Bliss Bridal Salon Review

I didn't find my gown here, but the people at Bliss were so helpful and accommodating. I had a great experience with my consultant, and she helped me make decisions without being pushy. My parents had a nice, private area to sit while I tried on dress after dress. A nice thing about Bliss is they don't have an alterations team, so you are free to take your dress wherever you want. I definitely recommend Bliss to a bride looking for a gown in DFW.

Bliss Bridal is AMAZING. Do not waste your time going anywhere else lol As soon as we walked in all the girls were inviting. Ashley was actually the one helping me with my dresses. She asked all the right questions in order to help figure out which dresses I should try on. All of their dresses are beautiful. We had THE BEST time. I chose my dress and I m so happy!!!

This was the second place that I had gone to to try on dresses and judging from the first place and leaving without a dresss, it made me think that I would never find one. My consultant at Bliss was DeAnn and she was super helpful, she knew exactly what kind of dress would look great on my body type, she was very knowledgeable about the dresses that were within in my budget. And I felt like she knew exactly what I wanted with just a few things I asked for in a dress. She helped me find my wedding dress and helped me pair it with accessories. Defintely going back to get my bridesmaid dresses. Would defintely recommend this place to any other bride and her girls.

I would highly recommend Bliss! I purchased my bridesmaid dresses there and shopped for my wedding gown and it was such a fun day. They are organized, knowledgeable and did a great job helping me narrow down my choices to what I really liked. Thank you, Wendy, for a fun day and a memorable experience.

First of all, the people who wrote these terrible reviews must be crazy. Maria was my stylist and let me tell you, she was AMAZING. I showed her a list of gowns from their website, and she was able to pull other gowns from other designers. In fact the dress I believe I am saying yes to is one SHE pulled! She helped me in and out of my dresses, they were so polite to not only me but my guests as well. Their rooms feel so private unlike David s Bridal (everyone is just out in the open). They did NOT pressure me to buy anything and I LOVED that! I seriously recommend Bliss because they were so amazing, unlike their competitors.

I'm so in love with bliss! I lived just down the street from them and always wanted to get my dress from there when I was going to get married. The time has now come and on Saturday I went in for my appointment with Kay'd Ann. She was amazing. She knew me without even knowing me. We hit it off immediately. I'm so glad I found her! She pulled all the dresses I wanted and even the ones I didn't think of. I found three I'm in love with and can't wait to go back to make my final decision. Bliss was beautifully decorated and made sure me and my guests felt welcomed. Their prices are amazing and they aren't pushy. Kay'd Ann didn't rush me, she let me take my time and think about each dress. She dolled me up with belts and veils to make me feel like a real bride. It was an amazing experience.

This place is perfection. Emily did an incredible job making us comfortable and helping find the perfect dresses. We can't wait to come back!

Bliss Bridal Salon was absolutely fabulous to work with. They were sensitive to my time constraints and my budget. The staff was very knowledgeable and caught on to my personality and style immediately. Their suggestions were insightful and very helpful. I worked with Kate and she was amazing. She asked all the right questions and did an amazing job at reading what I wanted with little information. I went in knowing exactly what I wanted but without knowing how to describe it. She pulled dresses and was able to pull the perfect one from my feedback after trying on. Unfortunately, my experience could have been a lot better. Bliss Bridal isn t in the nicest area of Fort Worth. All of their dresses are upstairs, and you are not allowed to look around or choose them for yourself, they bring the dresses to you to try on. I came in without an appointment due to my schedule, and the receptionists were not pleasant at all and were very rude. She asked me if I wanted to make an appointment for right now because they fortunately had a vacancy, and you need an appointment in order to look and try anything on. My consultant came to greet us shortly after and took us upstairs to get started. She was incredibly helpful and so very sweet! As we were going upstairs though, the receptionist was looking at us a certain way and speaking under her breath. She left a horrible impression on all of us and isn t the kind of person you want working with potential customers. Upstairs they have these large rooms and my consultant brought dresses that matched my style and budget, and she was so patient and nice but I did not find any dresses I loved. I visited several other bridal salons that were much better than here and actually allowed you to look and try on gowns without an appointment, and were not rude to customers that are about to spend thousands of dollars. Go anywhere else but here. It s very upsetting as a bride to be so excited about your big day, and you spend so long planning and spend so much money to get treated poorly by someone who works in the wedding industry.

This salon is amazing! Not only was the place beautiful and organized, the staff is friendly and they went above and beyond to make sure I had an amazing experience along with finding the perfect dress. So many options to look at and they really took what I was saying and helped me narrow it down to find what I had in mind. Highly recommended!

Bliss bridal is the best dress shop I've been to. Michelle was so very helpful when I came in. Even when I came in without an appointment just to ask questions. I like that they pick out dresses for me because after a while they all start running together. She knew just what would look good on me. Everyone there was so friendly and helpful. They even took the time to get in touch with me when my dress would be on sale. I found the perfect dress there so I don't need to go back, but I definitely will be recommending others.

I have a lot of friends who loved their experience with Bliss so I booked them first when looking for my own dress. I would recommend it to my own friends and family, but I would have to make sure and explain what happened to me so they were aware of problems to avoid with their own experience.

I had a really hard time picking my dress and the woman helping me, Hope, was phenomenal. She was so kind and patience. On my second time back though to try on my dress again, another sales women came in to help Hope and I personally felt extremely pressured into my dress from this woman. I ended up buying the dress I felt she wanted me to buy even though it was 1k over my price range.

Next, I had to purchase a custom fitting for an extra $300 that I was not made aware of until I had already signed my contract and put my down payment on the dress. The custom fitting was apparently due to the specific dress I ordered... still not super clear on that. THEN, my custom fit dress finally comes in and I go to pick it up and it does not fit... Now I am the first to admit that I could have gained weight and it was my fault... but due to the upcoming wedding I had been weighing in and measuring my body every week to turn into a certified dietician I hired and I know my measurements were not far enough off for the dress to literally not fit when it was a custom fit dress.

When I got to the women who is doing my alterations she informed me based on my measurements and the dress she was almost positive they had measured wrong... Now on top of the 1k over budget dress, 300 for custom fitting and the stress of the dress not fitting, I have to pay another $313 for the alterations to the dress.

Lastly, the bustle was broken apparently upon pickup. The sales women at Bliss never bustled the dress the day I picked it up and when the alterations person went to bustle it, the elastic part was ripped in half.

If I could do it again, I would go to Bliss, but I would prepare myself to be stronger on my budget and with which dress I want. I would also ask far more questions about the final price the dress would be with the possibility of custom fitting.

Ask for Hope if you go! Literally so sweet and made me feel so comfortable!

I had been to many dress shops & was actually here by pure accident. I had already found my dress and was only there to look at their showcase for colors. Katie was amazing & asked what I wanted and found a handful within my criteria. She knocked it out of the park with the first dress & that was now the one I wanted. It took me a year of looking at dresses, and with this one I paid and ordered within a week! Katie was amazing at every appointment & im glad we had her to see our vision.

This was my first (& only) appointment to search for a wedding dress! After my positive experience & falling in love with a gown, there was no need to look anywhere else! Taylor was my phenomenal consultant, & the two of us immediately clicked. She brought out a bunch of options for me to try-on, & was open to any & all of my feedback. She helped me find the most incredible gown, & I absolutely adore her & her personality. She didn t just sell me a dress - She created an experience, which was upbeat & fun. She was personable, got to know me & what my style was, & truly took the time to make it a memorable, efficient visit. Wendy, the shop owner, is incredibly knowledgeable of the business, her gowns, & her shop. She is honest and direct, which is so appreciated with such a big decision. She made me feel at ease & helped calm my nerves by giving me detailed info on when I could expect my gown to arrive. Overall, I had an absolutely wonderful experience at Bliss Bridal, & I will definitely refer my friends & family! Ask for Taylor!

I had a great experience working with Bliss Bridal Salon, and that is due to their variety of selections and Wendy! I was apprehensive, overwhelmed and working within a tight time frame. Wendy immediately made me comfortable. She REALLY listened to me and made thoughtful suggestions based on the feedback I gave her - it was like dress shopping with a friend. I found the dress of my dreams in the first appointment! I will say the thing that separates Bliss from the thousand of other bridal salons is their customer service, and I would recommend Wendy at Bliss to anyone who asks!

I was so pleased with my decision to go to Bliss Bridal! They listened to everything I wanted, and helped me stay under budget. The process was super easy and stress free. The consultants were so sweet and helpful, they made this an amazing day!! I would recommend Bliss Bridal to anyone looking for their dream dress. This place is awesome! Michelle was so wonderful. She made me look and feel amazing in the dresses and see how it would really fit. I tried the same dresses other places but felt way better here. I went to Bliss Bridal into without an appointment and they were able to accommodate my mom, my aunt and I without notice. I would definitely suggest making an appointment before you go though because I got lucky! I had visited another bridal shop before Bliss and found a dress I loved, but i needed to purchase off-the-rack and didn't have the time to order. Emily was our girl and she found the exact dress i fell in love with IN MY SIZE and we were able to purchase her off-the-rack and take her home that day! I m so glad I chose Bliss Bridal! It is the perfect place to find your dream wedding dress. Emily is an awesome consultant and really listened to every concern and opinion we had. She picked the perfect dress for me on my first appointment! Overall an amazing place with a wonderful staff!

I'm so happy I found Bliss during my search to find a wedding dress in DFW. I was a bit nervous as it was my first time trying on dresses but the moment I met Natasha, my stylist, all my worries went away! She took the time to hear about our day and what I had envisioned for my dress and was able to bring multiple dress that were exactly was I was looking for. We also felt very safe here which is very important during these COVID times. Masks are required and your party has a private room that you stay in during the whole appointment - which also gives you more of an intimate feel that I loved! I ended up saying YES to my dream dress and I am so happy!

PS - Bliss is very active & responsive on their social media platforms! They posted a dress on Instagram and I replied to their story saying how much I loved it. Bliss responded right away saying they would note it in my file and how excited they were for me to come in soon! The day of my appointment, they had that dress ready for me to try on! That is above & beyond customer service! Thank you so much Bliss & Natasha!

FANTASTIC!!!! I couldn't be happier with my experience at Bliss Bridal Salon! Michelle took excellent care of me and made sure to ask all the right questions as I was trying on dresses in order to find me the PERFECT one, which I did! I love the fact that you have your own private viewing room at no added cost like some places. Also, the consultants go and pick the gowns out for you so you're not searching through them trying to find what you want. I would highly recommend Bliss to anyone, whether you're looking for a wedding gown or bridesmaid dresses.

I am 100% so glad I chose Bliss Bridal Salon. After a haranging experience at a chain store where I left feeling horrible about myself and my body, Bliss was a breath of fresh air. I had stumbled upon them through Instagram and just loved every picture of every dress I saw. My stylist Mackenzie was absolutely amazing! She took so much time getting to know me and my likes and dislikes and pulled some amazing styles. The experience was enjoyable and I found the dress of my dreams. 10/10 would recommend.

I loved Bliss Bridal Salon! I went to look at dresses by myself and my stylist was SO great. She took pictures and videos of every single dress I tried on so I could show my family. I showed her a couple of my favorite dresses online and she only picked out styles I wanted (unlike other places I went). I love that she respected my opinion and did not make me try on dresses I clearly did not like. I had been to several places before Bliss and did not think I was ever going to find a dress. However, I ended up finding the perfect dress and bought it in less than an hour at Bliss Bridal Salon. They really made it a special day for me even though my family was not able to be there. I basically loved every dress they picked out for me. I would HIGHLY recommend to any bride looking to say yes to the dress!!

Absolutely amazing experience!!! Mackenzie was so kind and listened to all the things I liked and disliked! I never felt rushed or like I was asking for too much!! She also made sure to check before putting anything that was over budget on rather than just letting me try it on and find out!! Super reasonable prices, extremely kind staff! Loved it here!

Since you didn t want to speak to me, i guess I ll just write it here to let you know my thoughts. I simply asked you if it was possible to pass out flyers to the ladies as they left the premises. With the answer being no, that s totally acceptable, because it s your place of business. Your store, your rules. No argument there. However, your condensing attitude and remarks were the problem. You expressing to me that you don t want me to pass out flyers because you don t want your girls to feel threaten and telling me that i need to leave now was rude and hurtful on so many levels. What i asked myself as i left was, what about me would make your girls feel threaten? 1) i was well dress (button up and slacks). 2) i came in with a cheerful spirit. 3) i was extremely polite. So what about me made you come from the back room to articulate to me, that you don t want your girls to feel threaten by me? Let me guess. Because I m African American with dreads lol.... ma am, next time, a simple no, because we don t allow soliciting would be sufficient. Your stereotypical judgement is not needed. I called, not to fuss or argue, but just to inform you and the others on how your words could be perceived. But again, y all treated me as if i was threat even on the phone lol.... just know, the comment was extremely hurtful. And instead of staying to express that, i choose to call because i didn t want anything to escalate, but y all still wouldn t hear me out even over the phone. So, here we are.... i hope you get it.

When I started dress shopping I went to David s bridal, just to try and get an idea of what I did and didn t like. That appointment left me feeling lost, confused, and kind of scared that the process was going to be much more difficult than I thought.
So I started looking at salons in the DFW area and Bliss Bridal popped up. I read the reviews, looked at the Instagram and Pinterest page, and even had the salon recommended to me by someone I went to elementary school with... booking with Bliss was THE BEST DECISION!!!!!!! I cannot say enough about how wonderful the appointment was. Michelle was AMAZING, and was so patient with me from start to finish. She really took the time to pick dresses that had exactly what I was looking for in a style I didn t even think I would love. I had *the* moment and it was incredible, I truly didn t know I could feel SO pretty. The atmosphere was very warm and welcoming, and all of the dresses were gorgeous. But trust me, you ll just know when you ve found the one. Thank you so much Michelle for a wonderful day!

Stopped in to get a specific bridesmaids dress for a wedding that is out of town, first they had every style the designer carried (which no one else had more than one if any), they helped me get into them and when I asked for opinions they were very honest and helpful. They were very helpful, professional and polite. Thank you so much Morgan for assisting me with my indecisiveness and thank you Marie for measuring me twice so I would get a better idea on which size would be more comfortable. You were both fantastic. I will be returning for more dresses!! They have great evening gowns as well for great prices, and Marie was gracious enough to assist me in finding the perfect one for my event. As I was checking out everyone greeting me and we're polite and friendly. Highly recommend this place to anyone. Very classy and they have TONS of options.

I drove in from another state to look for bridal gowns in the Dallas/Ft. Worth area because I had looked at several in my area and wasn't satisfied with the choices. We got into town late and were going to miss our bridal appointment because we were stuck in traffic and the store closes at 6. The people on the phone were so sweet and friendly and they said that they would wait until we got there to try on dresses. We were an hour late and Wendy was so patient and stayed 2 hours past closing helping me look through dresses and find something perfect for me. She made me feel so at home, not at all rushed or pushy, gave us great advice when we asked for it, and was an all around saint. I really appreciate her help and really don't think you could find service like that any where else.

Had a super great experience! Walked in not knowing I would say yes to the dress and I did. Super friendly staff and Katie my consultant listened and understood what I wanted and helped me with no problems, highly recommend this bridal boutique.

They are the nicest people ever. No matter what size you are or your price range they work for you. They really listen to what your saying and show it through the dresses they have you try on. It was surprising how rude some people at corporate stores can be. At Bliss you truly leave with a happy heart. I'm so excited to wear my dress!

I had an amazing experience at Bliss Bridal! This was one of the few places that was allowing more than 2 guests to join me due to the pandemic. They were incredibly responsive before the appointment, answering any questions I had and they always answered the phone when I called.
They sent out a 'get to know me' survey before my appointment and they asked really great questions that I think showed they care more about helping you rather than making a sale.
They also keep a file on you as the bride and will update it with any preferences on dresses or accessories you might have. Which takes the burden of remembering off of you!
When I arrived the day of, I was greeted by Natasha who was my consultant. SHE IS AMAZING, 10/10 recommend requesting her!! She really listened to what I had to say and she repeatedly reminded me that I would not hurt her feeling and that I needed to be honest about what I wanted or did not want. Her attitude was very helpful because since this was my first bridal appointment, I was very overwhelmed and confused. In the end, I was pretty sure I had found THE DRESS, but I was still a little hesitant. Natasha suggested I sit on it for awhile and come back later that day to try it again. I was able to text the salon and was able to come back later the same day without an appointment and try on my dress again. Natasha had even pulled another dress I might like which was so sweet.
In the end I scheduled a fitting and accessory appointment a week later and bought the dress! Natasha was so patient and was a great listener. She was able to give me her input without intentionally trying to sway me. I never felt rushed and never felt that she was just trying to make a sale. She was so kind to me and made me feel comfortable and was willing to answer any of my questions. I am forever grateful that Natasha could make my wedding dress shopping experience so beautiful. Thank you!

I cannot say enough good things about this place. I had an appointment back in March to look at wedding dresses. I believe I had Taylor helping me and I told her my budget and what style I was looking for. She pulled a few dresses that matched the style I described and she kept me within my budget, which I really appreciated. I fell in love with one of the dresses, but I wasn t ready to commit just yet because I had just started looking for dresses and Bliss was the first place I had gone to. I had another appointment set up later that afternoon at David s Bridal and let me tell you that was one of the worst experiences I ve ever had. The person helping me didn t listen to me at all and kept shoving all different styles of dresses down my throat that I didn t ask for and was very pushy. I left in tears. I called Bliss after that awful appointment and asked if I could come by and say yes to the dress that I should ve said yes to that morning. I knew they were close to closing time, but they were more than happy to accommodate me and even let me try on the dress one more time for a bridesmaid that wasn t able to make it that morning. I felt very special and taken care of. Taylor had already left for the day, but Mackenzie helped me out with ordering the dress and also on the day that I picked it up. All the Bliss girls are wonderful and I am very appreciative of what they did for me. I left there with a huge smile. I was so happy with their service that I even went back and got the bridesmaid dresses there!

From the moment I walked into Bliss and had filled out their detailed questionnaire, I instantly knew this boutique cares about their clients! Michelle was my consultant and was spot on with the dresses she pulled! We instantly connected and she saw my vision for what I wanted my wedding dress to look like. She was beyond encouraging, helpful with any questions I had and was so supportive in helping me say Yes to the dress! I was able to find my dress in my first visit but wanted to bring along my family for their approval. Michelle was so understanding that I didn t have any intentions on committing during my first appointment but helped me schedule my 2nd appointment easily. Michelle immediately remembered me a month later when I returned and said yes! Bliss Bridal Salon should be a no brainer if you are looking for your dream dress!

I have never had such amazing customer service, Kelsie and Mackenzie helped me, they made it so fun and helped me find the most perfect dress!! all the other bliss girls are so sweet and so helpful. Can t recommend these girls enough!!!

I called Bliss to see if I could try on a specific Stella York gown. They were able to fit me in on the same day and I was so grateful! My stylist, Piper, was kind, professional, and knowledgeable. She had the dress I requested ready for me when I got there. She helped me into the dress and clipped it properly. Then, she picked out the most beautiful veil that complimented the dress perfectly. She even took pictures of me and my parents in front of their cute sign!

It is so cute in there! You get your own little room with couches and a huge mirror with you and your family/friends to hangout in. Wendy was my dress consultant and she was amazing. I had already picked my top favorite 3 dresses and she felt an urge to go back and look just one last time, well I m glad she did because that was the dress for me. She really went out of her way for me to make me feel special.

I love Bliss, although I didn't purchase my gown from this salon I would highly recommend it to other brides and no other consultant but Miss Kay'D Ann, she's so personable and nothing short of the BEST!

Loved this bridal shop! My true feedback is to get better lighting in your rooms. Mackenzie was my stylist, loved her! She never seemed like she just cared about making a sell, but rather finding me something I loved. Unlike most bridal shops in COVID times, this one did not limit me on dresses but just asked that the stylist pull dresses based on my feedback. Mackenzie really listened and let my feedback guide the appointment. At one point even letting me try on an A-line dress when I clearly leaned toward mermaid styles because I just needed to be certain that a ballgown type dress wouldn't work. Highly recommend this shop!

My daughter is interested in a particular wedding dress she saw online. This boutique was listed as one that may carry it so I called to check and see if they had it. The lady on the phone verified that it was one they do carry and when I asked if she could give me a an idea of the cost her tone changed and she informed me she would not quote a price over the phone. My response was that I was just trying to see if the dress was worth us coming to see and she interpreted me and rudely said once again I said we do not quote prices over the phone, what is your budget . I said I d like to keep it around $1500 and was getting ready to say but if this is the dress my daughter really wants I d be willing to go more if it wasn t to far out of budget but before I could finish the sales lady on the phone interrupted me and said I ll tell you this, I wouldn t even pull this dress and let your daughter try it on . I was a little taken back but said ok and hung up. I then called another boutique in Keller who quoted me the price over the phone, was very helpful and also is willing to let us come in and look at the dress later today when my daughter gets off work without an appointment. Even tho this dress is a little out of our budget I will be purchasing this dress for my daughter and I won t be getting it from Bridal Bliss. Customer service goes a long way! Glad we didn t waste our time making an appointment to visit bridal bliss.

For a couple months I have been searching for THE DRESS! I had an appointment somewhere else in Fort Worth, where I was displeased with everything I tried on. I had remembered going to Instagram and seeing this salon. I gave them a quick phone call and they were able to squeeze me into an appointment. Michelle was who helped me. 10/10! I told her what I was looking for, and for the first time, in multiple places she took her time to listen to my desires. She brought me 10 or more dresses and let me view them before trying them on. From the very first dress she brought down my mouth dropped. Everyone who was with me could tell that right from the beginning that was the one. Even so, she helped me try on several dresses. She even went upstairs to find more, just to make sure. I wasn t keen on a veil, but for giggles we tried one on. That was the moment I cried and I knew it was the one. I tried it on back and fourth between one other dress multiple times. Michelle was SO patient, understanding, and over the top polite. Not only did you make me feel comfortable, but also so beautiful! I couldn t have asked for a better place to go to. Michelle you are a superstar! Thank you over and over for all of your wonderful help. See you when the dress is in!

This place was amazing and super helpful. I worked with Kay'D Ann and she is spectacular. I am in a wedding in california and all I needed was to try the dress on and Kay'D was super helpful. She helped me pick the one that looked best and was honest since i was alone.

This was the first salon we went to to try on dresses, and what a great first salon it was!! The bridal consultant was so friendly, down to earth, and personable. She listened to what i was looking for and brought me some amazing dresses. She helped me really define what i loved in a dress, and she would ask me privately what i thought before we opened it up to the group I was with. the salon felt small and quiet even though there were other brides there. The ONLY reason I gave this 4 stars (not 5) is because they do not do in house alterations. Unfortunately, that's most likely why we won't buy there, even though I found dresses i loved. It seems too risky to go to an outside alteration place.

Service was AMAZING they r so incredibly fast with finding a dress in their back room that the bride will love! The only thing is that they don't allow alcohol but whatever

I am sad to see the negative reviews. I had an outstanding experience with Bliss. Each person I came in contact with was professional and knowledgeable. I even took my mother back to look for her dress because of the excellent one on one customer service. She purchased her dress from Bliss as well. I never once felt pressured or rushed and each associate seemed to have our best interest in mind. The owner and staff members are easy to work with and are very accommodating based on your needs. I would recommend Bliss to any bride looking for a personal, yet professional experience while shopping for your dress. I cannot say enough about how wonderful my experience has been with Bliss!

While I didn't end up getting my dress here I still wanted to take the time to leave a good review because I had such a great experience. The consultant, Michelle, was so lovely and helpful. I appreciated her setting me up in a variety of options for my first appointment so I could see what style suited me best. About a week after the appointment she texted me saying she had a lovely option that arrived in store and she encouraged me to come check it out as it suited my style. I was amazed with how good she did in picking that dress for me - it was truly gorgeous. I appreciated their great attitude and friendly service even in the midst of weird COVID times. I have had the BEST experience with Bliss! They listened to exactly what I wanted in a wedding gown and I was lucky enough to find "the one" with the third gown I tried on. I purchased back in July and the send me cute postcards in the mail at least once a month with either best wishes or discounts on gown preservation.
I highly recommend going to Bliss first because I'm sure you will find what you're looking for!

Katie at bliss bridal helped deliver such a magical wedding dress experience. She was knowledgeable, patient, and knew exactly what I was looking for. I was really nervous being a plus size bride but Katie made that all disappear! I was able to try on so many beautiful dresses We! We laughed, cried, and said yes to the dress. debated on writing this review, but felt that i deserved better treatment at this upscale salon. I went in to try on a bridesmaid dress that I had tried on previously. Someone came to help me but never told me her name. She wouldn't let me out of her sight for a second. As I had just gotten into the gown I was interested in, she told me her appointment was there and that I needed to get out of the dress immediately. I asked if I could just stay in the dress for a few minutes to decide and she said that the rule was customers are never allowed with the dresses without a consultant. What a ridiculous rule! I had a friend with me and we just wanted for me to spend some time in the dress to make a decision. I'm 52 years old and can perfectly handle getting in and out of a dress and take care of it. It's not like people buy the dresses off the rack, you have to order. I had to take the dress off immediately. This gown was only one of two dresses I was deciding between. Looks like I'll be buying the other gown from another store where I was treated with respect and kindness.

Bliss Bridal was wonderful from the time I made an appointment to when I walked out the door with a dress. Everything they did was very detailed and tailored to my style and interests. My stylist, Piper, did a wonderful job listening and fully understanding what I desired in a wedding dress. There were so many great dresses that fit my style. It was so hard to choose, but I left with the perfect dress for me.

I had the best experience shopping for my wedding dress here! The staff were all amazing! My consultant Katie was not only patient, helpful and professional, but she was very kind and mindful of what I was looking for. When I arrived we had a visit about what I was looking for in a dress, she took my measurements and hand picked a few dresses to start with. They were all great dresses, but when I further explained that I needed something with good upper body support, she grabbed 2 more dresses. These two were my top two choices, and ultimately one ended up being MY wedding dress!! She was very honest and so pleasant to work with!!!

Skip this bridal salon. There are so many rules that it takes all the fun out of your wedding dress experience. The sales associate was indifferent, and when I asked her about certain dresses she didn't know whether they carried them of not, and didn't offer to even look! We were rushed, and were frankly glad to get out of the place. We went to de ma fille, where the atmosphere was warm and inviting. My daughter found her dress there and we couldn't be more pleased. Bliss has gotten too big for its britches, and lost a customer. 7/12

Great experience we were in and out today with my sisterinlaws perfect dress for a January wedding! I am so glad she was our dress consultant because she really made it easy for my sisterinlaw to find something she loved. Masks and social distancing are protocol here you don't see really any other groups because everyone has their own private dressing room. Booking online is very simple and easy.

I didn t end up getting my dress here but this is a great place to look for wedding dresses! Stephanie was awesome ! She was SO considerate of my budget! (Unlike another shop I went to). She spent hours with me trying on dresses. She worked really hard to get a sense of my style which I really appreciated. They have a very large selection to choose from for varying budgets. I would definitely recommend adding Bliss Bridal to your list of dress shops to try!

I had a good experience until I was told 4 days latter that the veil we had chosen for my daughters dress was $1,000 more than quoted!

When the veil was placed on my daughter with the dress she had chosen, it made it perfect! So when I paid for the dress and veil, the sales lady noticed the price on the veil was $1,368, but she said, "don't worry about this price, it's wrong, the veil is $368" I paid in full to avoid any problems and because we don't live in Ft Worth. I live in Presidio..10 hours away!

My daughter called me a few days latter and said she was told we were miss quoted, that the veil was $1,368! Well, I called and spoke to a very rude, inconsiderate male manager, TJ I think.. He started off by telling me there was no way he could order that veil at the price I was given and asked me if I wanted it or not. I became very upset and told him I had a paid receipt for a dress and veil, that it was his problem not mine. Well he got cocky and rude and said he was a small business owner and he just could not help me.

I explained to him we drove from Presidio, rented a hotel for the weekend and with his rudeness and inconsiderate attitude he had just ruined the entire experience of buying a wedding dress for my daughter!

When I told him I couldn't believe his customer service skills and how rude he was being, he decided to FINALLY APOLOGIZE! He toned down some his attitude and said he just couldn't help me.

My daughter looked for the dress in San Antonio and found it AND cheaper too! I called back Bliss Bridal and cancelled the entire sale. Got my money back and now they are getting a bad review.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM! I have to give them a star cause I can't post my comment otherwise..

Because of the Manager, I do not recommend this place. They will not take responsibility for their mistakes and are not worthy of your business.

Today was meant to be special and unforgettable for my daughter, unfortunately she felt anything but special. Our attendant was unpersonable and rushed us in and out of the fitting. We were disappointed. The attendant did not listen to the brides wishes and repeatedly brought dresses she did not want. Also, my daughter was left in ungarmented several times while the attendant looked for dresses. I DO NOT recommend this establishment for your special day.

Both of my experiences at Bliss were amazing. McKenzie knew what I wanted before I did (my girl, all the props to you!), and Piper was my consultant when I came back to say Yes! . 10/10 all around. Such sweet staff, and absolutely beautiful dresses!

The stylists here are so sweet! I enjoyed my visits a ton! Dresses are great quality and can be really affordable- everything I tried on was under $1,800.

My attendant was very courteous and friendly. I was looking for a white dress and we got pretty close. They were a beautiful belts to accessorize with.

She was so very helpful and made sure to ask a lot of questions concerning what I do and don't like. She was so easy to talk to and didn't make me feel pressured to make a decision too quick. I went to over 10 places and tried on over 100 dresses before going to Bliss in Fort Worth. They had me in 3 dresses, all of which made me cry, and had my dream dress. My dress was also delivered 1 month AHEAD of schedule! The ladies here are phenomenal! I'm so thankful we went here!

Bry was extremely helpful and genuine!!!! This was the first place I went to for dress shopping and was treated very kindly. Everyone was so helpful. I went to several bridal salons after this one and no other salon beat Bliss Bridal's accommodations or dresses for my budget. I found my dress and can't wait for my wedding day!!!! We made an appointment here for my sister to try on wedding dresses. Maria helped us with the trying on of all the dresses and was very patient and kind. They have little rooms for you and your bridal party to sit in. The entire experience was wonderful. We found the dress and bought it on the spot. A very positive experience.

Had the most amazing time finding my dream dress at Bridal Bliss. My consultant, Katie, listened to my wants and chose the perfect dress and accessory options for me to try on and choose from. The price points were very reasonable and right in my budget range.

SO glad I saved the best for last! After two very lack luster bridal appointments at two other shops, Wendy and the Bliss team went above and beyond. To start off the booking process is perfect- detailed and to the point. I knew exactly what to expect going into my appointment, major bonus points.
After filling out the bridal consultant form and sharing my Pinterest board they selected the perfect gowns to start my appointment off. Throughout my entire experience I never felt rushed or like I was being talked into choosing my gown. We spent time talking about my venue and over all wedding vibe while I tried on dresses- which lead to us narrowing down to my perfect dress. All that in mind I had zero reservations about saying yes to the dress ! Which is huge for me because I have extreme buyers remorse for just about everything I purchase
Not to mention Wendy chose the PERFECT veil to go with my grown, I seriously can t stop staring at the pictures from my appointment.
On another note, my wedding party & myself felt extremely safe our entire visit. The Bliss team actually follows the proper covid guidelines as well as maintain a clean and sanitize salon, even on a busy Saturday!
100/100 would recommend becoming a Bliss Bride.

I met with Bliss Bridal at an open house at my wedding venue and they seemed so nice and reassuring that I made an appointment to see if they had what I was looking for. My consultant, Natasha, was so upbeat and positive that it helped ease my nerves. She provided me with a variety of options and helped me find the perfect dress! I'm so happy that she was patient and supportive with me. It was truly the best experience I could hope for!
