This organization is top notch! Couple years back I switched from a major insurance company to The Arizona Group because at that time they saved me approx. $800 with a policy that provided better coverage. At the end of each 12-month policy they shop for me and make sure I'm getting the best deal. Today I was in an accident and mistakenly called AGIB to get policy information. I was on the side of the road with the police and the two crashed cars and the guy on the phone looked in his computer and said that our company wasn't listed. When the AGIB guy realized I had called the wrong number to get HELP at the scene of the crash, with the police and the crashed cars right there, the AGIB guy started trying to sell me insurance!! He started saying "We do offer business insurance as well as personal and bla bla bla..." I could not believe it! I needed immediate help and had called the wrong number, and the guy used my distress to try to make a sale. We buy business insurance, car insurance, fleet vehicle insurance, personal car insurance, homeowners insurance, and life insurance. NEVER will we purchase it from these people. Too busy trying to make a sale to realize when a person needs help.
UPDATE: The company is now trying to imply that this didn't happen. It sure did! I called at 2:56 p.m January 26. It is on my phone. Spoke for 1 min 48 seconds. A man answered. I asked for Carol. Worst insurance company brokerage experience, over and over issues. I own my own business and dealt with Glenn Lenox at The Arizona Group. He wrote the first policy incorrect so when our business was broken into nothing was covered. Almost $80k in stolen inventory. It does not stop here, gets worse. Glenn then waits until the last minute to renew our policy come to find out even though he has visited our business numerous times, he doesn't even have coverage on our products. We were paying a huge premium however if anything were to have happened nothing would have been covered, again! When you ask them questions, they never have an answer. When I finally took the time to find another broker company, every other company knew the answers right away. Didn't take weeks to get back to you. Glenn was a nightmare to deal with. As a matter of fact, he's still attempting to cancel our old policy and has every excuse in the book. When I called the actual insurance companies, every single one of them told me I didn't need this or that and Glenn insisted I did. I went and got the coverage I needed within a day from a company he said would not cover me or denied him. Disappointed and upset with The Arizona Group would be an understatement.
