Having been a long standing client of other Connecticut BMW dealers, I recently bought an X5 from BMW Bridgeport, I had a specific model in mind and this dealer has a great inventory.

My sales representative Ramon, spent a lot of time to go over options, alternatives and specifications with me, as well as making sure I took an extensive test drive. He worked with me to ensure I ended up with a monthly payment that I was happy with.

The vehicle transfer was very smooth, Victoria in finance took me through the process to efficiently complete the transaction. During both my visits my family and I were asked by multiple staff members if we needed anything.

A great dealer, I will drive the extra distance from home to buy from BMW Bridgeport again.

Your service sucks, the parts department should always be open when the dealer is open.

I was very happy with the service department as a whole and especially the transparency of the visit. I had an idea of what the issue was with my car prior to bringing it in but was happy with the video confirming my expectations and even shedding some light on other services and alterations I may want to make in the near future. Tony Horan was very honest in his time and pricing he gave me and I d recommend BMW of Bridgeport for service to all.

Sold me a CPO car with a fake M-Sport Rim. Promised m-sport all weather mats but instead gave me xdrive ones that dont even fit my car. I feel like I was swindled. Will not take my business there again.

A big thanks to Dexter John in Finance who was the best Finance person I ve ever dealt with at a car dealership. He was extremely knowledgeable about the various financing options and warranty programs available and presented in a straightforward manner. He answered all of our questions and always made us feel comfortable and not rushed which contributed to our decision to purchase an extended warranty.

I don t live near this dealership but would go out of my way to buy from them again because of these two individuals.

Great service. So much better then my original dealership. The video inspection of my car was great so I understood what they were seeing. They also have valet service which was spot on.

I just had an amazing experience at BMW of Bridgeport! I was in last Saturday and ended up picking up my new car on Tuesday. The customer service by Volkan was exceptional!! BMW of Bridgeport is awesome. From the sales team ( Kelly G.) to the service (Tony H.). On Tuesday I was driving to work and as soon as I got on the highway I heard a sound coming from my car that was not there before. When I got to work I immediately called the dealership and Chris was able to get me an appt right away. I dropped the car off that same morning and they were able to diagnose the problem. It cost me nothing! Thank you warranty :) By Thursday my car was ready to get back on the road. However, I was a bit disappointed that they dont offer drop off service due to covid snd no loaners were available. But my friends were able to help with drop off and pick up of my car.

My greatest experience with BMW of Bridgeport is with Eric Lowenbein and Tona Zarrelli who took my husband and I through a truly bad service issue. BMW Bridgeport took us from a bad situation to a good one "seamlessly" and we purchased a new vehicle. Absolutely the best experience I ve ever had at a car dealership!

Excellent service. Tire blew out on highway and were towed to Bridgeport BMW. They replaced the one tire and provided a second tire at no charge since the manufacturer no longer made the same brand.

Turnaround was less than 3 h start to finish, and both the service rep and manager were very helpful and explained the situation in detail.

We feel fortunate to have had a flat close to this particular BMW dealer.

Great service, Bernard and Tona are excellent service reps. BMWs aren't cheap, but they make the service experience as pleasant as possible. Usually get a loaner, a big plus. Convenient drop off and pickup.

Great experience beginning to end. I did most of the deal via email and finished in the dealership. This was my first BMW. Everyone at the dealership was friendly, extremely helpful and very pleasant. Not sure if that's just how all BMW dealerships are but I'd highly recommend this one. Our salesperson was extremely personable. It didn't feel like I was being sold and he was open to negotiating. If you're shopping for a BMW, go to this dealership.

Came to this dealership for a pre-owned Honda Pilot. Well run, responsive dealership. The agent who guided us through the evaluation and purchase, Sam Al-Hajjaj was a model of courtesy and attentiveness. We felt welcomed, never pushed, and comfortable throughout the process. We would highly recommend him as the point of contact for others.

Poor service, Every time you go there for fixing one thing they will find 10 other problems, which you never see in you car, after you're done with the service, now you will find some service lights on.
They will charge you so much for the labor the same labor who forgot to reset the service light or didn't even do the job and forget to cover everything. When you tell their supervisor now they will offer you how about I give you a car wash or how about I give you $100 credit towards your next to service, yippy spend $1500 that's what you hear, Man I'm not going to come again to that place.
I will be uploading some pictures of my car and the work that was done then you will definitely decide not to go there.

Went in to look for a car; sales rep started it would take 10 minutes to get a 2016 750 ready. Almost 1 hour later, the car was prepared missing a driver side mirror. I was told it was ok to drive as long as I looked over my shoulder before changing lanes. If they are taking short cuts here, I don't want to know where else they would cut corners. Poor service. Sticking to my S class.

They were really helpful and provided great customer service. I was updated on time through text messages and phone calls. Service was speedy. Thank you.

Excellent service is what you receive at BMW Bridgeport. Having two young kids it can be difficult to find time to get a vehicle in for service. This team strives to ensure it s as easy a process as possible. My drop off was simple and loaner car was ready to go immediately. I returned the vehicle when it was convenient for me. BMW of Bridgeport is Awesome! Their service department is second to none.

We recently purchased a 2021 X5. Our first stop there was back in October and that was a great experience. No pressure, educational, and helpful. They followed up afterwards but still no pressure. They kept in touch and reached out after the new year to see if we were still in the market. It prompted me to check their inventory and we found exactly what we were looking for. A few days later, we completed the purchase.

Sam Al-Hajjaj guided us through the purchase. Victoria assisted on finalizing the financials and even went out of her way to assist in one area that I brought to their attention. Chris the sales manager was supportive and checked in on us regularly. For delivery, Anthony was great and walked us through all of the bells and whistles.

This was our first purchase of a luxury car and the experience was tremendous. As with any car purchase, you need to make the deal that is right for you but this dealer and BMW as a whole were great.

Went in to buy a non BMW car. John was great with communication before and after the purchase. They got me in and out in time. Good dealership, clean, and hospitable. Some staff would walk by and not smile or even say hello but John and finance staff were great. 4.5 out of 5 for the entire dealership but the 5 is for John s service.

I was thinking about buying a used 2011 BMW from another dealership in the area and wanted them to check it out before I signed anything. They got it in the next day and told me that the head gaskets were leaking and I would be looking at 5k to repair . It was the best decision to have the experts look at it first. A great place and great experts!

The issue that I brought my car in for was never addressed. When I checked in, I was informed that Anthony Horan, the service advisor I dealt with before the service appointment, was working remotely that day. I waited in the reception area where an employee from the showroom made a personal call without a mask from the cubicle next to me. At closing time, I went up to the front desk to inquire about my car and was told that Anthony had called my cell earlier to tell me my car was done. I had not received a call. Turns out that the car was put into the computer under a different name. I emailed the dealership when I returned home to let them know that my issue was never addressed. I received no response.

Although there was a closer BMW dealership than BMW of Bridgeport, I am extremely happy I chose this dealership. Worked with Johnathan to purchase my CPO 2018 X5 and he was extremely helpful and knowledgeable especially regarding financing options. Encountered a very minor hiccup after purchase and worked with Tim (General Manager) and service department who could not have been more helpful and accommodating. Highly recommend this dealership; great overall experience.

Fantastic dealership. From start to finish, they were fair and straight up. Probably the most seamless and easiest car purchase we ve ever had.

A+ dealership. Purchased a used car from them April 2018 (20,400 miles), ran into an issue last month with my water pump (25,750 miles). I explained I ve put slightly north of 5k miles in nearly 1 1/2, water pump shouldn t need replacement with such low miles. They provided some goodwill towards the repair cost! Highly recommend this dealership to anyone!

Service department was great! Too bad they are losing Tona, she s the best!!
