I currently live in Fox Glen Village in Mansfield, TX. This builder does a terrible job with the driveways. There is over half of the homes in this community that have fallen, uneven sections and also have dropped, cracked sections of concrete. The builder also ran the sewer lines underneath the driveways so the dropped sections are putting pressure and stress on this piping. This is a huge safety issue associated with the cheaply made driveway causing trip and fall hazards. My daughter boke her foot on this driveway and many have nearly fallen. Bloomfield homes not much help with getting my issues fixed or the many others in the neighborhood fixed.

Dear Bloomfield Homes,

Dear Bloomfield Homes,
I'm very dissatisfied with the purchase of the 5 bedroom 4 bath home in Kentsdale Farm. I have several warranty issues. I have not been in my home a year. I'm not going into the minor but major issues I have, but my MAJOR issue is my hardwood floors. I cannot believe my floors are cracking and coming up. I can't walk without shoes or I might get a splinter. I have a crack in the foundation that coincide with the floor. This is not acceptable. You guys had someone come out and fix the floor in my office and at that time the flooring guy said I had moisture under my entire AREA WITH THE HARD WOOD. You later came back with a different floor guy and said it was only in my office. Well, I guess that was not the case. The floor is horrible. I've ask that my floors be replaced. This is going to be such an inconvenience for me and my family because I know the floors have to sit and acclimate. So we would have to get a hotel at the cost of Bloomfield. My husband is disable and is in a wheel chair. He need 24 hour care. If this could have been handled months ago when the first floor man said there was a problem, I would have understood but now I would like to have this situation handled ASAP. Our dream home has turned into a piss poor built home. And there are other issues I just don't feel like writing about..

Thank you

I had been in touch with the community manager in euless jerry Hobbs a week before I was to arrive in euless from a 30 miles driving; he had told he he was off Thursday n Friday n that he would be at the location Saturday for special pricing on wisteria model; after driving 30 miles; I arrived to the model home in Griffith parc; did not see the salesman at the location; texted him; still no response; even after one hour no response after touring the model; I then texted I'm leaving; still no response; once I came back home; this is when he texted back saying he was w a buyer w a different community and asked me to come either today o tmr; I then replied back saying I did not like the community not the homes; he replied saying it was a rude comment and I did not have to say that n so on;
This is how it turned out; his attitude is very rude and does not give a damn about the customers and the way he responded back to me; I hope the corporate office takes an action against him and replaces him for someone who can do a better job in terms of communications with the customer;
I will lotf of friends who are in the market of buying a home; I will definitely spread the rude commmunications with a buyer

Bloomfield built a beautiful product at Prairie View Farms in Argyle, but I would NOT recommend them. Their salesperson was unprofessional - when the wrong wood floors were installed, she made excuses and actually rolled her eyes at my husband. I'm sorry, if you promise wide planks, narrow ones are NOT THE SAME THING.

We had a contingent contract, based on our 5 bedroom house selling in the summer. In May, she abruptly cancelled our contract, yanking the rug out from under us, causing us terrible stress. To add insult to injury, they listed "our" home - that we'd spent HOURS making all the selections on - for more money! Then to complete the cluster, our house sold - with the buyer wanting a quick close - a week later. So we were essentially homeless due to Bloomfield's jerkery.

Fortunately we found a better house, so it all worked out in the end...but no thanks to Bloomfield!

We recently purchased a Bloomfield home in Paloma Creek. Leslie Tyson was a wonderful salesperson and Linda was super patient and helpful as we debated over our color selections. As is turns out, we ended up switching homes (another Bloomfield) at the last minute, but could not be happier with our new home. The whole experience was great, from the beginning to end. Leslie always made time for us, no matter how busy she was, and was prompt to accommodate our wishes, no matter how small. The builder, Bill Cook, accompanied us on our walkthrough and was looking as carefully for items that needed attending as we were. Any small imperfections were immediately fixed within days. I've never had a home buyer experience so pleasant, and I would recommend this builder and community to anyone interested.

I picked up a drywall screw from one of their sites that happens to be at the main way out from an existing and mature neighborhood. The representative shurked any and side-stepped taking responsibility by giving me their drywall contractors phone number and telling me it's their responsibility.

My husband and I viewed the model homes in Mesquite on 8/19/2020. We had the most uncomfortable experience and definitely will not consider purchasing from Bloomfield homes. We arrived at 6:40 (close to closing time). We were half greeted by a lady who stated she was the assistant. We eventually learned her name was Kimberly due to me introducing my husband and myself. Kimberly did not show us the home nor did she offer any information unless we asked questions. I also had to ask to leave my information for someone to reach out to us. My husband jokingly stated Kimberly is ready to go home. Kimberly replied, yes, it is 7oclock. There was also an agent named David in his office who never came out to greet us. Is this the service that is always provided by Bloomfield Homes or is it that we just didn t look the part to purchase a home with Bloomfield?#wouldnotrecommend

We closed on our Bloomfield Home July 25, 2019 and have endured a far from pleasant experience. We love the neighborhood and neighbors, but since the day we closed there have been non-stop issues with the home. The first time we saw the home the outside AC unit shook uncontrollably and made a loud pop when it came on. We were told by Jeff Gibson that it would be replaced. Instead, a hard-start was placed on both units; which the repairman was against. Both units still shake and pop. We have 2 AC units that they put a band-aid on. They're also right outside our bedroom window, which is just lovely. The day we were handed the keys to our new home we crossed the threshold excited until we found a water leak in our soon to be daughters room. The carpet was soaked and the wall was visibly wet. Bloomfield denied the leak. After several hours of arguing later, they finally decided to repair the issue. Next, several cracks in drywall have been repaired multiple times and are still cracked today. Instead of repairing their trades installer filled the cracks with caulk. The master shower leaks every time it's used. The products this company uses are discounted, damaged, material that they try and cover up with paint or caulking and then charge the customer the max amount. At this time we still have several issues with the workmanship of our home that have not been addressed and the repairs that have been completed need to be correctly repaired. My wife and I have missed several days of work and used countless vacation days to meet with contractors that said they would be at our home at 9am in the morning but then arrive after 2pm. On more than one occasion, they wouldn't show up at all. The experience that I share with whomever reads this review isn't what a hardworking American deserves from a homebuilder. If you want a quality home stay away from Bloomfield, learn from our mistake. They will not treat you with respect or even as a customer. I have been working with a Service Manager by the name of Carl Miller for close to a year now to resolve all the issues. When it came time to take care of the customer and make sure the job was completed correctly he advised me that, " It isn't my fault you're OCD" and, "I didn't build your F---ING house" Let me remind you that Carl works for Bloomfield Homes but doesn't stand behind his company. This is our first new house we have ever owned and to us it was a lot of money. We chose to buy brand new because it would be turn-key ready and not have the stress of having to make repairs. Now we have to stress over whether or not our AC will last, having mis-matched paint and leaky showers. We are very disappointed

There s absolutely no quality and these homes are over priced. Build with American Legend or Highland Homes. This company needs to invest in the customer and not their pockets. The homes offer plastic looking cabinets and floors not to mention the lowest grade of granite. They still use the old drainage systems to relieve your gutters so water is all over the yards. Quality home builders run the drainage in the ground. It s 2020, not 1990.

The 2300 of our Bloomfield Carolina is perfect for us. We ve already had an engagement party for 50 and the open floor plan kept the party lively and happy in the naturally flowing living areas and the 11 ceilings enlarged the space. Since you can view plenty on the web or go see one, I ll review our interactions with Bloomfield. We had 6 points of contact including the sales assistant, sales person, design assistant, VP of sales, construction supervisor, and closer. All individuals were very personable and accommodating, meeting needs in an exemplary way with timeliness and creativity. They kept communications very open and allowed for corrections and changes along the way with professionalism. The process of building a home entail a thousands of details such that you can t expect perfection, and it wasn t perfect, but it has been reasonably close, and things that need attention are attended to in a timely fashion with consistency in friendliness and professionalism. If this is my last home, I am completely satisfied so far. If it is not my last home, I would buy another Bloomfield. What a lot of home for the money!

My wife and I recently built our home in Ellis county and we decided to go with Bloomfield over the other guys, mainly in part due to how much value you really get for in what you pay for. We are very thankful for Jacques Rondeau and how he walked us through each step and did a fantastic job of keeping us in the know. We did run into a few snags, as most new build homes inevitably do (i.e. weather), and a situation in which the builder who was handling our home had to be replaced. The only reason this is not 5 star review is there was time of lack of communication with the building company (due to issues beyond anyone's control) and nobody to fix the issues that had occurred with the home. Anthony Verdier then took over and we wish we had him from the very beginning. He came in and fixed the mishaps, worked through whatever issues there were, and went above and beyond to take care of us and make sure to answer our questions and keep us appraised of each step of the process as we came up to the finish line. We are currently moved in, very happy and loving our new bloomfield home.

Wanted to give a shout out to Bill Cook with Bloomfield Homes for quickly and efficiently resolving an issue with our stonework. We submitted a warranty request online at Bloomfield's website and received a call from Bill who came over to inspect the issue himself. Bill then set up a mason and a roofer to resolve the issues. He keep us in the loop during the whole process and it was much faster than we anticipated. Thanks again Bill and Bloomfield Homes!
