I drove from NY to Connecticut to turn in my lease and get a new car during COVID (May). I have to be honest, this office should have never been open in the first place if they couldn't operationalise processes, as they messed up all the information they gave me and / or never processed paperwork properly.

There have been a series of issues / miscommunications that I will leave out of this post. However, the most egregious issue is that I have a negative credit report because they never set up autopay (they told me the system would automatically carry over on the new car as long as I authorised it, which i did), and BMW Financial Services reported me after one missed payment. ONE. AFTER BEING A LOYAL CUSTOMER WHO NEVER MISSED A PAYMENT. DURING A QUARANTINE. BECAUSE THE OFFICE MESSED UP THE PAPERWORK OR GAVE ME THE WRONG INFO.

Somehow they also got the first few payments and this only happened a few months in....

Anyway, I'm in my early 30s, this was my 2nd BMW and will probably be my last. I've been incredibly disappointed with how the corporate headquarters has "helped" as well... which is to say, not at all.

From the moment I walked into BMW of Bridgeport, I was met and given 5 star service by my Client Advisor (Vincent Ruocco) and his sales manager (Tony Ferreone). Vincent made the sales process as seamless as possible. Moreover, his level of knowledge about the product line is 2nd to none. Compared to other dealerships in lower Fairfield County (which I shall NOT name), the staff here truly care about the customer and his/her needs. In addition, Anthony Dominicus & Mike Liberatore are the ultimate professionals and do their jobs with with the highest level of integrity.

Keep up the great work gentlemen and I look forward to doing continued business in the coming years!

They provided a complimentary loaner and kept me updated as they progressed the work. Great experience. The loaner is making me seriously consider making an upgrade in the near future as well.

Was talking with salesman Lee for a week about coming in and purchasing a truck he told me to put deposit on truck to ensure it was there on weekend and I was ready to but was told he would take deposit on Friday. So Friday came and was ready to send then and was told the truck is still available so we can just handle everything when you get here tomorrow (saturday) got a text this morning saying truck was sold last night after hours. Strung me along for a week straight for nothing even got the day off work and bank check to go purchase vehicle. If you are going here to purchase stay far away from a salesman named lee.

I originally was thrilled with the service and my salesman for my "certified pre-owned". No delays, fair price etc. However, within a few weeks, my car was in for service because the AC wasnt working. I had the factory warranty so it was not a big deal. They "fixed" it but a few weeks I was back in with the same issue. A few months went by and the button for the heated steering wheel fell off. I once again brought it in. I still had the warranty but now it was time consuming. Shortly after that, the heat stopped working. I expressed my concerns to the Service Manager as there were more issues with the car than should be in the first few months. I got an "apology" but that was about it. The last straw was when I went in for an oil change and to replace the key fob batterty and when they inspected the car, they told me both my rear differentials were leaking. I maybe put 10k miles on the car (it had 36k when I bought it) and now I had a major repair. However, i still had the factory warranty. I was told the warranty didn't cover the repair. So now I am looking at $1000 and more of my time. When I asked if they could discount the service as the car has had way too many mechanical issues since I bought it (approximately 10 months in to owning the car) and the response? "Since you are a valued Customer, we can give you a free car wash". You wash my car when its serviced for free anyway!! I called another BMW dealer who inspected the car. I was told only ONE rear differential was leaking AND it was covered under the warranty. BMW of Bridgeport was going to "make a repair" that didnt exist and charge me for something that was covered. So I went to the other dealer and the cost? $13.96 for the key fob battery.

I am writing this review almost 3 years later because my car is back in the shop for another $2800 repair. This shouldnt have happened with only 76k miles. I will never buy another vehicle from BMW of Bridgeport. Not because of my salesman, but the service was unacceptable and there is no way they did a thorough inspection of the car before selling it. the dealer where it is now is giving me discount on the repair because of all the time and money I have spent. They didnt even sell me the car, and they are treating me like they did.

There were some initial issues with my order due to the factory cutting production of 2019s. It left me dissatisfied with the wait, and some changes to the options available for 2020s. Tim the GM stepped in and made things right. Problems will always happen, but how an organization deals with them is the real test. They were terrific. I was kept in the loop on the build process, and they were very responsive to all my inquiries and questions. If you are in the market for a new BMW, call Kelly Garvin at BMW of Bridgeport. Happy to consider myself a loyal customer.

After a week of looking at different pre-owned 3 series BMWs, I am so glad I took the trip to BMW of Bridgeport, where I purchased a car that exceeded my expectations.

As a female in my early 20's, I was apprehensive about car shopping on my own, but Mike made me feel comfortable from the very start of the experience and I felt that I was treated just as any other customer would be, by everyone at the dealership. The experience was a breeze and I never felt uncomfortable or pressured. Mike was knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with from the time he first showed me the car I chose, until I picked up my beautifully detailed car and he took a lot of time at the end of the day to show me exactly how everything worked with the navigation/computer system.

I was kind of concerned about having my car serviced during this time of COVID-19 but was pleasantly surprised by all the safety precautions in place. I did not wait while my car was being serviced but had I needed to, I would not have been uncomfortable given the space and safety measures the dealership was taking.

When my first choice (2018 X3) was in the initial process of being sold a day earlier, he called me that night to let me know that their credit check didn t go through for this car and had me come in the next day on his day off to make sure I could drive it home that day. Just spoke with a girl in the service department. Rudely interrupted me while I was speaking. I wanted to check if there were any recall campaigns open on my used vehicle I just bought. She says no and when I ask her about the battery cable recall then she replies yes. Tells me it will take 3-4 hours for a battery cable. I spoke to other service departments around the area who were very courteous and helpful. I dont know where she was in a rush on going to but the only reason I called this dealership is it was close to home. Ill take the my business elsewhere.

I never had an issue with BMW bridgeport, they were always helping me. Not sure what happened this time.
My oil change sign came in with another sign so 2 errors.
1. Oil change and 2. Service...Brake Fluid..

I scheduled and went there. While giving the key they asked you need xxxx ( some regular service over 50,000 miles and my 50K warranty ended) that will be around $500. Upon my request I was informed that 120,000 miles coverage does not cover that regular maintenance. I said no. I was thinking all errors/due inspections/changes etc. will be printed on invoice with cost estimate, and I will see, if I need it or not.

Then I got call in couple hours, oil change done, pay online and pickup anytime. I was at work and sent my daughter to pickup. Reviewed the invoice and no error reported, even courtesy inspection was done from LIC# 835 and no issue reported or informed. I checked and there is still an error sign
Service...Brake Fluid..
I reported the error with picture to Dealers, and I was informed it will be $150 charge, bring it and will be done in 1.5 hours. So now I have to go back 25 miles and repeat pickup trip again, just to do brake fluid fill up.
I think that should have been checked on one trip and should have been informed to have me decide. Now or later.
But overall, they all are doing well and try to help and always issue loaner car.
Take care and try to recommend them.

I was in transit to pick my college student up from school during the Pandemic when I hit a nail on I-95. I came to Bridgeport BMW dealership for assistance. Tony Horan was my contact and he was fantastic! He coordinated ordering a replacement tire and provided a loaner so I could complete my trip to retrieve my son. When I returned to Bridgeport, my car was cleaned with a new tire installed. Tony coordinated with third party vendor for authorization and payment for my replacement tire. He handled everything and was very pleasant to work with through the process. I could not have been happier with Bridgeport BMW. Thank you Tony Horan.

It's nice to know that you can still trust a dealership and its staff to provide good and honest service. I have had the pleasure of receiving top notch, HONEST and reliable service on the 2007 cert. pre owned 525xi I bought from Bridgeport BMW two years ago with the assistance of Walter Modine in service who always goes out of his way to ensure customer satisfaction. Class act. Highly recommended.

UPDATE/OCT 2014: Went back to BMW to trade in my 525xi after 4 years and am pleased to relay that the level of service is at or above the extremely high standards I had previously experienced and reported. My very knowledgeable salesman, Jason Gellatly, took excellent care of me and got me into a spotless, certified pre-owned 2011 328i which I am thrilled with. The deal was smooth and hassle free and I am one very happy customer.

Awful experience! They ordered my car 3 months ago, never followed up with me and when I called in August to know the status of my car, they couldn t find my account. I called directly to BMW USA Corp and they told me that my car was delivered in July. I immediately called the dealer and Conroy Johnson, my salesman, told me that my car was not delivered and that it was still under production and that it was on hold because apparently the color I ordered which by the way I put $4,000 down payment was discontinued. When I called BMW corporation to know if this was true, they told me that the dravit grey color was not discontinued and that my car was delivered in July. I talked to the sales manager about this and he had to re order another bmw with the color I wanted originally. Now, I have to wait another 8 weeks. I also told the manager that I don t want to deal with the salesman Conroy Johnson but yet I still receive communication via email from him. This is very unethical and unprofessional place to purchase your dream car. This is the first time I have ever put a bad review to a place but I feel obligated to let people know to be careful about this dealer.

We purchased one of our X-5's used from another dealer out of state and the second X-5 from BMW of Bridgeport. They told me they would stay until the car got there and they gave me a ride to the train station so I could get home. Tony from the service department took over and has the car fixed and ready to go in a few days. They even came and picked me up at the train station on my return from Massachusetts. We purchased a 2015 Jeep Wrangler Willy. The customer service we received from the moment I texted inquiring about the vehicle to the moment I drove my Willy off the lot was impeccable. We were able to test drive our jeep before it was even "dealer ready" and it was cleaned to perfection when we picked it up. We tend to purchase our Jeeps new from a Jeep dealership,(my husband and I both drive them), but we were looking for a very specific Jeep for our daughter. BMW of Bridgeport had exactly what we were looking for and saved us a lot of time searching for the right one. Matt, the Used Car Sales Manager has a great eye for Wranglers and we were even tempted by a few he had just brought in. Mike was awesome to work with, was able to answer my questions and always followed up quickly. It was a pleasure doing business with BMW of Bridgeport. After the diagnosis revealed other issues with the car (that s the second star) which repairs would exceed the value of the car I told them I would have it towed away.
