I detoured to the dealership which was busy and was greeted by Stephanie who immediately addressed my needs with lightening fast service and professionalism. Michael addressed the tire situation within a minute. I was in and out in 15 minutes and arrived in NYC on time. Two wonderful employees who did an outstanding job.

I was coming to the end of my lease and trying to get into a 2013 model and my old dealership was stern on the "negative equity" speech. I took my car to BMW of Bridgeport and not only did they get me out of my lease with a pull ahead program and then some, they also located the exact car I wanted and delivered it at a great price. Mike Liberatore was a pleasure to work with and it was by far the fastest delivery I have ever taken. I would strongly suggest contacting Mike before you make your next BMW purchase. I have purchased BMW's from Darien and North Haven and I have had excellent experiences. This was the first time I traded a BMW into Bridgeport for another BMW and it has been a disasterous experience. The quality of service at this dealership does not deserve the brand. The communication and customer service is by far the worst I have ever seen in any dealings with a car dealership. I suggest that anyone considering buying a BMW consider driving a little further to Darien, North Haven or Ridgefield and you will get the true experience of owning a luxury automobile instead of a second rate experience.

I was very disappointed in the way the service department was not following the new rules of Covid. Many employees did not have masks on and did not stand 6ft apart. I scheduled this appointment in advance and should not have been told to go wait in the waiting room for 15 minutes. Everything that was discussed after the 15 minutes was covered in the phone call during scheduling. This was a waste of my time and a unnecessary risk to my health. I hope that in the future a company like BMW can do better.

Jason Gellatly!! He is the ultimate client advisor. I went to the BMW of Bridgeport dealership on June 13, 2015 to test drive a BMW. I had a very clear idea of what I wanted in a car, but needed to "see" and test drive a few options. After meeting with Jason and explaining my needs, interests, etc., he immediately showed me quite a few options. Eventually, I decided on a 2014 535i xdrive. It is so beautiful and was on the showroom floor. Love, love, love this car!! My entire experience was very stress free and I felt that Jason did his due diligence in identifying my needs and explaining the different financing options. He kept my interests up the entire time I was at the dealership. Neal was also great and took me out on my test drives and Victoria was awesome. All were very informative in their respective expertise and I highly recommend BMW of Bridgeport.

After losing my car in a collision a few weeks prior, I contacted friend, fellow Fairfield alumni, and BMW of Bridgeport Genius Gregory Santiago in hopes of finding a suitable replacement and first dive into the new world of BMW ownership.
Within the day Greg had found and linked me to what I am still considering my perfect car, a very low mileage 2013 535i xDrive. The colors, materials, and engine all fit me to a T, highlighting Greg's knowledge of myself as a friend and my demographic as a client, and putting all that information together in order to select a vehicle I loved from the moment I saw it, so much so that ended up purchasing and driving off the lot less than a week later.
Mr. Volkan Gok, my Client Advisor, made the entire experience tasteful and professional. Being a young man with an interest in high quality vehicles, I have seen some very distasteful and sterotypical used car salesmen, constantly pressuring you into purchasing or showing you one vehicle after the next, hoping one sticks. Volkan was personable and I felt an immediate sense of comfort sitting as his desk and while we talked on the showroom floor. Again, I cannot stress enough how important was for me, a young guy there on his own, to not feel intimidated in any way by the buying process or by the people that were there to help me. Mr. Gok was always available by phone, text and email.
All involved were professional, well educated, polite and eager to help! Every day I walk out to the driveway, forgetting I have this beautiful machine waiting for me and pressing that start button brings a smile to my face.
That feeling is what car buying is all about, and BMW of Bridgeport made it happen for me.

I purchased my fourth BMW in March of 2019 from BMW of Bridgeport. By far it was the worst experience I've had. The 5 series that I bought was misrepresented as a Certified Pre Owned BMW. Clearly it wasn't as problems could be heard in the front end within five minutes of driving off their lot. Due to the late hour of the day and living in another state, I was advised by Bridgeport to take the car to my local BMW dealer when I got home.
I've now had the car in the shop twice for a total of seven days in the first five weeks of ownership and have been told that it will need at least one or two more days as they are waiting for additional parts to come in. Problems include wheel bearings, brakes, alignment, windshield and power window tracks/motor.
I reached out to the President of BMW of Bridgeport and was ignored. The sales manager sent a missing part in the mail to me and has stopped responding to my email.
My local BMW dealer (Union Park in Delaware) has been fantastic and spent many hours trying to bring my car into BMW spec. I'd can't say enough about their service department.
To say that I'm disappointed with BMW of Bridgeport would be an understatement. Be extremely cautious if you are looking at a CPO from them. If my 15 year old daughter could hear a problem with the car that supposedly had gone through a rigorous CPO inspection, you know they're missing things.

Couldn't ask for a better car buying experience. Salesman wasn't pushy in the slightest, very helpful. Worked with me and was able to get my exact needs met. Everyone i came in contact with was knowledgeable and honest. They really take care of their customers and make buying a car fun. The car I purchased was a 2000 BMW "M" Roadster. The car was delivered to me in immaculate condition, every detail was cleaned and the car looked brand new even down to the engine bay. I couldn't be happier with the car. over the last 3 years I have bought and sold 11 vehicles from Audis to Jaguars to Mercedes, I can say without a doubt this BMW M is my favorite car. Chris Frillici, from the Service Department, without asking him directly helped me when he knew what was happening. He was really diligent and very helpful resolving and dealing even with both insurances involved in the accident. High price, questionable quality. Shopped a CPO 535i xdrive there in May of this year. The car's engine rattled, and the tires were worn. The brake pades were low and you could see wear grooves in the rotors. In reviewing the vehicle's Carfax maintenance records (interestingly he couldnt share the shop records) he was under the impression that "Brake maintenance" included pad change. Not so in this case. I've been maintaining my vehicles since my late teens, i'm considerably older now and have done everything from oil changes, brake pads and rotor replacement to fuel injector and CPU swapouts. I know what i am looking at and for when i inspect a vehicle. I left and went elsewhere.

guys, never ever buy pre-owned cars here, may be the new ones too. These guys are selling malfunctioned pre-owned cars, with out doing inspection. If you really stress them, they would show you 4 or 5 months back inspection report and they ask you to trust as the car is in perfect condition when delivering, even after they drove car after inspection. Be aware , while taking pre owned cars, even though from dealership, especially bridgeport. Funny thing is, they beg to rate them good.

I've been bringing my vehicle to this establishment for over 3 years and I always had a great customer service at BMW of Bridgeport Service. After I noticed an issue with my vehicle, I took it to the service to be checked out.
Shane was my favorite advisor for any service my vehicle needed, unfortunately he was not available for few months, I was assigned to a new advisor, Carlos Hernandez. I regreat to inform that this visit was absolutely terrible, very unprofessional, this made me not want me to go there again.
My vehicle was at the service for 7 days, after Mr Hernandez repeatedly told me "there was nothing wrong with the vehicle", after I gave him a call, he delivering this information with a bad attitude, but that the technician will look at it, He had already charge me for something he should not have, since the parts are covered by warranty. Long story short, he did not give me a loaner, I was without my vehicle the entire weekend.
On Monday, when I went to pick up my behicle, he told me that there was problems with turbo parts, that they need to be replaced and the vehicle kept for 1-2 days, also that I could not get a loaner, again showing no care and giving an attitude, the vehicle was kept for 4 extra days, in total I was without a car for 7 days, without a loaner, Mr Hernandez said there was nothing to be done. If Advisor Shane would of been there, he would of done everything possible to solve the problems with in hours, also the longest he had ever kept me waiting for a repair was 3 days and gave me a loaner.
Advisor Carlos Hernandez was a bad experience, who made me lose bussines, also he showed no concern nor care, poor customer service, very unprofessional, very rude.

I had a very good service experience at this dealership. It was very easy to set up an appointment and to get a loaner. Every staff member that I came into contact with was friendly and knowledgeable. Anthony, my service director contacted me throughout the process, so that I understood what was going on with my car. I was able to pick the items necessary that needed to be fixed and to wait on the non urgent items. They had all the parts available and my car was ready when stated. The interior was vacuumed and the exterior was washed. My magnet was still on the car. I will definitely return for service there or to buy a new car.

Unfortunately my second purchase was a terrible sales experience - misrepresentations about the car s features, last minute extra fees, etc. Service, although pleasant, has not been on par with past experience either. I used to receive calls about service timeframes. Now, nothing and when I do go in -there is always some surprise need -unexpected due to free service. Very very disappointing.

Customer service at the dealer was great turn ask for anymore I was just a little upset about ordering my key for my car and the key did not work I have to get a plastic key made and pay twice the money that's the only thing I was upset about it just sucks to spend so much money on a key to get made in the process you have to go cuz it doesn't work like that I didn't take the car to get diagnosed it would have cost me more money and it sucks but one thing I could say I got good customer service at the actual dealer and took care of me really well his name is Tommy great person with customers took care of me a hundred percent can I complain besides the only the key have to be returned thank you for your service preciate it Melvin Rodriguez
