The 2300 of our Bloomfield Carolina is perfect for us. We ve already had an engagement party for 50 and the open floor plan kept the party lively and happy in the naturally flowing living areas and the 11 ceilings enlarged the space. We had 6 points of contact including the sales assistant, sales person, design assistant, VP of sales, construction supervisor, and closer. All individuals were very personable and accommodating, meeting needs in an exemplary way with timeliness and creativity. They kept communications very open and allowed for corrections and changes along the way with professionalism. The process of building a home entail a thousands of details such that you can t expect perfection, and it wasn t perfect, but it has been reasonably close, and things that need attention are attended to in a timely fashion with consistency in friendliness and professionalism. If this is my last home, I am completely satisfied so far. If it is not my last home, I would buy another Bloomfield. What a lot of home for the money!
