We have been using these guys for over 2 years now. Jett has been amazing to work with and always goes the extra mile to take care of us. These guys arent the cheapest in town but you definitely get what you pay for. I 100% recommend these guys to get rid of any pest whether it's insects or rodents.
I ve been using this company for over a year. I m on the quarterly plan. They always call me to schedule a convenient date and time so I don t have to remember. They also offer special treatments as needed and I hate bugs so I ve needed it! Robby is my usual service provider and he has been great!

I called about a particular issue and to renew my termite warranty. I got a response quickly and a visit scheduled and completed very fast. The inspection seemed thorough, and there was no problem restarting my warranty. They scheduled a technician to come out the next day, and they also delivered great customer service and did a quick and effective job of ending the pest issue we were experiencing.

They are willing to be at my house at 8a.m. helps me with my work schedule and my dogs can go outside in about 45 minutes. If there are any signs of bugs in my house they take care of it immediately.
My tenant called with what she thought was Termites. We have never had bug problems before so I called to set up an appointment. Everything was handled super professionally and they got a service tech out there the next day. We ended up not having termites at all, which was a huge blessing, and the tech took care of the carpenter ants quickly and easily. I would definitely recommend them. These guys have come to my house multiple times within just a few months to help with various infestation's and have taken care of each problem thoroughly. I had my 3month follow up today and a gentleman by the name of Devon came out. He was very sweet and handled all of my concerns with ease. He even went under my porch to knock down some old wasp nests for me! Service was above and beyond and I am very pleased with this company!

This is terrible. Charging someone almost $300 just to come out on a weekend is highway robbery. Especially when their "regular service is half that at best. Taking advantage of someone because it's a weekend is horrible. Especially when they have a serious issue. Just an FYI, PESTS DON'T KNOW WHAT DAY IT IS THEY JUST INVADE ALL THEY LIKE.
