I have been here a few times now and I must say, service has been very good. One time I needed to leave my car for somethings to be fixed, I was promptly given a rental for my needs. The associates are very courteous and I highly recommend them.

Update:
Since I can't write two reviews, I want to state again the service I have had. My car (lease was smoking and was towed in). From the time it was towed in till I got my car back, Tona my rep was helpful and kept me updated through out the entire process.

My car was there for 6 days and I knew exactly what was going on. I was also given a rental and enterprise called to ask if I was happy with the car.

Wow, this has to be the best BMW dealership in the State of Connecticut. I live in Guilford and BMW of North Haven is the closest to me.

But no way am I going there. I'd rather drive to Bridgeport and receive this kind of service. I always do lease takeovers and perhaps its time I go there for my next car.

As customer, thank you Tona and BMW of Bridgeport for the excellent, excellent service. I wish I could give you 10 stars :)

Scheduling was super easy - Natalie was very helpful.
Status updates were received as promised by Tona. Prompt and helpful.
Although hourly rates are upper end of scale, you get treated like you matter so I keep coming back.

He is a consummate sales person. He answered every question I could throw at him. He took me on a test drive and also familiarized me with the car's controls and features. My lease needed it s first maintenance. I was notified by a phone call which was great. My appointment was for an Oil change, replace filter and the battery in my keychain. Thought it would be a couple of hours but they had it done in an hour and a half.

Somehow I feel this past week when resigning with BMW something s were left out
I didn t know that BMW now charges for brakes rotors, wind shield wipers. One of the all time incentives I ve had for years with my lease
Disappointing !! Also I thought I had Sirius radio. Never told that either
I don t know, I guess I m stuck now,
I ve taken on a payment more than I could afford. quoted $460
Turned out to be $487
I think next round, I can t afford to come back
Sad. But true !
Disappointed to some extent ... I m torn between BMW north haven and BMW Bridgeport.

My experience with BMW of Bridgeport was fast, easy, and painless. I went in thinking I know what I wanted but was presented with a car that exceeded my expectations. They even worked out a deal and a rate that I was comfortable with. I'm definitely going back there when I'm ready for an upgrade.

Leased a 2014 328xi in October of 2014. After my wife had been driving around on a very harsh ride we had BMW of Watertown test ride the car. It was determined that BMW of Bridgeport left the Transport Spacers in the suspension after it was delivered from the factory. For 16 months every bump was magnified. When brought to Bridgeport s attention they apologized and told me there should be no future issues. Within 7 months there was a front alignment issue and the steel belts were visible on the front tires, two resulting factors from driving on these Spacers for so long. Also, two local mechanics verified the way the front suspension works that this could be the result. When I reached out to Bridgeport they said this could just be normal. Maybe...but our car unfortunately had a history now with these Spacers because of their mistake. Amazingly, BMW of North America within a day felt I was justified in requesting some partial reimbursement. Bridgeport never once called or offered anything. We payed $362/ month plus the initial down payment to drive around in a sub performing car where we felt every bump for 16 months.I sent emails and not even the head of Bridgeport picked up the phone to offer an apology or something. But now that my lease is up I ve had 5-6 sales reps calling to get us into a new car. Ridiculous!! Take one course in business and you ll learn pretty quickly that the initial sale is a one time occurrence. The service, thereafter is the most important part. If they had just offered something we probably would have bought the car, but when asked if the $27,900 buyout was negotiable they replied no. Ironically, the car is now at another dealership for $23,500. After what we went through driving the car around for 16 months on those Spacers and not to be offered any kind of deal??? Maybe $24,000 or $25,000?? But to then sell it at an auction for probably $22,000. Just poor business. It s too bad because we really liked the car after the Spacers were removed. BMW of Watertown couldn t have been nicer. Now, as my only recourse we are not paying the disposition fee or last 2 months payment. Bridgeport is fighting this so we need to handle legally. Way to stand behind your mistake BMW of Bridgeport.

I found a beautiful BMW online at an EXCELLENT price and sent an email requesting more information. The very next morning I received a call from Al Bandhan who gave me all of the info on the car. I was very interested in seeing the car but had not made up my mind to purchase. Al encouraged me to put a refundable deposit on the car which would hold the car for me as he explained that at the price of the car it would not last long. I did put a deposit on the car. When I arrived, Al had set everything in place. There was someone there to appraise my car and he had a salesperson for me as well- Lisa Crawford. Lisa was the best! We went on a test drive and I really liked the feel, look, and drive of the car. During the test drive, Lisa was busy explaining a lot of things to me about the car. I owned a BMW previously but this one had far more features. After the drive, I sat with Mike who ran my credit and handled the application. Then I met with Catherine who did a wonderful job working with me to get my monthly payments where I wanted them. After that, I got in my new car and drove it home. It was a wonderful experience. Everyone was so nice and efficient. I loved it and I have a beautiful car. They get a 5 from me!!!

I broke down on route 95 going home from Boston to New Jersey on Sunday. My car would not turn over. I called BMW roadside and within an hour I had a flatbed picking up my BMW and driving it to BMW of Bridgeport Connecticut. I was contacted Monday morning by Tony who is the assistant service manager and kept me in the loop as to what was going on. It was all covered because it was in an emission Problem which was covered under my warranty. The job was done in two days and we drove back to Connecticut this morning I picked up my car and she is safe and sound at my home Bridgeport Connecticut BMW was fantastic highly recommend thank you everyone

Good service. But not as good as BMW of Mamaroneck...

Good service. But not as good as BMW of Mamaroneck. When you get anything done in Mamaroneck they clean the car too. It comes back feeling and smelling brand new. I was happy with the service in Bridgeport, but I would be more inclined to make the drive to Mamaroneck. Its nice getting the car back feeling new.

My experience at BMW in Bridgeport was frustrating and disappointing! Our sales person was fine but the sales manger was rude and arrogant . We were told we had to pick up our new car in 2 days so we rushed to get all our paperwork done and told 2 days later it wasn t Ben ready so we would have to wait 2 more days. We waited and then in 2 more days we were told they could not fix what they promised they would fix.

When I complained to the business manger he said I wish you had never bought this car! He added he could sell this car tomorrow for more than I paid for it. He proceeded to be arrogant and combative so I left feeling like this manager didn t care at all this situation and in fact wished I didn t even buy the car! Bad public relations and I don t recommend this dealership !

2 weeks ago i leased my BMW 330 XI from BMW of Bridgeport and got a great deal! Car drives great and has some really great features. Was coming out of an Audi A3 and wanted more features. Worked with both Ramon and Obaid and both could not have been more professional. We worked numbers on all the cars I was interested in and test drove all as well. Some dealerships don't take you on the highway, but BMW of Bridgeport does! Just another great way to get a feel of the car. The closing process was really easy and they even canceled my old plates for me. Definitely recommend people make them a stop in your car search!

Expensive body repair. Used my old broken part, but they did a great job with it. For $1340 I thought I d get a new bumper cover, not just bonding and repainting the old one. Did get a new lens for the broken back light. Should have been around a $900 repair, not $1340. I expect someone should contact me with why this was so expensive. Did deliver close to the time expected.

BMW B'port has always been great for service! The Advisors keep you well informed and are very pleasant to deal with. They thoroughly answer all questions, make sure concerns are addressed and today I was txted a video of my car, as they worked on it. The tech described everything they were working on; under the hood and under the car - including my worn-out tires! ): The waiting area is very comfortable; with coffee, water and snacks provided, as well as a TV and wifi for working. I recently purchased a CPO 328i X drive coupe from BMW of Bridgeport and could not be happier with the experience. Mr. David Baylis, the Client Advisor I had the good fortune to deal with, was terrific. He was a gentlemen in every respect of the word. He demonstrated the car I was interested in, explained its many features (many more then I could grasp at the time), took me for a test drive, and then went over the financials with me -- the cost of the car, the value of my trade in, the warranties on the car etc., after which we agreed on a final price and a pick up date to take delivery of the car -- May 11th. The great experience did not stop there. When I took delivery of the car, Mr. Glen Ramsteck, Delivery Specialist, went over the many, many features of the car. He was patient in explaining things to me and understood that many of the features of the car could be overwhelming to someone who previously had an older car that was not nearly as sophisticated as the newer models. In my haste to get the car on the 11th, I neglected to bring my cell phone with me -- Glen insisted that I return with my cell phone so we could pair the phone with the car's Bluetooth system. When I returned a couple of days later, as promised, Glen was there to help.

To summarize, anyone looking for a BMW should make BMW of Bridgeport their first stop -- they won't have to go anywhere else.

Lisa Crawford is a brilliant Client Advisor! She has such an inspiring wealth of knowledge on all things BMW and took her time sharing it with us. She is patient, kind, and doesn't hesitate to 'go the extra step' to make you comfortable and happy. After touring the inventory and taking a scenic test drive, we found the perfect car for me and I was able to pick it up the next business day!

Catherine Rogers helped us with all the financing details and paperwork. She is a genuinely nice person all around and easy to talk to. She really takes the time to make sure you understand everything in detail.

For the grand finale, Glen gave us a full and detailed tutorial on how to operate every single bell and whistle the car has to offer! I was able to drive home completely confident!

One of the best car shopping experiences I have ever had. I test drove a few cars and replaced my old car the same day! I highly recommend BMW of Bridgeport!

We met Stacey for our prescheduled appointment and were greeted pleasantly. He did a great job in explaining and showing the vehicles we were interested in seeing. It was helpful that the online listing had plenty of pictures and details for us to compare and contrast some options and was easy to navigate. As this was not our first BMW we knew what to expect from the vehicle, and were pleasantly surprised to see the in person meeting surpassed our expectations.
Stacey quickly and efficiently handled our purchase, and other than my wait on hold with our insurance, we were out faster than I remember with our new car. I would also add that Victoria was pleasant and knowledgeable as well. I think both of these folks deserve recognition for their efforts and I would recommend them for any interactions you might need while looking into any of the BMW vehicles in their store.
Also, the showroom was clean, roomy and spacious, with a nice waiting area.
Id be remiss if I didn t mention that we felt safe (from the Coco-NoNo) with plexiglass separators and everyone being socially distanced and wearing masks.
I would recommend BMW of Bridgeport if you are in the market for a vehicle.

Great experience. Scheduled my service using the online tool that was extremely easy to use. Met briefly with my service advisor Tony Horan who thorough and concise on the write up of any other issues I was experiencing. Had squeaks typically from moisture coming from front brakes. Mechanics went above and beyond to open up calipers and found some grinding contact between pad and rotors. Ended up replacing my front brakes against my maintenance plan. Car driving amazing. Highly recommend BMW Bridgeport service!
