Great!We had so much fun connecting with old friends. The room and bar was perfect!

One of the most disorganized Double Tree properties I've been to.

Staff was very friendly. Bed was most comfortable of any double tree I've been to. Parking was limited due to construction.

Looked nice and was clean. Location in a very hip area. We were given warm cookies upon check in. Serivce was fast. We requested a roll away and extra towels and they were delivered in minuets. The free WiFi failed to connect the whole time we were there. Good options in TV channels.

Clean rooms, great customer service. Been going here for years.

If your looking for a party spot this is it but the room was just gross carpet had stains everywhere. Bathroom had mildew toilet seat was broken NO HOT WATER MY FIRST MORNING SHOWER. Hosekeeping didn't replace our towels and toilet paper on one day no pool towels and the pool was a mess bottles of liquor and cases of beer everywhere and loud music like I said ok if your there to party but not at all what I expected from HILTON when I checked out I was told the manager would reach out to me but that never happened other than that location was great I love uptown and was close to my family but horrible experience oh and there are not microwaves in the room there is one small one in the lobby for the whole place

I was there with my daughter to celebrate her 21st birthday and it could not have been better.

We had a four-night stay at this hotel, and the room had a very good view of the ocean. It s got all five-star amenities and very good breakfast selection including vegetarian as we are vegetarian. The bed and bed linen are very good quality. The restaurant area was well-appointed, and the breakfast selection was fabulous! I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel.

I couldn't be happier with my stay at this hotel! All of the staff were extremely friendly and went way out of their way to help me, from the airport, in the hotel, and back to the airport the next day. Everything was clean and well kept, and the items in the room were arranged in perfect order. I had such a good sleep that I felt like I was sleeping on a cloud. Next time we return, this hotel is tops on my list!

It was a clean hotel and nice rooms, but the food could have been better.

Great hotel nice location, about 1.5 miles away from the 605, three miles from a decent shopping center and metro access. The bed was heavenly, view was alright and staff was very attentive to our needs and request. Only downside the parking gets a bit tight since most spots are designated for compact cars.

We stay here at least once a month, as it's right down the street from our Girl's night out spot. :) Friendly staff, Clean rooms, and reasonable rates. Location is great, and close to coffee shops, eateries, movies, and more.

I attended a professional training. The room was nice, the food from catering good, and the bathrooms clean.

Trouble Tree in was an excellent party and place to have a convention I will definitely come back to East LA just to enjoy the ambience of the place

This small up and coming city is located in the San Gabriel Valley. The Hilton group has done well with this old Radisson. There is a lot of attention to detail throughout the lobby and rooms. A quick stay, but definitely worth the great Friday night rate.

Staff was very helpful and the rooms are very large and clean. Looks a little dated, but still a nice place to stay. Food was a little over priced, but again not bad. Would stay here again.

So if you have strict dietary restrictions or have plans of bringing your own food options while on travel whether for financial or lifestyle reasons (business or leisure) don't stay here! The property claims they have absolutely no microwaves on the property and are super rude if you are to inquire about one. I understand not every room being equipped with a microwave, but not to have a convenience supplied to your guests is crazy! And then to be told that the 7/11 down the street is probably the best option for heating your food is ludacris. I am sure the reasoning is that It basically forces you to eat at their facility, but c'mon! This is a huge inconvenience! No microwaves in the rooms, none in the employee lounge and none in their kitchens....go to 7/11

The cookies are great and the bed is comfortable. What more do you need?

The staff was fantastic - always willing to help. The room was nice, no real complaints other than the door seal was coming apart. Room service was great, always super tidy. The only disappointment was the absence of a mini fridge, so we weren't able to purchase and keep our own food. Would stay again

A bit pricey but a clean comfy room. Shower was not the best (tub to shower connection was split leaving you in a dribble). The house staff is noisy so the privacy tag didn't get us much more sleep. Pretty standard corporate experience.

Rooms are very comfy, well decorated and clean. Staff is very attentive. Good morning buffet. Many other restaurants walking distance as well. Ample parking

I would've been an even better time if George Archuleta hadn't sold me a car, just to steal it, while i was in the room. You can have a hustle without being a straight up scumbag.

Nice room and hotel. Had a sought problem with the TV, called front desk, maintenance guy showed up shortly, replaced coaxial cable, and all was good. Good customer service.

Excellent room. Bed is so...comfortable. Slept perfectly. The breakfast selection was delicious. Rene was our contact at the breakfast self-serve. Rene has excellent customer service and he was very helpful. We will be back.

Good hotel with great amenities and a swimming pool.

The weather was too cold and could not brave out.

Well I've been there for quite a few times the people just great I was there one time that my car broke down and I need call Triple A my phone has died alecwas with me everywhere these young ladies at Connor were very kind and let me use their phone and that same token I was at the bar having a few cocktails and made my day thank you

We came for a company Christmas party. Staff were attentive and professional. Only thing is parking is kind of weird. The doors between conference room and parking structure were locked from outside even though it was earlier than the posted sign saying that they were locked at 11pm.

Stayed here for my son's baseball tournament . Service was good , room was clean , downtown whittier .. The rate was really good . Close to the fields ! Very friendly staff ! Not your normal Double tree 5 star hotel , this one is a 3 star !

I attended a business meeting here. The room was full and I felt like the AC wasn't strong enough. The lighting and setup were generally good. Parking was a biy difficult though.

Went there after a funeral the food was very good and so was the service.

Although under some remodeling, the hotel was clean and very comfortable to stay in. The staff is courteous and friendly.
Numerous eateries were within walking distance with more just a short drive.
A nice little getaway for a constant traveler.
