Since Daniel left did not have a good experience with his replacement until Joe stepped in. He was very kind.
One concern is Daniel made sure my car had a car wash before he gave it back which didn t happen. I spent over 2k on repairs and didn t get a courtesy wash.
Just doesn t seem the same without him.
The car has no options which were told it has by sales person!(were told about lack of options on the purchase date when almost everything was settled) No willingness to give any discount for it. Oh actually they offered me a mug!

I am actually disappointed because I don t think the technicians handled my car carefully. My car was there to replace the thermostat and Timing chain.
I could see a lot of scratches around the hood and it makes a loud sound now.

This was my first time at this dealership and my Service experience was great. My Service advisor Tony was great as well. He kept me updated on my X5 edrive and he was on the money with the estimated time that my car would be ready. I will continue to come here for Service.
As always they took my vehicle in for service in less than 24hrs and supplied me with a loaner vehicle. Upon arrival they are very attentive and make you feel right at home. The assistant service manager Tony Horan was amazing. He was very personable and easy to talk to, he was well versed in my specific vehicle which made me feel very comfortable knowing my car was in good hands. If you have a BMW and want to bring it to someone who speaks your car language Tony Horan is the guy.

I just wanted to take a minute to rate my recent experience at BMW of Bridgeport. As you can see I gave it 5 stars. This was a very smooth process from the beginning to end. More specifically I would like to give high praise to our salesman , Kelly Gavin. Not only was he extremely genuine and true professional.. His approach is quite relaxed and there was no pressure from him at all. After doing our homework we knew what we were looking for.At no time we went and sit with Veronica Warner from the finance department.They both found a way to make it work in our favor and we couldn't have ask for much more than that.Not only did we leave BMW of Bridgeport with a new car , but we also left with a great dignity still in tact. I can say that Chris Frillici is extraordinary, goes above and beyond, is professional, responsive, courteous and efficient. His work is thorough, impressive and my car looks great! I can't ask for more from a Body Shop Manager. The phone staff (scheduling) and desk staff (cashiers) are also very courteous, accommodating and welcoming. I had a problematic experience with two men in the service offices but I have expressed my concerns to BMW HQ directly. Fortunately, they did not affect or perform the actual service to my vehicle.
Customer service was great, they were very helpful in finding out the problem I had with my 1999 convertible M3. A+++ in my book!
I was shopping for an X5 for a few months, I did my homework and finally settled on the options I felt were a must. I Did a search and found one 5 hrs away in Maryland that fit the bill, negotiated the deal to the 1 yard line over the phone and email. I then Drove to BMW of Bridgeport (had a very similar X5 but 20 min. Away! I figured if they would come close why drive 5hrs) Walked in and meet Vincent Ruocco, my sales rep. We sat down i told him the deal i had on the table and was very up front with him. In return i was very pleased to get an honest straight forward sales guy. He spoke with who he needed to and came back with a price i couldnt refuse, the first time no back and forths! I never had to ask once if thats the best you could do, it was a great deal and a very transparent deal too. Vincent was great in every way I never felt pressured it was a great experience all the way around. THANKS VINCENT for everything, I would recommend to anyone in the market for a BMW go to BMW of Bridgeport and ask for Vincent!!

I bought a 2011 328xi from Robert Batman on December 31st. I started off wanting an SUV and Robert kept searching for one for me and called me anytime Bpt got one in. Then I decided, let me try the 328. He was very patient wth me and pleasant to deal with. I picked up my vehicle on December 31st and absolutely love it. I'm also very nervous about driving in bad weather and we've had some since then. He was so right. It's great in that kind of weather and I don't feel one bit on edge.

In any event, our salesman Robert Batman, seriously his name, was so patient, very understanding and made the experience as effortless as possible.
We currently have another BMW, and had already ascertained that BMW of Bridgeport was our preferred dealer for service. So the choice of dealer had been made, but we were lucky to find "Batman"!
The service department is always willing to go above and beyond the call of duty. Service is quick, professional and done well.
After buying the vehicle I found asphalt under the car, they told me they safety inspect the car before buying, obviously not. Ask why there is no car mats and he told me they don t supply them! Wow I have to buy my own after buying a car from them!
They accommodated our emergency by putting us immediately on the schedule and they gave us a timeframe and were done within it. We are very impressed with BMW of Bridgeport and plan to be their customers for a long time.
I bought my 2013 BMW 328xi from BMW of BRIDGEPORT in February 2016. HOWEVER, this is where i experienced the MOST HORRIBLE EVENT THAT ANYONE CAN GO THROUGH! So, I dropped my car off at BMW OF BRIDGEPORT for a small repair to my rear bumper in May of 2016 since they state they are a collision center. It pretty much just needed a minor paint job. Well, WITHOUT my consent nor knowledge, they OUTSOURCED the repair job to a two bit bodyshop called NUNES AUTO BODY & SALES on Calhoun Avenue in BPT, in the most shadiest part of Bridgeport! They brought MY car to this two bit body shop where this body shop experienced arson activity on May 24, 2016 & then my car caught fire in midst of other vehicles on THEIR premise! Neither BMW OF BRIDGEPORT nor Nunes Auto Body & Sales Shop took responsibility of this! My car is torched, un-drivable, unrecognizable, totaled! And neither party took responsibility! I am furious! They told me that I have to go through my own insurance company! I dropped it off at BMW of Bridgeport! They should be responsible for this! They didn't even put me into a loaner vehicle nor a rental! I was without a car and they didn't care! I contacted BMW Headquarters and of course they side with BMW of Bridgeport. I can't believe what I went through! I initially thought that my car was at BMW of Bridgeport the entire time for repair, but they apparently outsource their work to two-bit body shops! They may be extremely nice when closing a deal for sales but apparently do not care about what they put me through! So for customers thinking of dropping their BMW for repair, just know that they outsource their repair work to shady body shops in Bridgeport. I am the one who is taking a huge loss but of course they don't care because they're a multi million dollar company. One loss to them means nothing. They don't even deserve one star on this review. I didn't even receive a phone call from the General Manager, nor the owner of BMW of Bridgeport for an apology. I was on my own to take care of a situation that could have been prevented if they had let me know that they do not repair on premise because I sure in hell would not have brought my BMW to Nunes Auto Body & Sales.

I came in to negotiate and talked to ernest, at the middle of our conversation, 2 person came in and all of a sudden he told me to wait, and he talked to them and completely ignored me, very unprofessional, no manners at all.
I give myself a one star also for paying a premium for a BMW then an additional premium for a 'certified BMW'. After a year, with little use due to covid WFH I move town and am told my engine mounts have collapsed and tension struts? have gone. Neither covered of course so I have to pay 4G.

Love this group!!! I recently purchased a vehicle from BMW of Bridgeport and could not be happier with the experience. I worked with Jonathan Tamburro and he was knowledgeable and efficient. He assisted me in getting the majority of the paperwork completed in advance so that my time at the dealership was as short as possible. Once at the dealership, the entire staff was very friendly, accommodating and quick. Dexter got us in quickly to complete the rest of the paperwork and get us back to our weekend. Jonathan followed up after the sale to make sure I was satisfied and help me set up my car settings. Great overall experience!

My overall experience was great. Vehicles there are competitively priced. Kelly Garvin was a great salesman. Very fair/honest and did not force me into anything I didn t want to agree to. I even got a couple sleeves of BMW ProV1 golf balls which was a nice personal touch. The reason I did not give 5 stars was for the very end when it came time to sign papers with their finance team. This is where they make you feel like you just made the worst decision of your life so you buy all the overpriced protection they offer. It took part of the fun out of the experience but driving away that afternoon in my dream car made up for that.
I have been bringing my car to this dealership from the time i bought it. They have you work with your own service advisor. Mine is Bernard, he is very professional and honest. They treat you with alot of respect and explain repairs before they are done. They offer courtesy loaner cars for you to use while your car is being serviced. The loaner car are always 1-2yr old and are fully loaded with all the options. They also offer a 15% loyalty discount for repeat business. I am very pleased with Bernard and any other person that helped me. This dealership makes me truly feel that my BMW is the ultimate driving machine!

Tony Horan was beyond excellent. Being in a service industry myself I am very critical of service levels. I was blown away by how great the service was. I was provided consistent updates without needing to request them. That is the sign of a true professional.

Tona was very helpful and service cost was very reasonable. Chris in the body shop was just as accommodating and work rendered was excellent. I would not go to any other BMW dealership for my services.
Horrible experience. Salesman asked for a "fully refundable" deposit to hold month end pricing on a 2015 BMW lease. When we called the next day to advise the salesman we would be holding off on the lease until September, the deposit was not returned and no response to messages. When we went to management there , we received a callback and a promise the deposit would be refunded which did not occur.
You would not think that in this day and age with leases and repeat customers that a new car dealership would be more customer focused.
Very unsatisfied with my experience taking my vehicle to BMW because there was a recall on the airbag I felt like there was no explanation nothing was done to my car other than Anthony telling me which is seem to be very reluctant on letting me know what what's the procedure that they did to my car and now my car is shaking and rattling in the front of my vehicle I don't understand why I would never take my car back there again I'm very dissatisfied with the experience with BMW of Bridgeport

I bought a BMW Certified Pre-owned car about a year ago from BMW of Bridgeport and had a reasonably pleasant, but not remarkable experience. Yesterday I took the car in for service for the first time and was pleasantly surprised. I actually live closer to some other BMW dealerships, but decided to give Bridgeport a try since I'd bought the car there. The service advisor was pleasant and professional, and I was surprised at how nice the loaner car, a new 535i, was. My car was also ready sooner than I expected, and sooner than I'm used to from any other dealership. I was actually looking for an excuse not to drive all the way to Bridgeport the next time I need service, but based on yesterday's experience, I'll make the trip.
Mike Ciufo was the client advisor that I dealt with and he was extremely helpful and just simply great. The car that I purchased was reasonably priced and this was the best car buying experience. Just leased by first BMW through Scott Pechkis at BMW of Bridgeport and couldn't be happier! Professionalism...The minute you drive thru the service center you are greeted and everything is explained to you. The service car I received was clean and everything once again was explained to me like I purchased the car. The kept in touch with me during the day with texts. And my car on pick up was washed and once again the service desk explained everything that was done for it. Even if you did not by your BMW here, you should bring it here for service.
