Beautiful seating areas for guests and excellent customer service! They have beautiful gowns, and I wouldn't miss putting it on your salon list when shopping for your wedding dress. My budget was less than $2k and they had a whole room of options.
Bliss Bridal was such a great experience! Piper my consultant was amazing! She pulled so many dresses and we ended up finding the perfect one! They have a perfect space for you and your guests to be in. Definitely recommend!
Maria was amazing, she truly was patient with me and helped me finalize my decision between two gowns. I loved there customer service here at Bliss. I defiantly would recommend this place to anyone looking to buy there wedding gown.

Loved this bridal salon! I went to two others before making an appointment here. My consultant, Jasmine, was incredible. She brought me 3 dresses and I loved every single one. I kept my favorite 1 and tried on 3 more and KNEW the last one I tried on was the ONE. She didn t bring me a dress I didn t like. They have a BEAUTIFUL selection. It s spread out with room to breathe while you re modeling/trying on for your guests. I HIGHLY recommend going here first.
I haven't purchased yet due to prior commitments to family coming in and another appt, but tried on dresses and Wendy was amaze. Would recommend her for sure
My experience at Bliss Bridal Salon was absolutely incredible. My sister actually found the perfect dress a year earlier and I knew how helpful Wendy was. After going to a few other shops before my appt. at Bliss, I realized even more how incredible they were. Bliss didn't try to push my budget and I only tried on exactly what I was looking for. Wendy didn't try to push me into other gowns or talk me into EVERY single gown like other shops do. I have been with friends to other bridal boutiques and Bliss is the best in customer service and quality! I will recommend Bliss to anyone and everyone looking for a wedding gown as I am still so in love with mine and forever will be. Thank you to Bliss and all of the staff for everything you did to make my day perfect :-).

So, I had 2 appointments here. one was almost a year ago before having to cancel our wedding for rona. I took my FMIL and grandma and we had a pretty good time. Found a few dresses we liked but didnt say yes right then and wanted to come back. Fast forward to now, I had to restart the whole process of planning for a new venue, date, and everything else. I made a second appt online but didn't realize at all that meant it was basically the appointment they try to sell you on the dresses you tried on the last time and give you a shorter appointment. Not knowing this at all, I brought my bridesmaids ready to find a completely new dress.
Our consultant Wendy right off the bat made me feel rushed and bad that I wanted to restart the process of finding a dress. Of course i felt bad that I was now going to take more time than they had anticipated, but I wish that was more outlined when i made the "2nd appt" so i didn't feel so incredibly rushed the whole time! I felt like i was speed trying on dresses the entire appt and really didn't feel like what I wanted was being picked out to try on. More so was trying to be swayed into liking stuff I wasn't crazy about and constantly reminded that I wouldn't find what I was looking for in my price range (was a very average price range) Honestly would have been better if they asked me to reschedule the whole thing because it made the whole time not feel special. I felt more like a burden. :(
I ended up picking a dress at another boutique that was a lot more welcoming and made the day very special. I wish I had a better experience!
Michelle was amazing at Bliss Bridal!!! She picked so many beautiful dresses for me to choose from. We narrowed it down to the one. I will post pics of the dress after my wedding day. I went to Bliss Bridal to look for my wedding dress and had a fantastic experience! When I made my appointment, I received an email confirmation with information about the type of service I would receive and what to expect for my visit based on my timeline and budget information. When I came in for my appointment my stylist was Emily and she was just amazing! Very personable and took everything into consideration about the style I wanted for my dress, the style of my wedding itself, and she stayed within my budget and never pulled a dress outside of it. Every time she brought a dress she asked my opinion on if I even wanted to try it on. I had a great experience and found my perfect dress, and it was off-the-rack! I loved it and Emily was amazing, she even brought my dress to my truck for me! I recommended this store to my friend who just got engaged and she just bought her dress from here as well! Great place and great customer service!
Non of the stylist were super welcoming to our group, and our stylist wasn t very personable and it was kind of discouraging. Pretty dresses though!
The parking isn't that great but the salon is beautiful! You get your own section for family, friends & changing area. Awesome gown section. DeAnna is amazing! Very friendly & makes you feel comfortable during the whole experience. Highly recommend
If you want to find out how good a Bridal Salon is, work with them through a pandemic!! I found my dress here in December (first and only salon I had planned on going to) and the service was outstanding and I bought my dress that same day. Then after the virus hit I was nervous that my dress wasn't going to get here in time, but it not only got here in time - they got it to me 2 months early! Could not speak more highly of them, and I've had numerous future brides comment on my wedding pictures asking me where I got my dress and I'm sending them all this way because I know anyone will find their dream dress here. Thank you so much to everyone Bliss!!

She and the team made me feel so comfortable, they were very knowledgeable and so kind. 10/10 recommend them for your wedding dress shopping experience!
I went there last Saturday with my mom, sister, and 3 yo niece. They found many dresses in my size to try on. Michelle was great! I found a wonderful MoriLee dress for my wedding. Once I was done, Michelle grabbed several dresses for my niece to try on. She was wonderful with her too. It was a great experience and I highly recommend Bliss Bridal Salon.
Bliss Bridal was amazing! I came in with my wedding being in less than a month and the Bliss Bridal team was still able to give me a huge selection of dresses that I could take home with me that day! Bliss also made that day feel so special and unique to me! I highly recommend Bliss if you're looking for a wedding dress!

I would never recommend this Bridal Salon to anyone I know. It has been a horrible experience. I have a $250 dress that needs $165 in alterations. They took no ownership in the unsatisfactory service and support they have provided and lean on their contract which you must sign to receive the dress you have already ordered and paid for. As a person in sales myself, this salon has no regard for their product or customer satisfaction and has a broken sales process. This is the fourth wedding I am in this year alone and have never had issues this extreme. I am one UNHAPPY camper and this experience has taken away from the "bliss" of being involved in a wedding celebrated. To make matters even better I can't report them to the Better Business Bureau because they are not accredited...
Tiffany helped my sister find a perfect dress this past weekend. She was awesome to work with - totally listened to what my sister wanted and 'read between the lines' to really understand.
It was a fun and stress-free experience, especially as we had been to two other bridal shops the previous day with poor to fair experiences.

I cannot even begin to describe how over joyed and greatful I am to the wonderful staff at Bliss Bridal Salon. After a tragic and horrible "online" dress purchase that didn't work out I walked into Bliss with no appointment, the amazing staff jumped to my rescue. After about 45 minutes I walked out with an absolutely perfect dress and more piece of mind than I thought imaginable. I don't think it's possible to describe how relieved I am, thank you!
I looked online at their selection before going in store so I had a list of dresses I wanted to try on. My consultant, Emily, was super accommodating in pulling dresses off of my list, but also added in some similar dresses I hadn't picked out myself. She was extremely helpful in getting me into the dresses and talking me through how I felt in them. I ended up choosing one of her picks instead of my own, because she listened to what I wanted in the functionality of the dress, and also what I loved about the dresses I had tried on. She found one that had everything I liked from all the others in one dress. I am so excited to walk down the aisle now!
The shop was ok but my stylist was so rude! She was very abrupt, not helpful, and seemed more concerned with getting me out of there as quickly as possible. As soon as I asked a question she brushed me off well every gown is like that or in her forceful tone in getting me to articulate (very quickly) why I did or didn t like a dress. I get it, the holidays must be super busy, but this is a once and a lifetime thing for my mom and I so be a little more respectful. Would not recommend coming here before or after the holidays.
DeAnna (I hope I got that right) was AMAZING! I went here first, then went to another bridal salon in Dallas. I ended up coming back to Bliss because their customer service was so much better. I found the dress I liked in Dallas, and Bliss special ordered it. DeAnna also recommended I use the dress belt (which I didn't want on the dress itself) around my bouquet and it tied everything together perfectly. Great store, and they are so great about listening to your budget!

Literally had the most amazing experience at Bliss! All of the staff were so welcoming from the moment we arrived. Such a cute little boutique but what really made my trip to Bliss one for the books, was my bridal consultant, Piper! She was so personable and truly listened to what I wanted in a dress. She made sure that we were comfortable and that everyone was heard. I'm not one to get all emotional when it comes to stuff like this, but I fell in love with the last dress I tried on at Bliss, however I had another bridal appointment at a different location and wanted to weigh all of my options before making a final decision. Bliss was a profoundly better experience than my other bridal appointment and I knew immediately that I needed to get back to Bliss for that dress. Luckily they were open on a Sunday and allowed me to schedule an appointment literally within an hour of calling. Despite COVID restrictions, this appointment was stellar, not to mention the dresses are gorgeous and the boutique is so cute. I would highly recommend Bliss to anyone wanting that true boutique dress shopping experience. Make sure to ask for Piper...she is the absolute best!
Very disappointed with the dress I received. I am a size 4 which means I don t have huge breast naturally and the dress came in with cup sizes for someone with a d cup. The lining under the dress was cut short which is making me look poofy in the stomach area and the straps I had added pulled the dress super high under my arms that it now rubs me raw. Also the boning in the dress make a very definite line across my stomach which was told it would not after I got a dress in my size. I m very thankful it came in very early because If it had not I would be stuck with a dress that looks horrible on my body. I reached out to the manager and all she had was excuses. All my concerns before purchasing this dress came true and I was told otherwise. Would not shop here or recommend to anyone.
I was so impressed with a dress at a wedding I attended, I had to know more! It was gorgeous, very sleek and fit the bride to perfection , the bridesmaids dresses were over the top beautiful , not something I had seen before. Very impressed with the attention to every detail!
I am so happy I came across Bliss when browsing the internet for a place to get my wedding dress!!! I had 2 appointments before I made my mind, my consultants were Mackenzie and Katie they were both incredibly helpful and made sure I felt comfortable at all times. Unfortunately I have to leave a bad review. We bought a dress on Saturday after being excited from all the glam. I began thinking about it over the weekend and decided Monday morning it wasn't the dress for me. I figured they would be accommodating if I need to cancel or change the order but they refused! They kept saying we signed a contract! A lot of people change their minds when wedding dress shopping and they should be more accomoding instead of trying to be intimidating towards brides. Keep in mind if you buy a dress you can't change your mind even two days later...
I don t ever write reviews, but Bliss has earned one. It is hands down the best selection of dresses AND the best service in all of DFW! Highly recommend!!!
We just had the most phenomenal experience with Hope. If I could rate this appointment a million stars I would. I (maid of honor) came in from out of town and we had an appointment at David s Bridal which went so awful that we walked out. I was devastated to see my best friend so upset at her first experience shopping for dresses. I decided to call local boutiques to see if anyone had a last minute opening. Luckily Bliss did and I couldn t be happier that the day turned out the way it did because our experience at Bliss went beyond what was expected. The level of service, patience, knowledge, and professionalism is unparalleled. Every bride deserves to be treated this way when shopping for the most important day of their life. I would recommend this place in a heartbeat.

Bliss has beautiful dresses for brides & bridesmaids. However I am NOT happy with my experience with them! Let me just start from the beginning.
I found my dream dress online and searched bridal salons closest to me and Bliss Bridal Salon popped up. I called and booked my appointment to come in and try it on and other dresses. I ended up falling in LOVE with the dress and said YES! After waiting seven months to get my dress back it had a hole on the side. I came from out of town about 2.5 hours away and went home empty handed. They had to send my dress out to get the hole fixed. It was ready the next week for pick up. I took my bridesmaids with me to try dresses on and they all three said YES to the dress. One of my bridesmaids dresses kept getting messed up! They emailed me staying she needs to come in to pick a dress out and for measurements. When I called them I told them she already picked her dress out and was fitted for it! They told me that they lost her measurements and the style dress she ordered and needed her to come back in! I told them no we were not coming back in that the lady helping us wrote everything down and that they needed to find it. They eventually called me back saying that they found her measurements but still needed to find the style dress. They had to send me pictures of dresses to find the one she ordered. After finally finding the dress they ordered it but accidentally put the wrong style number so the wrong dress was being ordered! I had to call them late at night to fix it before the order was placed!
After 3 months of ordering the dresses they all came in, but the same bridesmaid dress came back the wrong size! It was three sizes too big! So that let s me know that they never found her measurements and they just took a wild guess at what it would be! After spending ALL that time and money we should have had a better experience. My dress shouldn t have been torn, and they shouldn t have messed up on the bridesmaid dress.
What was suppose to be fun and exciting time turned into very stressful and frustrating time. I wanted to return all of our dresses because I was sick of the back and fourth and wrong information. No one should have to go through this to get a bridal gown or bridesmaid dress! Hopefully this won t happen to anyone else. Just make sure everything is correct before leaving the salon! Like I said before they have beautiful gowns just upset at how things turned out for us.
Wonderful experience at this salon! My fiance and I are getting married in a private ceremony in California this September, and I only visited this salon at the beginning of July. Even with somewhat of a tight timeline, they were extremely accommodating and helpful. After showing them pictures of what I envisioned for my dress, they pulled a few from the back for me and I fell in love with the second one I tried on! It was one of the last dresses in that style available and once we placed the order it actually arrived more quickly than anticipated. Great staff and great service as well. I had an appointment at Bliss earlier today and it was the best bridal experience I've had!!!!!! I had such a negative experience at another store, I was so nervous to come in today. Maria was the absolute cure to all of my nerves and anxiety! She did everything to help me, and show me different ways we can style and customize dresses. She ended up showing me a dress and added some sleeves to ensure that I had everything I wanted for my wedding dress!!! I can not be more appreciative for Maria and the staff at Bliss for helping me today!!!

I visited Bliss twice and was overwhelmingly pleased by the salon and my consultant, Michelle. Michelle patiently spent four hours with me on my first visit meticulously pulling dresses based on characteristics I liked or disliked. She worked with me until I found the exact dress! I would send anyone her way! The salon itself was amazing! Both times, I had a private room and never felt rushed or on display. Highly recommend!

I had a great experience at Bliss Bridal Salon! I had been to another bridal shop before coming here, and Bliss definitely had more options as far as the style I was going for -- I thought it was impossible for every dress to be prettier than the next! But they were all gorgeous.
Stephanie was so helpful and very respectful of my budget, keeping the overall price in mind including alterations afterwards. I didn't feel any pressure at all, and Stephanie was also very real with me. Some of the dresses I tried I had hesitation with and wanted to change (sleeves, layers, etc.) and Stephanie told me that if I wanted to change the gown, maybe that wasn't the "one." I really appreciated this and it helped me continue the appointment with a new perspective that when I find THE dress I will just KNOW, because it already is everything I dreamed of.
There was one specific dress I had seen on Bliss's Instagram page. I didn't know this at the time of saving the picture, but the dress was over my budget, so instead of putting me in something Stephanie knew was over my budget, she pulled similar gowns, which did come very close! I really respected the fact that she didn't pull/put me in a gown that she knew was out of my budget. The end of the appointment came and I hadn't had that "yes" moment, so I asked Stephanie to pull the over budget gown and sure enough it ended up being the one! :-) I loved everything about it, but wished the train had a little more lace & pop. Well, Stephanie put me in a long, lacy veil that trailed beautifully behind the dress and gave that illusion of a lace/detail train that I was missing! It was the perfect solution to the only criticism I had about the dress that I never would have thought of on my own. I almost cried when I saw it all come together!
I am so happy I found my gown here and though I decided to go over budget, Stephanie was very respectful about only pulling dresses within my price range and was even better at pulling dresses that fit into my theme/vision.
Would recommend and I can't wait to walk down the aisle in my perfect ethereal dress !!

I had a WONDERFUL experience at Bliss. Jasmine is fantastic, and helped me say yes to my perfect dress! I came in knowing a general idea of what I was wanting but still wanted to try on a variety of dresses. Jasmine pulled great dresses for the first round of trying on. She immediately took what I had to say, and found dresses for my second round that for my dress profile. In the end, I wound up going back to the second dress I tried on because I couldn t get it out of my mind, but I needed to try on different styles to be sure. Jasmine was very encouraging and patient, and made the experience so easy and stress free. PLEASE go to Bliss!
I had such a lovely experience shopping here!! I ve been to 15 bridal shops, so it gets exhausting having to search thru dresses over and over... they do all the hard work and pull the dresses for you! My stylist, Katie, was sooo sweet and listened to exactly what I was wanting. She even let me take pics in the dress and helped me get in/out of them. It was such a great experience! I didn t find the one here, but I highly recommend this bridal shop to any DFW brides!
Oh and the decor is soooo cute!! They have huge mirrors and little show-rooms set up that are great for privacy for you and your bridal party or whoever you invite for your dress shopping. I just loved this shop!

Michelle was my consultant and extremely thorough. It was my first time dress shopping and she brought out the perfect dresses and listened to my thoughts. She was also discrete with asking my opinion of dresses while we were behind the curtain which I appreciated.
Terrible experience this morning wedding dress shopping for my sister who is getting married. We were not greeted upon arrival of our appointment, our bridal consultant was very unpleasant and not helpful; she didn t seem dressed professional or want to help the bride. Once our appointment was over she walked us to the door and held the door to rudely tell us goodbye. We will not be back or recommend this store to anyone, horrible bridal salon.

I had my appointment this past Saturday and what a day it was! My stylist was Michelle. She was fantastic! She read my interview prior to me coming in and pulled gowns that definitely matched everything on my Pinterest board. She was so kind and thoughtful. At Bliss, the stylist pulls all the gowns you try on, you do not go through racks of dresses and pull them yourself. She could tell which designer I was in love with (Essence of Australia) and hit the nail on the head when she picked mine out. I only had to try on 6 dresses before finding the "one". In the back of my mind, I wondered how many more amazing gowns they have back there, but I also think less is more. It is very easy to get overwhelmed during this experience and Michelle did an amazing job of not letting that happen. If I had her pull more amazing gowns I don t think I ever would have made a decision. I did have another appointment later that day, but I knew the dress here was the dress to beat. Ultimately, I came back after my other appointment to try on the dress one more time before saying "YES". I came into this appointment nervous that I would hate the way I looked in everything and left feeling the complete opposite. There's a reason this salon is so highly recommended! The room for my party was semi-private and comfortable, plenty of space for your guests. I absolutely loved Bliss, if you're looking for your wedding dress please do yourself a favor and make an appointment here. I will definitely be updating this review after my wedding with picture of my gown. It's a real show stopper!
First place I came to look for wedding dresses and was able to find my dream dress! Natasha was amazing and made me feel very comfortable! I had Maria, and she knew from my bio that I was a little fuzzy on what I wanted and she knew just the dresses to pull and listened to what I liked about each dress and found the perfect one! The salon is so patient and friendly! I would recommend this place to any bride! They are not pushy, they want you to have a good time! They also listen really well to budget needs!
My sister is having her bridesmaid dresses made there and I live over an hour away and couldn t make it on the day of the fitting the lady that helped me was so kind I was able to go to a dress shop around me and get fitted and call her with my measurements what a blessing
From the moment we stepped in the doors I felt completely taken care of. I arrived very early and Wendy was kind enough to take me in early. Wendy was very personable with me and my guests. Everyone there was so kind. I am a plus size bride and they had a great selection of dresses for me I felt comfortable and confident throughout the entire process. I had a perfect experience. I am so happy I chose to go to Bliss. I will be recommending bliss to all my newly engaged friends!
Two stars because the shop has a pleasant asthetic environment and they seem to carry a lot of dresses for a variety of sizes and budget. I made an appointment weeks ahead of time, and the first question asked of me when I entered the store was "what is your budget?" While this is an important question, I did not feel comfortable answering in front of my guests and so I think that the dresses shown to me were limited. I would have appreciated this being asked of me when I called to make the appointment instead of starting my dress experience with this question. I also felt the sales environment heavily during my process since I felt pressure to choose a dress that day with the risk that I "wouldn't find a dress at all" if I didn't. It didn't work since there wasn't a dress there that I thought I absolutely HAD to have, but I'm sure that this attitude pressures other brides differently. When I explained that it was my first session and I needed to think, my sister in law overheard my attendant say "yeah, they're not buying today" while I still had a gown on and was looking in the mirror. The truth is, my budget was higher than the store even offered, but the poor experience meant I wanted to get the event over as quickly as possible.
I am posting this a year later because it popped up on my Facebook/Google memories that I picked up my dress here. The dress was gorgeous. The staff was awful and rude. You will be rushed through your appointment. There are so many other Bridal Salons in the area. Fair warning... Steer clear of this one. Especially with the amount of money you are spending.

I genuinely owe my fantastic experience to Piper. She made me feel extremely comfortable & could immediately spot the areas in my bridal party that needed a bit more attention and was so on top of everything to make sure mom stayed happy (we all know how that goes) she kept the mood easy and fun! I also loved that she was very honest with what was realistic for me to have since my date is not far out and gave me every possible she could.

I worked with both Katie and Nina and felt totally comfortable. I ended up buying off-the-rack so I can't speak for delivery or things like that, but I would recommend this place. I also tried Brickhouse Bridal and David's Bridal.
My only suggestion to other brides is to look at their collection online first (I did not). They bring dresses to you, and since I didn't have a clear image of what I wanted, we tried on a ton of "no's". But I eventually found THE ONE. And I'm so excited.
Overall, I would recommend this place to others. Like I said, I bought my dress today!
I had a great time at this store, Emily was my stylist and she was awesome! I told her what I was looking for and she did a great job selecting dresses similar, as well as a few dresses that I would have not originally expected to like, but ended up loving. Everything she brought me was under my budget which was helpful. Emily always helped straighten the train and clip the dress to make sure it fit as it should. I ended up purchasing a one of a kind dress that I'm obsessed with. I loved everything about the salon and the people that worked there! I would recommend to all brides looking for their dress.
Ashley was SUPER helpful and made my wedding dress shopping adventure stress-free. She was very friendly, listened to what I told her (including details I wanted for my dream dress as well as taking into consideration my insecurities), and made our experience enjoyable. I appreciated that she presented a wide variety of options and respected my budget (which was on the lower end). Our appointment started to run over the 1 1/2 hour time allotment but Ashley was very patient and allowed me some extra time to be in my dress and talk things over with my family. I ended up leaving the store before making a final decision. And she was very kind to let me try on my dress one last time before solidifying everything when I returned. Ashley was fantastic. The store itself has a great selection. I would highly recommend!!
What an exceptional overall experience we had at Bliss Bridal Salon! Our Wedding consultant, Wendy, met us at the door ready to help us find my daughter s dream wedding dress! She showed us to a beautiful room of the store that had two couches for us to sit on during dress appointment, a large dressing room to comfortably accommodate the consultant, dresses and my daughter, and large mirrors for us to view all sides of each dress. Wendy took the time to listen to my daughter s thoughts on each dress and was able to organize the feedback to pull dresses we may not have specifically asked for while respecting our budget.
Wendy was patient, extremely knowledgeable about wedding dress and most importantly made my daughter feel comfortable and pretty in all the dresses she tried on. As a mother, I cannot recommend Bliss Bridal Salon enough. It was the perfect experience, and we left with the perfect dress!
Incredible experience today with Michelle and had so much fun!! We found "the dress" in less than an hour. The service was great and I could tell Michelle genuinely cared about me feeling comfortable and happy. You HAVE to make an appointment at BLISS!!
There are not enough wonderful things to be said about Bliss! These ladies are the nicest bunch to work with - Wendy and Allison are absolutely fabulous. I came in with a very short timeline and left with knowing I was in good hands. Better yet, when I came to pick up my dress, I left with recommendations for tailors out of state! I couldn't come up with a twist in the plans they hadn't seen yet. I had been to another shop in the metroplex, and the level of service was nowhere near what I received here. Bliss Bridal comes highly recommended!
I had a wonderful experience finding my dress at Bliss and I owe it all to my stylist! I could go on and on about this place. I had gone to another salon and had a very bland experience and could not stop talking about Natasha.
I made two trips to Bliss. The first one was right after the crazy snow storm and my bridesmaids couldn t make it to Fort Worth from Austin. I took one friend with me and my consultant Natasha was so awesome. Of course I needed my girls there but Natasha became my hype man and bridal bestie REAL QUICK.
From the very beginning she was very attentive to what I was looking for in a dress. Every dress she brought into the room was a hit! It s like she could read my mind. I didn t want to say yes without my tribe there so I went a second time to try on my favorite dress and then some. Natasha even remembered to show me a dress that caught my eye on my way out of the salon the first time around. She got a great feel of the room when I was able to bring my bridesmaids in for the second round of dress fittings where I finally said YES to that dress! Even amongst a pandemic they know how to run their salon at Bliss.. I was meant to find my dress here! This team knows what they re doing and they know how to make a bride feel GORGEOUS!

Piper was so great at listening and pulling dresses that matched what I was looking for. I had visited two other salons and wow none of them compared to the experience at Bliss. I drove from Dallas to my appt and it was certainly worth it. The space was great and private, spacious setting for guests, and did not feel overcrowded. The appt was 2hrs, but let me tell you I went over that time because the team really took the time to help me narrow down the dress and helped to make sure I made the right decision when I was so torn. I never felt pressured with a hard sales pitch into buying, but could tell the team there knew the merchandise very well. I would highly recommend this salon to fellow brides!

Bliss bridal is the top competitor when it comes to bridal attire shopping in the Fort Worth area. These girls have got it going on!! There was a miss understanding with my appointment time and still I was treated with respect and given the full tour. I found my dress within 2 hours and took it home with me! Even this bride on a budget could find her forever wedding dress. Timeless experience, timeless dress, love bliss bridal!!
If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. These ladies are the most professional consultants I dealt with in my dress buying experience. They were extremely knowledgeable and offered very helpful advice. You can tell that the store is extremely well managed. All other bridal stores I visited seemed subpar after my experience here. I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Bliss.
Paid over 300 bucks for a brides maids dress when it came it in. It was a cheap knick off. Not the same as I tried on in the store. No returns. Don't buy here.

Cons: location is in high crime area, walk-ins not welcome, by appointment only even to just pay and go for a dress, limited choices on bridesmaid dresses, unable to browse gowns and attendant must bring to you in room (you can browse choices on an iPad), attendant must be in fitting room while you undress and try on different dress choices, took 60 days for dress (that was rush order), requests $25 storage fee if held over 20 days even if they fail to notify you that dress was ready (they entered in my email address wrong while ordering and were hesitant to waive the late fee when I objected), unable to try on dress before you finish paying for it (I paid 1/2 up front in October when I ordered and remainder on 1/19/18 at pickup), forcibly walks dress out of building to your car (even if you ask to carry your dress out).
Please note: When I questioned some of these practices they told me that they valued the customer experience and that s why these rules are in place. News flash...you failed in that area! Oh and the dress fits horribly so I ll now need to pay a tailor to alter it.

Michelle was amazingly helpful! I had an appointment at another (unnamed) boutique earlier that morning and was very disappointed with the selection. We just so happened to had stumble upon Bliss Bridal, and were welcomed as a walk-in...which was a huge surprise (because ya know...COVID).
Anyway, Michelle captured my style perfectly. Every dress she selected was a serious contender. I ended up finding THE dress for me, and couldn t be happier! I d definitely recommend Bliss for brides looking to stay within budget and explore many possibilities. Service was great, and options too!

The Bliss Girls are very friendly and down to earth! They were also extremely helpful and made the dress shopping experience a memorable one. Even after trying on a hundred dresses they didn't stop until I found THE one. If you're a bride in Ft Worth, Bliss is the place to go!
Bliss was absolutely amazing! I had to come back a couple of different times because I would find a dress at another store that I wanted to try on with my favorite from Bliss. My consultant, Mackenzie, was so helpful! She really listened to what my wedding dress vision was and helped me find the perfect one! Thank you for all of your help!

My consultant Michelle was so sweet! She was extremely accommodating and I never felt pressured to try on a dress I didn t like. I found a dress I loved, but I had other appointments scheduled at other stores. They let me come back at the end of the day to try on my favorite and I ended up buying it! Michelle found me a dress that I never would ve chosen for myself, but that I absolutely love. Thank you Michelle!!
Super nice when you are trying on dresses, but awful to deal with afterwards. Please do your own measurements before going in. Don't trust them to do it properly!!

Although they had a variety of dresses to choose from, the service me and my friends received there was terrible. I wrestled back and forth with myself on whether or not I wanted to write this review, but I decided to go ahead and do it because I made an appointment here based on such wonderful reviews I had read here and on wedding wire.
The girl that helped me was in training, which wasn't a big deal. However, the manager on duty came and "checked" on the trainee three+ times during my visit, and each time she came it was with an absolutely terrible attitude and she was extremely unfriendly. She didn't even bother to say hello to me or acknowledge any of the people that were there with me; all of whom could've been potential customers. Honestly, after going back and replaying the whole visit in my head I don't know or even think that the manager was simply "checking" on her. I can't explain it, but she just left a very bad taste in my mouth. She made all of us out of place and like we were unwelcome.
What stood out the most to me was when I was standing in the mirror looking at a dress I had tried on when the manager came and started talking to the trainee AGAIN. I guess the manager forgot that the mirror I was facing allowed me to see them even though I wasn't facing them. I clearly read the manager's lips and saw the ugly look on her face as she said, "Why is this dress over here? She shouldn't even be trying it on. It's WAY over her budget. She can't afford it." I was completely appalled and immediately infuriated after this.
I told the trainee to make sure and go tell her manager not to come back over to our are one more time, because if she did I would have some words with her. Although I did go in with a budget, it's not because I can't afford the dress I want. If there was a dress I saw, and wanted to try on, then I should be able to without feeling like I'm being judged. I was so excited for the "dress shopping" experience and that manager at Bliss Bridal left a DIGUSTING taste in my mouth. So much I had to write this review.
Although I did find a dress I liked while I was at Bliss Bridal, I decided to take my business and "budget" else where and actually purchased a dress that very same day at a different salon. Not only that, the dress I chose cost more than the dress than the one that the manager thought I couldn't afford .
All in all, the only word that comes to mind when I think about that experience is discrimination. I felt discriminated against because I had a budget and maybe it was even because I'm Hispanic. Who knows. But if you're on a budget and want an awesome dress shopping experience, don't come here.
Thankfully, the place where I bought my dress rescued my dress experience and made it everything I had ever dreamed of and more. Bliss Bridal, what a shame that you have managers/employee's representing your brand and store this way. I will NEVER refer anyone here, on the contrary. I will tell them to steer clear of this place! Awful experience.
Maria was AMAZING! As a Plus Size bride I went in nervous but read great reviews. So we made the 3hr drive to Forth Worth. Maria was assuring and so helpful. She knows her stuff and made it SO easy and comfortable in the fitting room. She had the perfect picks and honored my budget and wishes. I love that you fill out a profile ahead of time so your stylist gets to know you and who you are bringing. I also love that you get a big fitting room and your guest get a nice private seating area so it really is an experience for you and them. At Bliss they genuinely care about you and finding your dream dress. Not once did I feel uncomfortable
or judged about my size from my stylist and even some of the other stylist that peeked in to look at a few dresses I tried on. Everyone was encouraging and positive. I actually don t even know what size my dresses were because my stylist knew ahead of time because of my profile. She never mentioned size to me. Which was nice. Overall... if you want the best treatment and a good experience, make an appointment at Bliss and request Maria. I got to walk out with my dress because the fit was perfect. As a plus size bride I NEVER thought that would happen. Can t wait to wear my dress at our wedding!
