Worst insurance company I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with.
Their client rear ended me, and its been like pulling teeth to get my car repaired. They ignore calls and messages and will do whatever is in their power to leave you holding the rental/repair bill.

Amazingly, I had the pleasure of speaking directly with the CEO, Jessica Rae Loomis. Not only was her phone manner pleasant 6:30 in the morning, but her answers were clear, resourceful, and informative. As Warren Buffett has said, one indication of an excellent company is its CEO. I encourage you to inquire and discuss in detail all your insurance needs with this company.

This insurance does not work. I had an accident. For a word I said that they grabbed for not paying. And I'm paying the k covers everything. Deverda I do not recommend them
First time walking in this place with my wife to see how much it would be added to my wife s car registration. We wanted to just get a rough estimate on the cost and the first impression on the woman that was helping us was like she didn t want to deal with people and said that we needed the car title there in order for them to give us anything. Even if that is true she could of made the situation better. This woman they have working there has zero costumer service skills.
Horrible most unorganized company I ever dealt with. You get a new adjuster every claim because the one they give you originally never answers the phone. Something that should of been handled in a day gets handled in weeks with this company
Loan closings are stressful and difficult for most small business owners. Karen and Dave made a normally tenuous process, both stress-free and pleasant. They were communicative, positive, and worked with lightning speed. Having worked with hundreds of insurance companies and agents, I must say Infinity Insurance Partners is the absolute best. I can't compliment them enough.

Infinity Insurance Partners is a boutique firm located in Phoenix serving mainly Commercial Insurance Customers, not the 1-800-Infinity Company. The CEO is an amazing and talented Insurance Counselor licensed in 39 States.
This insurance company is HORRIBLE. They tell you you have full coverage when you do not, you actually have liability. Then, once you get into an accident and make a claim, they finally tell you, "oh you don't have full coverage..." and then we call to speak to a supervisor and he was rude as all hell to me. Won't let me speak and was overall rude. I suggest a totally different insurance. They just lost a customer.

worst car insurance EVER! I will never get Infinity insurance again. I got in a car accident , and found out that infinity requested JUNK YARD PARTS for my SUV . That's what i pay for? Done with them.
