Overall great experience. We went in on a Friday and was greeted by Luis. Unlike many car pushy aggressive car salesmen he was very courteous, patient and knowledgeable. He walk us around the parking lot and explained in detail everything you could ask about each car we looked at. We weren t ready to purchase yet so we decided to schedule a meeting the next day.

Next day we came back and went through the process. Everything was painless and we walked out with a 2018 BMW X4. I would definitely recommend Luis to all our family and friends.

Went there for my first service. People were friendly. Wasn't out in jiffy lube time or anything, but didn't expect my car to be washed and vacuumed either. There was even a nice desk for me to sit at and work. I could have stayed longer drinking their coffee and enjoying the snacks! Good experience. This will be my service spot.

Sales rep. Lee Lopez was very professional in his dealings, and basically no non nonsense kind of guy. We arrived at a mutually agreed price immediately, sight unseen (car literally came off lease a day or so prior and was being prepped).

Upon inspection it was noticed that the car had several very minor dings; Lee/the dealer subsequently took care of them, along with a few others that were barely noticeable.

'Had some original parts (spolier, etc) added on afterwards. Lee made the arrangements. The Service Manager was quite thorough and fully explained the work and subsequently followed up. At checkout, I hadn't received my pre-approved BMW Visa in the mail yet, but the Service and Finance departments were able to call BMW Bank, and eventually obtain it (this actually occurred after I left with the vehicle).

The dealership has generally been quite accommodating. From their postings on FB, they seem to do a number of car shows and charity events where they display some of their performance cars with BMW add-ons (performance parts). Great to vctually see what a stock car can evolve into!

I went to BMW for a airbag recall that I had and I kept putting it off and there is actually three other recalls on it so because of one of the recalls ended up saving me $1200!!! All the staff was great my the only reason I m not giving it five stars is because my service overdo light is on, it s just because the place that I ve been taking it to has been doing my oil changes for me and it s where I bought the car and they don t know how, maybe, to reset the computer so I wish BMW reset the computer for me there so the service overdue doesn t keep dinging on every time I start my car.

Upon arrival Carl worked with a Service Technician, resolved the issue, and had the car back to me in 15 minutes! Carl really believes in Customer Service.

They said they can repair it because it s covered in the warranty and it ll save me $1000. So I thought great! Do it! When they were done and I pick up my car, the check engine light was on (it was never on before this) and they said I now have an oil leak in the engine and now my car won t start!

Terrible customer service. Went on a Saturday, granted. Took about 10 minutes before a sales person came to greet us. Handed us water bottles and said he'd be with us in a few minutes, made us wait 20 minutes. Then told us to wander in the car lot and see what we like only to not show up fir another 25 minutes. When we got fed up and went back inside, he was sitting with another client, didn't even react when he saw us. We told the receptionist that we couldn't wait this long. All she said was OK! and we left. Very unwelcoming and poor customer service, especially for bmw.

I had a wonderful experience at BMW of Bridgeport. I worked with Dave Baylis and Lisa Crawford, as well as Catherine the credit & financial services handler. They made my first time car buying experience memorable and simple. I consider myself lucky to have found the perfect car at the best dealership around. I got a great price, excellent sales help, a worthwhile trade-in value, and an awesome interest rate. The client advisors do not make constant attempts at reaching you, and they do not send multiple annoying emails a day, like other dealerships I have visited. I would highly recommend doing business with Dave, Lisa, and Catherine. I will most definitely visit BMW of Bridgeport for my next car purchase.

Had an excellent experience in purchasing my first bmw. Exceeded my expectation. Will recommend this dealership even if you have to travel from miles away as I believe it will be worth the extra mile. I have no doubt that all their salespersons are wonderful but be sure to see Michael Ciufo with whom I had my personal experience. There are many positive things that I can say but the 2 most important are, no buying pressure as I experienced from other places and secondly, delivery was before expected time which I greatly appreciated. I drove 2 hours (each way) for a good deal on a particular vehicle and I wasn't disappointed. I had called Sales Advisor Jonathan Tamburro in advance and he was very responsive and accommodating. From the time we arrived, we were greeted warmly from the receptionist, Ms. Perez (I believe). From there Jonathan, was friendly, attentive and professional. One of the simplest and transparent car deals I've ever made. Very satisfied and would highly recommend.

They told her 2 hours, so she waited instead of taking the rental car, and she was out in a hour and a half. Car got a nice bath too! David Baylis, was the main reason we bought our new car from BMW of Bridgeport. David was not pushy, very honest and above all very patient with me, as I can be very picky. We searched and test drove several different types of cars and David Baylis was the most friendly and personable sales representative we've met these last few month.

Fixed AC blower motor and reattached the bottom of our 2011 535 X rear bumper with missing color coded rivers. Our car is exclusively maintained at the dealer and always happy that the car is properly cared for.

The only complaint is that I brought the car in perfectly clean and got it back dusty and dirty. I had asked if the cat was cleaned when I picked it up and customer service said NO and the machine was broken. Why did not they then hand wash it? I did spend $650 on repairs.

Very disappointed that I was charged almost $300 to remove one rusted license plate and put on a new plate on an X3. Definitely feel like they saw a woman come in and took advantage. Had been a customer for more than 15 years with various BMW vehicles but I won t return. After questioning the charge, they only took a few dollars off. Then, after being asked for feedback on my visit and hearing my displeasure, they offered a 15% discount on my next service. No, thanks!!! The license plate should have been removed for free (or a reasonable fee) for a longtime customer! Yes, BMW of Bridgeport, you got my money this time but you won t get a penny more. Have already told all of my BWM friends about this so you are losing more than you realize!
