At the parts an accessories the guy was very rude an on top of that I waited 20 minutes just to talk to this rude guy an he was no help to be honest if you need to go to a BMW dealer I would not go to the Bridgeport one

BMW of Bridgeport was by far the best dealership I have dealt with. Buying many cars from different high end dealerships this was the easiest car buying experience. Our salesman, Ernie Ferrari was amazing. From the initial test drive to a few days later when we brought the car home it has been a pleasure working with BMW of Bridgeport. I drove over an hour away to get here and I'm glad I did! Highly recommend this dealership and Ernie!
Came in for a used BMW and was very happy with the service. Lee was very knowledgeable about all of the vehicles and helped me find the right car for me. I ve had some very negative experiences with other dealerships so it was a relief to be able to have a pleasant car buying experience here.
My favorite dealership by far! Very friendly and professional people, great environment and excellent waiting area and amenities. I don t mind at all waiting until my car is ready! Can t say that for many other dealerships! Will really miss bringing my car here now that will move back to Mass.

The CPO 2018 BMW X1 vehicle that I purchased wasn t ready as promised on scheduled pick up date & time. Detailing was not acceptable...dust and dirt are noticeable in the interior of the vehicle including the driver and passenger mirrors. The rear wiper makes loud squeaky noise when activated. There s a bit of a delay in finalizing the business transaction. Otherwise, the entire process was average. Thank you.

Everything was very professional from drop off to pick up. Only part not good price for transmission issue. $1500.00 to fix a leak that part cost under $20.00 is very unprofessional and outrageous.
John at the service department really went out of his way to help me when my 2017 330i had a fluke overheating issue. I was stuck on the highway and BMW roadside assistance had me on hold for an extended amount of time, due to Covid. When John heard that I was having trouble getting through, he walked me through hitting the SOS, which automatically generated a gps location on my car and they sent the flatbed right out to pick me up. They had a loaner for me ready to go. The service team was fantastic and sent me videos and complete reports on my vehicle. It was done the next day. Kelly in sales was also amazing. He found out that I didn t get the touch up paint that I was supposed to get and took it upon himself to track it down and I believe he even put it on his own account to expedite the process. Fantastic service all around. I really can t say enough about how pleased I am with Bridgeport BMW as a whole.
Kelly was our salesperson and he was great he went above and beyond to help me and get me the best deal with us driving 7 hours away... When we got there everyone was so friendly. Dropped off car for routine oil service and vehicle check, as well as a smell in the car. A nest and dead mouse had been found under the backseat. A through cleaning and checking of every part of the vehicle was allowed. Stephanie is an excellent advisor keeping me informed throughout the day with updates and extremely helpful in working to meet my needs. The vehicle was returned cleaned and disinfected, and hoping was a one time incident but precautions have been taken to avoid this in future.
This is my 4th BMW with BMW of Bridgeport. BMW of Bridgeport serves their clients with top notch class at all times in my opinion. Any time I need anything, they are there. They continuously go the extra mile which is beyond appreciated. A pleasant reception at the door. A friendly and efficient sales representative who spared me the usual sales song-and-dance. A quick and well explained trip through the paper work. A nicely detailed car and I was on my way.

Let s face it, car buying these days can feel like it s as stressful as giving birth! So you can imagine how thankful I am for Stacey P and the awesome folks at BMW of Bridgeport for making the process QUICK and painless. I was able to negotiate a decent price, process my credit application and secure a deposit all from the comfort of my home (which is out of state in DC). I took that train up to Bridgeport and within an hour of arriving I was able to drive away in my gorgeous X1! Very happy camper! :)
I had the pleasure of working with Mike Ciufo at BMW of Bridgeport during the purchase of my 2019 Dodge Ram 1500 Laramie. He was really helpful and attentive to my needs and questions. I told Mike exactly what I wanted my monthly payment to be and he accommodated it by lowering the price of the truck, as well as matching my trade in appraisal that I had gotten from CarMax. First time buying a semi new car. I was previously driving a 1999 Subaru Outback and was very pleased with the car itself, just felt it was time for me to treat myself to a higher level of comfort and style. I had done a lot of leg work online regarding what I wanted (2012-13 535xdrive M sport package). I walked into the Bridgeport showroom to be greeted by the receptionist asking if I'd like some bottled water or coffee and that if I had any questions just ask. After a bit of starry eye dreaming looking at the new models on the showroom floor, Kade Walker a CPO dealer approached me very casually and offered to check the data base for my particular car I was looking for..... The long/short of it was NO nothing in the database but the exact car I wanted (color and only 13k miles) was in the back getting prepped to be available for sale just not in the system yet. Kade was very knowledgeable about the model and upfront about costs, taking a test drive and any questions I asked about the process. All in a NON-agressive hard sell way. We went for a test drive and made the offer for the car that was excepted by both. The follow up paperwork dealing on the phone and then meeting Elizabeth and Michael for the signing was a very pleasent experience. I came back 2 days later to pick the car up, Glen was there to sit with me inside the car for what must have been at least an hour pointing out many of the features my new car had to offer. I live in White Plains NY but after reading many of the surveys online throughout NY/CT area I'm willing to drive to Bridgeport for any future service. So far so good, Keep up the great job everyone!
BMW Bridgeport responded quickly to resolve a potentially damaging drive train error . They quickly determined it was a software error. My car was ready the same day.

Out of all the BMW dealerships that have serviced my family and I, I feel this one is the most confused and dishonest staff. First time visiting I was purchasing wheel locks, they told me that they were $120 but the SAME set was on their website for $82 and when I informed them about it they replied, Oh yeah I guess that s the price. The wheel lock s key ended up being too big for my rim so I had to return the product. The auto parts worker argued with me that I didn t have a special card that was supposed to be included in the box. Mind you, I only took out ONE lock and key to discover that they did not fit, so I threw the set into my trunk, not taking anything else out. Both times I ve visited have been an headache when it came to the male employees. The females on the other hand, have been friendly, informative, and very welcoming!
Again I had a great experience with the service department and the Sales Department Natalie. I was serviced by Chris in Service and he went over all aspects of my maintenance and what maintenance was coming up for my car. I absolutely loved the video that showed what items were being performed on the car. Great job and great service
Horrible experience at this dealership!!! Worst customer service ever from sales to service to management. They sold me a car I hate and don't want to hear from me. No one from top to bottom ever calls me back about my dissatisfaction with the mechanical issues of my car! I now need to file a complaint tomorrow with the Better Business Bureau! Do not even consider doing business with this dealership!!
Mike and Darren have been extremely helpful. I had no idea that I could drive my new car home at my initial visit. They have taken care of everything for me in a couple of hours. Great selection of BMWs and great prices.

Went down knowing virtually nothing about BMW's and met with salesman David Baylis.He was super nice and easy to talk to. Didn't feel like he was just trying to make a sale. Athough I live closer to another BMW dealership, I will drive to Bridgeport BMW for all of my BMW needs. I highly recommend BMW of Bridgeport. If your looking for one, new or used, it is worth the drive. Both David and VIctoria Warner (finance) are amazing!

My husband and I purchased two BMWs on the same day at this dealership. Jonathan in sales was brilliant. Great personality, answered our questions quickly. All round, very professional. If you are looking to purchase a BMW but aren t too sure what you may like, I would definitely recommend Jonathan. He knew the inventory exceptionally well and was able to give us options that matched our interest with ease. I loved that!
We don t live very close to the dealership, and an hour before the scheduled appointment I called to let Jonathan know that we we re running 50 mins behind schedule. He understood our circumstance and was absolutely accommodating. When we were arrived, we sat with Victoria in finance and we felt very rushed. Almost like she had somewhere to be and we were an inconvenience.
She didn t ask us for pertinent things like the title for our trade and asked that I call my old dealership for some document that she was supposed to retrieve. Seemed like she didn t have the time and needed to get wherever she needed to be. We left her office so confused and disappointed at the level of service at this point in the process.
It went from a superior sales experience to rubbish so quickly that I was stunned. However, Jonathan came to save the day. He took our title, and said that I didn t have to call anyone. That he will take care of the paperwork with my old dealership. We chatted for a bit and he genuinely wished us well. Jonathan, we truly appreciated you!

I love my new BMW X1. I previously had the 328xi but the BMW X1 gives us just a touch more room for our family's needs but drives exactly like the 328xi which I loved. I am updating a previous review. There was a bit of miscommunication during my service visit. The follow up by their manager John as well as the rep I spoke to was excellent. Could not ask for a better response to a customer who felt things could have been better.

To be specific, John Olavarria did an incredible job of ensuring my experience was a very positive one. John was able to mediate a solution to my problem that I don t think would have been resolved otherwise. He was very accommodating and showed that he actually cared but the most important aspect of our interaction was the simple fact that he took the time to really listen. I am extremely appreciative of his efforts and he most definitely ensured that I will not think twice about bringing my vehicle there if I should ever have any future issues.
I was in the market for a Used BMW 3 series and I live in MA. I searched for a specific model with a 6 speed, so the availability of this model is rare now-a-days. I found a perfect car at BMW Bridgeport. I called to check the availability of this specific car I found. I was told that I could test drive the car, but being a 3 hr trip I could only do a weekend. I verified the car would be available twice. My wife and 8 week old made the trip to see that car, and we got an early start to make it to CT at a reasonable time. On the drive we called when the dealership opened to again confirm the car was ready that day. It was verified and we continued on the trip vs turning around. Again, My wife, my 8 week child and myself arrived in the afternoon and we test drove the car. I worked with Kade, who on a different note was a GREAT person and salesman, he had no idea what was about to happen. I loved the car and sat down to talk numbers, having every intention of buying the car. He went to verify with financing and returning to tell us the car was sold during the test drive!! How does this happen with so many verification?? I was to say the least, irritated that I drove 6hrs round trip with my family (a 8 week old baby) and was completely let down, a complete failure of management and staff to communication. The bottom-line I would NOT recommend BMW Bridgeport, I WOULD recommend Kade if you have no other choice of dealerships, but OVERALL GO TO BMW Mt. Kisco. I ended up buying a BMW of the same model weeks later at Mt Kisco and they were much easier to deal with. Ralph was friendly and the dealership was much newer and cleaner. BMW Mt. Kisco is about 15-20 mins away, so do yourself a favor and go the right place first. Good luck.
Sales rep built zero rapport, must have judged me before I walked in the door. Mistake made. Sorry BMW. Your sales rep just turned me off to your cars.
