This dealer is very good at selling cars, and because of that they just want to get the money out of customer's pocket, and don't care anything else.

My friend help me find this nice BMW 435 at this dealer, and I went to replace my old lease car at the last day of the lease. The dealer charged me 1000 dollars for minor scratches and tire wear before I'm ready to sign the lease. In fact, there had been a lease end inspection in New York State and nothing came out of it. But they didn't explain that I should have gone back to my New York Dealer so I won't get charged. Considering the distance between New York City and this place they might just lose me as a customer because I won't take a uber here to lease the car. I guess that's why they didn't want to explain to me.

What makes my feeling worse was that, I could have fixed those things with my insurance if I had known that in advance.

Warning to New York car owners, don''t come here to lease a new car if you had a previous lease, because they can just charge you more in the end of the day and you won't have a choice by driving back with a car that leases expires tomorrow.

I must agree that they can get the money from me but they totally lost my trust in them.
