I come here on occasion to get maintenance done on my vehicle. Access is only available headed eastbound on Rt. 22 so keep that in mind, you will need to make a U-Turn if you're headed west. Entering the BMW facility may be confusing for some as the driveway is next to Cornell Pkwy which, if you make the early right, will take you to the collision center, and if you make the late right, will throw you into a one-way. Pretty good experiences with the staff and I can speak specifically to Michael Goworek...I needed to get some recalls done on my car and an oil change. I had no way to get home while the dealership did the work, but Mike was kind enough to get someone from the dealership to drop me home in a courtesy car. They weren't able to pick me back up after the work was done, but that's okay. While the work was being done, they sent me some videos of "trouble" areas which proved to be very useful. As far as work times go, they completed my 3 recalls and oil change in about 2 hours and even threw in a free car wash. The facility is nice, free coffee, drinks and snacks are available in the waiting room. There are several leather chairs for you to relax in, TV, and insanely fast WiFi (clocked it at 100+ Mbps). They don't try to "get one over" on you here, and they also honor any coupons that other BMW dealerships in the area are offering which is cool!

Please read again ! Disappointed after the apprais...

Please read again ! Disappointed after the appraisal of my trade in 2016 BMW , and unfortunately happened 3 weeks after I leased the new car, BMW financial wants me to pay $426 for a "severe" damage on the rear bumper, after I was told by MR Collin that damage was just and appraisal and BMW Financial will talk to me and just my be pay a % of it , turned out that the word "severe" damage which it was a scratch is going to cost me that much money. PLEASE BE CAREFUL JMK SPRINGFIELD HAD CHANGED MANY POLICIES , I WILL TAKE MY BUSINESS AND REFERRALS SOMEWHERE ELSE , EVEN FOR SERVICE.

I walked in & was not greeted by anyone including the old lady working the front desk. (You would think that s her job)

The gentleman in charge of customer relations was the only individual to greet me then assist me by finding a sales rep.

He brought an African-American sales associate to assist me & boy was this guy arrogant!
You would think it was my fault he was there making & no money.

I ask him to tell me the difference between two specific vehicle besides the obvious (size)
He continued to say just that... (one is a coupe,the other is not ) seriously
I walked right out & went to MERCEDES!

Called to see if I could get service in one day be...

Called to see if I could get service in one day because I had to drive ten hours for a funeral. Got the car back that day, but with the engine light still on - they knew I needed to make the ten hour drive and were going to let me drive with the engine light on. They hadn't bothered to run the diagnostic that day to see what was causing the engine light and so I had no idea whether or not I had a serious issue that would survive a ten hour drive. Brought it back for them to run the diagnostic and they found more to repair. They repaired it, but then kept the vehicle longer than promised because they still needed to reset the engine settings. I asked for a printout of the diagnostic data to take to my regular mechanic, and they did not provide it. I took the car to DMV inspection the next day, and got a "FAIL" because the Fuel System was "NOT READY". Inspector says they need to properly reset it, dealer says I have to drive it for 140 miles. Surprise! It has just a week left on inspection deadline, and I don't drive the car all that much. I guess I better figure out a road trip...

UPDATE Tino called from Service group and has offered to fix things up - fix up much appreciated and so moving from a "1" to a "3" -- will keep you posted on how it all turns out in the end.

UPDATE: Tino arranged to pick the car up and run a free inspection after a proper reset of the Fuel System indicator. I have a new inspection sticker, and they also detailed the car. He also gave me a credit for half off the battery that was installed; because it was installed before running a diagnostic, I wondered if it even needed to be replaced. A five star rating for the follow up, but definitely dinged for the first part of the service experience.

Update: Unfortunately,I have to reconsider my rating as my husband has been trying hard to get connected to the BMW Connected Drive every day since he bought the car.It is important to set up the Driver Profile since both my husband and I drive on totally different settings. He contacted the salesperson a couple of times and sat on the phone for 20 -25 minutes trying to get help from BMW Connected services,but to no avail.They say it could take couple ofweeks to set it up.We are quite disappointed at this time.

I normally don t go to a dealer for anything, but I needed a recall done and my service advisor Gabriel was THE BEST! I actually ended up coming back to have my 335i aligned and 4 tires mounted, 2 miles away from the dealer my coolant hose popped (the Mickey Mouse outlet) got towed in and they were unable to service the car that day so they gave me a loaner, most dealers are very stingy with giving out free stuff but they took great care of me! When it comes time to get my M4 I will definitely come here first.

I live very close to 4 other dealerships, but I drive the extra miles to come to the JMK Service Dept. because they treat me and my car right. I've been coming here for 4 years now and compared to other dealers in my area, the service is like night & day. You don't need to bring your car back because of poor servicing. The people are amazing and go out of their way to help you. Drive your car out with confidence. If you're fed up with bad/mediocre service, I would highly recommend giving JMK a try.

I usually use another BMW dealership, but this time I was looking for pretty rare model 640 GT with specific options that I need and I was able to find one here. I was a bit nervous as this is new dealership for me, but everything went even above my expectations. My CA was Isabella Souza and she went above and beyond during the process. She was patiently answering all my questions via phone and email during the week and once I've arrived to get cat and sign papers, everything was as promised and quick. Can't comment as of now about service experience, but buying process was pleasure and I can for sure recommend Isabella if you want smooth and pleasant experience.

I purchased a BMW M2 from the sales manager Veedit Patel and had an amazing experience! VP was so easy to work with and gave me a very fair deal on the M2. He also went above and beyond by taking care of some extra fees from the CT DMV which he didn't have to.

The whole buying process was very quick and easy. VP made sure that I left with the car about 1 hour after i purchased it.

I bought a certified car from here. Sales made promises as part of the deal that were never delivered. Service department is a mess. You will probably get a better quality of service at a Honda dealership. I had to make 5 trips to the service for detailing the car that I purchases from this place. Save yourself some time and energy and go to another dealership. This dealership made me have a bad image of BMW in my mind in general. I make sure my next car is not a BMW.

Ever looking for a bmw, this is the place to go, I was warmly welcomed as I walked in, very clean looking showroom, and was not pressured as it. Want to thank my sales advisor Charles Amadi, he was beyond great, I was very indecisive, he spent two days with me, took me to the process, test drives, explained everything, did not pressure me at all, also showed up on his day off for me. Definitely ask for Charles Amadi if you are ever here looking for a car, I know I will again. Simply, avoid bringing your car to this dealer for service. Over priced. after charging me over $3500 they gave me my car back with TPM malfunction alert, a sensor that costs less than $50. The right indoor handle had sort of greasy chemical that melted part of it, until today I cant get rid of this grease. they kept my old battery knowing that I has asked to retain it, they made me drive back to them twice without being able to find it. I called them few times to complain, they placed me on long holds and never returned my call or did any follow up. Recently I took my car to Open Road for a set of 4 new tires,they gave me best price available any where including tire rack, they changed the tpm sensor for $70, they fixed the seat calibration error for free. I picked up my car my car from them and felt like I am driving a new car. In my opinion, this dealer = bad service + rip off

Anthony walked us through the process with a great attitude and very helpful input. We actually enjoyed it.

I bought my BMW used, and drove a Honda all my life. So needless to say this is all new to me. Paul was my service representative, and i will admit i was not happy about the process the car requires for adquate service (computer reprogramming, etc). I probably gave him a little more attitude then was necessary. In my defense, im also 9 months pregnant. Regardless i would like to commend the dealership and Paul for their professionalism and courtesy. Id also like to thank them for turning my first BMW service experience into a pleasant one.

This is my second review. I purchased my car in May 2017. During the first month I returned to the dealer expressing my concerns about numerous problems with the oil pump and engine, I was reassured that the issues would be resolved. I told management that I didn't want to continue to return for frequent services. Six months later, I still have the same issue and now more problems with the car. I wanted to return the car in May or work out another deal; however, management was unwilling. I have had such a terrible experience since buying the car, that I suggest anyone considering buying a car here to go elsewhere.

Servicing for my suv was managed by Gabriel, I was happy with updates on progress from Gabriel. However the servicing work needs to improve as the rattling sounds was not fixed as the servicing personnel couldn't reproduce the issue and tyre pressure still out of sync. The wash after was not good and I was told this is what bmw can do best for washing on serviced vehicles however I would give 5 star to Phil, he personally did another round of cleaning. I was very impressed with Phil who went above and beyond their normal process to satisfy the customer.

Took possession of my 5th leased X5 from BMW of Springfield today. Very safe and clean environment and incredible efficient group. Dropped off the old lease which took less than 10 minutes. They were very reasonable with wear and tear as they have been in the past. My sales advisor, Steve Burak is the absolute best. If you ever get a chance to work with him, it will be the best experience you ever had buying or leasing a car. He is a true gentleman and his first quote will be your last quote. Very honest, upfront and easy to deal with. Thank you again Steve.

Less than pleased with the service here. They will dodge your questions/concerns after signing the papers. I have been waiting for my plates for 1 month. They said they would make my last payment on my account... still waiting (while I get threatening email from BMW financial)- when they are questioned, it's always "looking into it" or some similar bs... save yourself the trouble and go to a dealership that actually knows what's going on and has the courtesy to take care of their customers and build lasting relationships. FYI- this is my third bmw.

What a truly amazing experience it was to lease a ...

What a truly amazing experience it was to lease a new X3 for my wife. I called them and told them the exact car I was looking for as well as how much I wanted to spend and how much I wanted for my trade-in, within a few minutes Dalvin called me back saying it's a done deal. We showed up the next morning on a busy Saturday ( I told Dalvin we had a tight schedule and needed to be in and out FAST)we were quickly shown our new car and then whisked into the business office to complete the paperwork with Charlie who was a real professional guy and had a great personality, there was no hard up-sells or forced add-ons like so many other places, he simply showed us optional service, tire, and lost key-fob plans which we declined with no issue. After the paperwork was all signed we got escorted to the genius bar and a very polite and knowledgeable young guy (forgot his name sorry) showed my wife and I all the key functions of the new car so we could safely continue about our day.

I have bought new and used vehicles from multiple brands and dealerships but This place blew me away with their friendly attittudes and lack of the usual dealership hassles. Dalvin and Charlie were both awesome to deal with and they certainly made new BMW customers for life!!

Originally wanted a 3 series but he got me into a 5 series with all the options I was looking for. I would recommend him to anyone who is in the market for a BMW. I have been a customer at BMW of Springfield for almost 10 years, way back when they were still JMK. I'm proud to say that my trust in this dealership and its service center has never wavered. All of the sales staff are courteous, respectful, and very knowledgeable - management has always done a good job training up their sales staff. Just as impressive are their service personnel - every member of the team from technicians to advisers, to even the valet are highly respectful of their clients and work very hard to get you where you need to be in as short amount of time as possible. Most importantly, even with Celebrity Motorcars taking ownership of this BMW center, the quality of all the staff and the services they provide have not dwindled at all. I highly recommend this BMW center as a customer of 10 years.

The sales and service process was very smooth from beginning to end with Springfield BMW. The sales person I dealt with Phil Wilczewksi was great in trying to meet all the options I was looking for in 540i and explaining to me how those options differ. When I came in to sign the paperwork it was very organized and quick and then the genius bar showing me all the different technologies in the car and how they are used was great as well. I would definitely recommend to others who are looking to buy a BMW.

Christian Mendez is our sales guy, he made the whole experience seamless and he even drove like 40 min to our place to get some papers signed. Not much room for price negotiation other than the listed internet price but I'm happy with the deal I got. Highly recommend doing business with Christian and BMW of Springfield.

I had such a great experience here! I had been looking for a new car because my current lease was ending on December 31st and I was unhappy with my current dealer. A friend recommended that I visit BMW of Springfield and I m so glad they did. I worked with Anthony Rendine and he gave me a great deal on a new lease for a 2020 X4. He was extremely friendly and very helpful and I signed my new lease with him the same day! His manager, Gene, was also very nice and helpful. They both made me feel like they valued and appreciated my business (unlike my other dealer). I highly recommend them!!

I didn't even get to speak to a sales associate! I called to inquire about the availability of the new ///M2. The first two times I called in, the receptionist hung up on me. The third time I called, I explained that I was hung up on twice, and I asked what the problem was. The rude human on the other end of the phone told me, "I didn't hang up on you, it's not my fault.". I asked to speak to the sales manager, and after waiting on the phone for 5 minutes, she hung up on me again.

Isabella must have sensed that I was unsure about purchasing my vehicle but she realized from her experience as a sales person that trying to convince me would not work. I tried to buy cars here three (3) time, back when this was JMK BMW. Something always went sideways in the process, usually when we would start talking money and local sale people would insist on 2x-3x markup vs. other dealers in the area. One time I was lectured by a salesman that he deserved higher profits because he posts to a BMW blog. There is a slight chance I will give new ownership another chance, but only if all old entitled salespeople are gone.

Sales staff, and specifically VP, were all upfront, friendly, and worked with me to meet my needs. I got the car I wanted at the price point I wanted. Customer area had all the amenities one should expect at a BMW dealership. There were no tricks or gimmicks. Would refer this dealership to any of my family and friends without hesitation.

I recently had a very pleasant experience working with Anthony Rendine from BMW of Springfield. In leasing a 2020 330i xDrive, Anthony was extremely professional, helpful, attentive and easy to work with....I never felt pressured (which is important to me). I also thought he was honest, courteous and very knowledgeable. He made the car experience an enjoyable one. In fact, a deal was made within a couple of hours. I highly recommend seeing Anthony should you go to the Springfield dealership where (I might add) everyone I met there were professional and friendly. I also will be recommending this dealership to my family and friends.
