People are friendly, service is very well explained before it s begun and there s a place to relax, with free WiFi and refreshments, if you have an extended wait. I ll definitely keep coming here to have my car serviced and I live over an hour away, with a BMW dealership 10 minutes from my house!

The Client Advisor (Conroy Johnson) was a pleasure to work with. Even though this was not a BMW that we were buying, he explained all the features patiently and was very friendly & helpful. There were no pressure tactics and no traditional sales gimmicks used and he took care of every aspect of our purchase (including after sales service) with an extremely professional attitude.

They even had an advisor to teach me all about the technical features of my new vehicle. I love my new BMW!! Bought a CPO with a clean Car Fax from this dealer. A year later I go to another dealer to trade the car in and found out that the car had over $10k body damage while still in the dealer's possession, hence the clean Car Fax. This damage is required by law to be disclosed. It's FRAUD that they failed to mention this.
Don't get screwed by this dealer like I did. They don't care about you, just out to make a quick sale.

I walked into BMW of Bridgeport and was very warmly greeted by Lilly, who introduced me to sales consultant Ernie. Ernie patiently, kindly, and professionally educated me and took me on two test drives. There was zero pressure to do anything other than enjoy my visit. I found a car I loved, and I thank Ernie for recommending the $500 refundable deposit to hold the car until I made my decision. He was very responsive to my requests during subsequent conversations and my second visit. Once I decided I wanted the car, he made the process spectacularly smooth Each time I called, Lilly was extraordinarily helpful. Victoria made the paperwork process bearable and clearly and thoroughly explained all we needed to know. Lastly, Glenn deserves a medal for spending an hour with me going through every button and switch in the car and answering my endless barrage of questions. The facility is modern and meticulously clean. Easy on-off Route 8 access. Thanks for a great experience from start-to-finish.
