manage to increase the car selling price and the promotional finance rate of 3.35% (Tier 1 customers) as I was getting ready to finalize the paperwork in the back office. The dealership pretty much forced me at the end leaving with no choice but to sign for the vehicle since it was pass closing time and my property/ license plate was removed from my trade-in vehicle. Folks always double/ triple check the numbers on your sales agreement and finance rate before signing for it. This dealership will lie til the very end to their customers by stating it was a error and we could increase the finance rate even if your Tier 1 since we are losing out on this deal . Do not trust their management and finance staffs!!!! I m definitely not planning to return for any future purchases!!!!!

Where to start. I've bought quite a few cars over the last 15 years and have to say this purchase was by far the best one. First time with BMW of Springfield, 2nd BMW in last 4 years for the house and didn't go with the original location we purchased the first vehicle for various reasons. Kudos to salesman David Hyslip, if it wasn't for his professionalism and consistent follow up would have certainly gone elsewhere. My schedule gets a bit crazy with the traveling but Dave never missed one call when I asked him to call back over the 4 months I spoke with him. When it comes to customer service they have certainly mastered that category.

From time of agreement on the vehicle to picking it up all went smoothly with no surprises. I stressed to Dave that I have a new born and all needed to go smoothly to ensure I didn't spend hours at the dealer at pickup and he was a man of his word. At arrival all was ready to go, got the tour of the car not rushed by any means and was invited to come back anytime to go through all again in case I had felt I needed additional time spent.

Overall great experience and would recommend Dave and team to anyone looking for their next BMW purchase. I'm one for going the extra mile for their customers this has certainly been a top priority for them as well which is great to see.

When I met a salesman he was tieless and jacketless. I told him I was interested in the X5 so he lead me to his desk and stood there showing me a list of attributes; the same attributes I had already read on the internet. The salesman did not offer me a seat, a drink, his card, nor a look inside of a vehicle; much less a test drive. I was out of there in 15 minutes. He was racist and chauvinistic. I am an African American woman who was made to feel that I was not worth his time.
