They have improved all their facilities and were very helpful. Even when I made a mistake on my application form they changed it and re-printed it. And the entire process finished in one hour which was really good. Only thing worth noting is that you don't really need copies. You can just take one copy of everything in the list and you are good to go.

Worst ever service that I had seen. No wonder the delays are here. TLS being 3rd party takes no responsibility what so ever the situation is. Had my visa appointment on 25march and today 8th of April yet to recieve my visa and pp to travel, no update no query no mails for the delay. I planned my travel on 8 april but now i cannot travel because of the visa delays.
Tls always tells it is up to embassy to decide however they can help the customers with valuable feedback what is happening instead of telling the same rules again n again laid in their book. Tls doesn't care for the customers for them they are just processing vis and nothing beyond..

My latest visit was A+. There were too many mistakes in my visa application form but luckily, I got one of the nicest staff dealing with my application. She helped me fill a fresh form on the spot and made sure I didn't make any mistakes this time. I applied for a visa from here 3 times over the years and I can tell from experience, the service has always been good and this time, they went above and beyond my expectations. The staff member that helped was Claudia - you can't choose to be addressed by her but it's nice to see some people who are extra kind and helpful.

Getting an appointment can take longer during summer due to increased demand but if you plan well, perfect place for a Schengen visa. The earliest appointment I could get was 1 month from the day I was looking

We have applied for a Schengen Visa twice here. First time we had passports back in 4 days with Visa stamped on it. Smooth experience & no fuss. This was 20 months back. Applied again 3 weeks back & still haven't got our Visa yet. We had to cancel our trip & lose all booking costs. Absolutely shambolic & disgraceful.

If I could rate 0 star I would have done so. I've applied to so many visas around the world and no country would let you wait standing in queue outdoors like catle, only to find out there is more standing waiting indoors! I just had my knee checked by a consultant and have more xrays and MRI to do next week, there were empty seats and when I wanted to use one the female french person working there didn't let me even after explaining I had a knee injury. She said I had to wait standing until she gives me instructions. I had to sit on the FLOOR like a dog! Appointment was at 2pm, didn't make it to the first stage before 4pm. Feels like the place is run by nobody, just a bunch of friends hanging out, making jokes with each other and being rude to their customers. Yes we pay for your terrible service, hence we are customers. Last thing: they charge for credit card payments, totally ignoring the law which banned this practice since January! Anyway, I really miss proper consulate appointments, TLS is a total ripoff, and they don't care since people have no choice.

Extremely rude reception lady (Yoyo). Really bad attitude. Rolled her eyes at every single customer. I felt abused. Extremely rude to chinese people. And seriously both her english and chinese are so difficult to understand. Seriously, I understand the job is boring, but her attitude should not be tolerated.

The Edinburgh service has been a lot more fluent than I would of thought, the security welcomed me as soon as I walked into the centre and the lady working in counter 2 has been helpful and understanding while helping me with my application. Really appreciate it!

This place should be burn in hell! It is filled with low life who are bloodsucking trolls. They seek to drain 28 pounds from every innocent being who had no choice but to choose this agency because they monopolize the visa application. The other five stars reviews are paid bot so that this devious agency could build a trap to lure more innocent victims. I sincerely hope their souls will be tortured for eternity.

Let me tell you why this place has so much praise.
Let me tell you why this place have so many good reviews.
Because I don't have the longest time in France, I have to choose premium service. After standing outside for forty minutes, a dozen of us entered a particularly small room. The staff asked us to open Google Maps and give them five points of praise. I'm sorry I just hate forcing others to give positive comments. I have time to persuade customers to give positive comments one by one. Why don't you want to fix the network, arrange the numbers, and quickly get a visa. I'll give you a point.
I had to use premium service because France wasn't our main destination. After 40 minutes of waiting outside dozens of people were lead to a small room, and the staff there asked us one by one to open Google Map to give them five stars. Sorry I just hate to be forced to give you five stars. If you have time to persuade us one by one, you should fix your Internet, give us numbers, and check our visa. Take my one star.

Horrible experience. Rude staff. The lady who processed my documents was extremely unhelpful and rude. They behave as if they are doing you a favour by processing your visa application
I had a complete 3 months bank statement but because the date of the statement was about 2.5 weeks it was marked as incomplete! I later checked the website which says all documents should be within 1 month so there should have been no reason for rejecting the statement

incompetent, careless. i had to go three times, waste more than 1000 pounds and yet i could not get the correct application sent to the consultant. Moreover, in third time, they sent the passport to the wrong address.

Took three ND half hours. Queue was manually managed where people were asked to move to empty seats in front at regular intervals to accommodate people joining the waiting area.this was annoying. I.e there is no token system but display screen shows couple of dummy numbers and which counter to go. This was confusing for the first few minutes till you figure out that the display screen is not being followed and some person is controlling who will go next. Also went with appointment and still had to wait. Overall not happy

Disorganised and rude staff. Get ready for huge queues and long waiting times in a small cramped room with some 50 others despite coming earlier than your appointment slot! Absolutely ridiculous service and attitude of staff who think they are superior to all the Non-EU customers that decide to waste a good part of their morning/evening/workday without food and drink, just queueing away!

Application process was smooth and staff were very helpful and friendly. I took the express courier option hoping to get the passport the same day. The word "EXPRESS" is misleading. it is just a courier service. They would not allow you me to collect it just because I have chosen this option. This is the most ridiculous process I have seen.
Bottom line: do not opt for the express courier service.

I made the mistake of reading a lot of the negative reviews before my appointment at the TLS centre which sent me in with a very apprehensive mindset. I wish I hadn t! I found most of the staff to be incredibly polite and helpful. They even give you until 2.30pm the same day to provide any missing documents and not delay the application. The appointment did take a while and I had to wait a lot, especially for the biometrics, but I ve found that to be similar in all embassy/visa centres. Process on the day was about 1.5-2 hours start to finish. Staff did their best to make the experience pleasant and smooth, and were especially helpful this morning when I returned to collect my passport after just 7 working days! Very impressed. You just have to play the game a bit - get your documents in order before you go and save yourself the stress on the day. I think maybe I went to a different centre to most other reviewers...?!

I came on time. It took me only 1 hour from the moment I approached to the main gates till the time I went out from the center. Everything was decent and everyone was polite. I was expected to waste the whole day there in stress after all the feedback. But it seems that it was my lucky day ;)

All the staff here are extremely friendly and help...

All the staff here are extremely friendly and helpful. you can use the computers and printer here for free and they have a photo booth downstairs. I dread visa applications because other places can make you feel like you don't deserve and and have been very unhelpful but this is place is very customer focused especially Tim !! thanks very much...we will come the 2.5hrs journey to here if we need a visa again.

i went to visa center this morning at 830 -- i found staff can speak chinese and also they helped me to do the copies and even made changes for photo machines because i forgeT my bank card - i was very happy as my friends told me this was not a good place - i stayed only 50 minutes in the morning - ... yeahhhh - love PARIS :)

Rude staff and totally unacceptable way of treating the customer. My wife and her friend were forced out of the building just because she used her phone. The staff required a form that was not listed in the application. When my wife tried to use her phone to download the form they forced her out. Her friend did nothing but was also asked to leave. People travel from places to London to submit their visa applications. And you screwed their trips just because they checked their phones? What are you afraid of? Are you MI6 or some secret agency. If you can't do the minimum, which is to serve your customers, what's of the point of you being in the business. TLSContact, stop causing troubles and just do your job. I suggest all these countries STOP their contracts with this company. What a joke and disgrace.

i advise that your center should not use Dx delivery. Why didn't they call me when they delivered mail Just left a calling card and said i need to redelivery a phonecall would slove many problems and not time-wasting .
However the service of Tlscontact is very nice. so i give you five stars.

I have been denied visa by the embassy for legit r...

I have been denied visa by the embassy for legit reasons, however the letter from the swiss embassy said you are entitle to refund. When I reached out to TLS contact they first denied and then they said you can fill an online form. The best part is now no one cares to give me the refund back to my account. Wonder who is enjoy such money Swiss Embassy in London or TLS ? Aug -18 to Nov-18
After couple of months passed, i managed to contact all possible email id available and managed to get a response and full refund back. Happy now Jan 19

The worst service ever. Why do these embassy sub-contract their work to private companies like TLS? They are nothing more than a call/processing center. Poorly-trained and incompetent staff are giving wrong and conflicting information. I'm pretty sure France and other countries will lose more and more tourists along with their reputation.

TLS needs to at least train the staff how to be courteous to applicants. Really rude behaviour by staff. Almost 7 staff were chewing the gums while talking to applicants. Stephany attended me with a attitude which I won t forget for the rest of my life. The delivery service for passport is just rip off. The delivery will take a week after the receive documents and TLS takes no responsibility for the loss of ur passport but eagerly wants to charge you for that. Overall experience was just stressing and upsetting.
