Beautiful location! The grounds and the pub are fantastic !
Pats Peak is a great family oriented ski area! Sure, its no "big mountain", but the staff do a great job in trying to optimize a fun, safe, memorable experience. My family and I have been skiing at Pat's Peak for several years and have been season pass holders for the past 3 years because we love and appreciate all the hard work that goes into making this place run including the new expansion with additional trails and a new lift. Customer service has been great in responding to the occasional issue, ski shop staff are helpful and knowledgeable(willing to spend time looking things up too) and regular staff are typically very friendly and helpful. My family and I love Pats Peak!
This was my first time ever skiing so I don't have anything to compare Pat's Peak with, but I have had a fantastic experience!
Great place for skiing. Just hour and a half drive from Boston.
Great Family oriented ski area, they have done an amazing job with upgrades.
Grooming could be improved but otherwise a great moutain for beginners.
Great skiing gets a little packed at times wish the prices were cheaper and had more modern high speed lifts
The blue slopes were not too bad... steep but manageable
Always look forward to coming here in the winter! I've had many great memories!
Pats Peak is a great family ski area with a variety of terrain, great amenities, and an excellent alternative to the huge mega resorts!
Went there at the end of the season so it was mad slushy. But for a first time skier like me it was great fun!
Was here for a friends wedding. Very pretty, great views and excellent service
Good ticket prices. Mountain is small and the runs are pretty easy/family-friendly. As usual food is expensive and not very good, although the cookies are great!
not bad being 1 hour from where we live , can't compare to Colorado nor California , still not bad , and comparable pricing , cheapest tickets at Ken Jones Manchester NH
Great place for beginners or those who may be a little rusty and getting back into it for their kids
Nice experience skiing recommend it for enjoyment and learning
Pat's Peak, where a giant cookie has always and will always be worth $2.00
My family's favorite mountain! My kids have learned how to ski at this mountain. I love that my family can spend a great day at Pats Peak. There is something for every age and ability. My two oldest sons can ski off on their own and catch up with us at lunch time. My daughter spends the day with my husband and I. Our littlest one spends the day in ski school. It's perfect!
I grew up going to Pats every week for the school program with lessons and now am bringing my kids to the same program.
The director changed this year and there are fewer instructors/lessons available to homeschoolers and they combine kids of different abilities, so the lessons aren't as good as they have been for the past few years, though in previous years, we often got private lessons because there aren't that many kids on Thursday mornings so I understand why they would want to save money and consolidate the kids into larger classes. There is a large variety in how good the instructors are, so it can be hit or miss, but for the most part, I'm happy, and tell the kids when they get an instructor who is more interested in just skiing down the mountain without any instruction to ask questions about how they can improve and that often helps the instructor to actually teach.
Celina, who manages the money and schedule of the home school program, couldn't be better.
I wish the fire in the main lodge was bigger (it is propane that trickles out) because on the days when you get wet and cold it'd be great to warm up with a fire, but the fire is more for show than for heat.
We tried skiing for the first time and it was such a fun experience. People in town recommended Pats Peak so we visited them. To be our first time we didn't know what to do, skiing is very hard lol, their costumer service was good, they recommended us to start in the beginners area were you don't pay to be there but have to pay for the equipment. Overall a great experience. We will definitely be back.
Great family place to be so close to come.... Conditions were great.. The staff is very helpful especially in the rental shop when you need to fit your 9 year old girl for a ski package. Pat's Peak Rocks it!?
Well groomed even with all the ice and trails ,and slopes for and skill levels
Place is beautiful. Staff is excellent. But, the food was a disappointment. Don't understand why a gluten free meal has to be a totally different and bland meal that what others are served. They get turkey it beef...i was given dry pasta with different veggies that everyone else. Very disappointed.
Close. Scratches the itch. Personable staff. Good pricing. Good trails.
Pat's peak is a great family atmosphere, great place to take beginner skiers or for an experienced skier to warm up. Prices are great for those who just want to give skiing a try.
Pat's Peak was alot of fun. We had three kids who went snowboarding for the first time. Great lesson, and nice rolling trails for them to practice on. A great day overall.
August 9, 2018. We are passing through and decided to stop and look at the ski area. It is very beautiful
Not as big and expensive as other resorts in northern New Hampshire but this place surprised me with its quality and parallel lifts (leaving the lines quite reasonably fast on a sunny 40-degree Saturday). Skiing at night was also quite fun; the trails were well lighted. And if you're taking beginners with you, Pats Peak would be a great place (probably better than others) to learn how to ski.
It's a teaching mountain for ski'ing and snowboarding. Small mountain but treats you well
We had a great time here. Nice trails, great staff, good size for a family outing.
A little smaller, great place for kids to learn. We've had many good days of skiing there, price is good.
Very expensive for what you get, went for night skiing and it was fun, but a little dark in spots. Overall a decent ski spot for beginners and after work/ school skiing.
It's a little smaller than other mountains but the night skiing is great.
Great family mountain. Love coming here. Has never had a bad experience.
We go there to visit every year from Miami FL. And we always have a good time
Love Pat's Peak. Something for everyone, and so easy with kids (can't lose them like at Killington, because all trails pretty much end in one place). The turbulence park is super fun.
Great place to ski for the very first time. Some nice packages available - Not cheap, but not too expensive either. The slopes are easy to start with and still a lot of fun
Great mountain to learn on. 2 magic carpets allow learners to progress without tackling the chairlift.
Got married here many years ago. Has become a place for the family to enjoy winter sports without heading some distance north.
Staff was awesome for the most part. After a very warm Sunday the day before. The slopes were groomed perfectly on Monday when I skied
Plenty of trails with different levels so that everyone can enjoy. I am not the best skiier and I was able to find good options that would be fun but not too challenging. There are black diamonds with moguls, slaloms, parks, etc. Definitely family friendly.
Great local place to ski. They failed to mail us our season passes and failed to tell me there was an issue with mine that could've been handled over the phone so we didn't get ours until we went there on December 28. Poor customer service.
Great place for skiing. Perfect for families and friends. Good for beginners and experts. I always ski for an entire day and do snow tubing in the last couple of hours. The staff and trainers are nice. The only drawback here is that the food and beverage in the food court is not good!
Pats Peak is a great place for younger and beginner skiers and has really kept updated. This is my first time back in over five years and they really updated the place! Still has the family, rustic feel, which is a very refreshing experience compared to bug company mountains. If you're looking for challenging skiing, this isn't really the place. But if it is your first runs of the year (or just ever) I can't recommend Pats Peak more!
Very nice was there for a celebration of life very peaceful food and staff were great
My family always has a good time at this small super family friendly mountain.
Went to Pats Peak for a chili cook off. Do not have a rating for ski area as I do not ski.
The worker Nadia was amazing kept the lodge spotless
Great place to ski and snowboard! I also attended a wedding here and it was just beautiful.
So much fun! Kiddos and adults all loved the tubing. Quick lines, friendly staff. Easy loading/unloading out front. Upstairs Logde bar cozy. There was some promotion with prizes that was fun. Loved the ice water dispenser. Cosmos were great and made perfect. Waitress was funny. All close, too. 45 mins from Nashua.
I love the lessons that I take here they help so much.
Fun resort with nice people and first-rate facilities.
My girlfriend and I had a great day at Pat's peak. Wish we knew the back side of the moutain was closed at night. Our fault for not paying close attention to the trail map.
A great experience. Had a fun day. All the lifts were operating, friendly staff. Great conditions. Only complaint was the food in the food court.
Well organized lodge area. Only used the nursery slope because it was my first night snow boarding, but that was great.
Great place for skiing and snowboarding! Has a decent skate park and lifts are well organized. Come early because parking goes fast and you'll have to make a trek
My family and I went skiing for the first time here. All of the employees were very nice and the place was very organized. My family and I had a really fun day together skiing and taking the beginner lesson. A few of us (who had skied once before) did some green slopes later.
The chicken tenders, big cookies, and hot chocolate were awesome. During meal times the chicken tenders are disappearing so fast they keep coming out freshly fried. Remember to ask for marshmallows to go with the hot chocolate.
I would happily go back here for another novice day of skiing with family or friends.
Great place for family skiing. Decent variety of trails for parents and kids.
1st time to Pat's Peak. There for a snowmobile club event and had a blast. Don't get coffee here though! $4.10 for a 20oz and it's not Starbucks!
Great family friendly ski area, parking lot is small so while of looks crowded there are rarely lines.
Pat's Peak is fantastic. The slopes are great, all of the staff are exceptionally friendly, there is an emphasis on being a family-friendly environment, and the rental gear is better than typical rental equipment. I recommend bringing your own food to eat if you're going to stay during a mealtime though. The cafeteria was average at best. Also, If you need medical assistance, their ski patrol is extraordinarily kind. I dropped my gloves off of the ski lift on accident, and the ski patrol found them for me within 10 minutes.
