I'm from Italy and I'm here with my school for a school trip and I went there to buy some Instax film. At the check-out I wanted to pay with my mother's credit card that she personally gave me and I have been buying stuff all day with it but your assistent didn't allow me to pay saying that it wasn't mine. I had to pay with cash but I needed it for my staying here in Berlin. I payed, but that was the first and last time you'll see me there.

Does what it says on the tin: if you need a charger, batteries or any home appliances this is the place to go. Don't expect great customer service here, it's more of the 'find it yourself' kind of place .

You wait in the mobile department for an average of a long time. Also in the morning 30 minutes after opening the shop. It is cluttered from the queue and the customer is referred from one employee to another. In addition, there is little to no goodwill !!! The article I wanted didn't exist. But otherwise there is a huge selection in all departments and a lot of staff, so that you can find someone who can help you right away.

I bought a double lp and it was defective. Next day i returned the record and ask for refund. They told me that i could order the record again. Instead of refund they gave me a paper and they told me to come back next week to take the record.
Today was that day. The record was sold out...
Noone there could speak or understand basic english (ALEXANDERPLATZ...) and the guy on the cd s was telling me in a rude way that i had already taken the refund which i did NOT.
After a long time of misunderstanding i took my money back....

You probably find what you need. Too busy staff to help!

I have bought a lot of technology, and I can assure you that they have the prices that are with respect to digital platforms. Sometimes the prices are cheaper on the website compared to the physical store, but if the prices are different, they will be left at the corresponding price.

My absolute favorite Saturn. Lots of sales space with wide aisles. Organized events again and again. And employees who specialize in subject areas.

Competent and friendly service if you catch a seller. The house is often well attended, so the salespeople are busy. But if you then have one, it takes its time and you will be given comprehensive advice. I've never felt like I was being ripped off. Sure, they want to sell their products, but you don't get turned on junk. Not even the most expensive specimen, if you have named its price pain threshold. You are also accommodating when it comes to exchanges or returns. So far I have not had any negative experiences.

So far we always liked to stop when we were in Berlin. But today we were disappointed. We wanted to buy an Apple and a short consultation about it. We stood around for 45 minutes. Sellers did not come to us but we had to request them. We were told that there is only one seller who knows Apple and we have to wait for it. We tried unsuccessfully. He was busy with a single customer and family for over 45 minutes. We then went. It's a shame that the other sellers didn't even try. We are not very demanding and are well read in advance. We then went to MediMax and bought there. Here, as in the past, we were always well advised and looked after, and at a better price. MediMax is smaller, but here it shows that less is more.
