Helpfulness equal to zero, then bought at Media Markt in Alexa.
big shop, many offers on TVs mostly, but always check prices online
Great hi-tech center in the center of Berlin. For technology lovers, a true paradise. Each type of article is present in an infinite number of brands and models.
Large selection, 3 floors with everything from camera equipment to kitchen machines.
They often do not know what they have in the assortment and they have no clue connections
Very great big assortment. Great location and the staff is also very friendly.
I'm from Italy and I'm here with my school for a school trip and I went there to buy some Instax film. At the check-out I wanted to pay with my mother's credit card that she personally gave me and I have been buying stuff all day with it but your assistent didn't allow me to pay saying that it wasn't mine. I had to pay with cash but I needed it for my staying here in Berlin. I payed, but that was the first and last time you'll see me there.
well-sorted, clean and friendly advice large selection and also very nice cashiers continue
A store where you can find many types for all your electronic needs. It is often possible to get good discounts on different products ...
I went today to buy a laptop. It was written that there is a Aktion Preis 398.69 euros. The seller was really nice and friendly. He convinced me to take it, that it was a bargain, which I did. But at the cashier I had to pay 496 euros. In More
They have anything of tech, but the personal don't talk in English if you need (and they don't make the effort to help you)
Does what it says on the tin: if you need a charger, batteries or any home appliances this is the place to go. Don't expect great customer service here, it's more of the 'find it yourself' kind of place .
You wait in the mobile department for an average of a long time. Also in the morning 30 minutes after opening the shop. It is cluttered from the queue and the customer is referred from one employee to another. In addition, there is little to no goodwill !!! Mobile phones and accessories should therefore rather in East Gate at the S-Bhf. Buy Marzahn. I am very disappointed and would have liked a better customer service, as you would expect from SATURN. Too bad
Generously furnished. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly.
Great advice, everything fixed top service, always happy
The advice to the cell phone department just terrible. Incompetent, snooty and especially unprofessional employees. I've been to many countries but I've never seen advice like this before. NEVER AGAIN Saturn
You can find many brands of electronics in Saturn. An electronic retail store that can offer the lowest price guarantee.
The article I wanted didn't exist. But otherwise there is a huge selection in all departments and a lot of staff, so that you can find someone who can help you right away.
I bought a double lp and it was defective. Next day i returned the record and ask for refund. They told me that i could order the record again. Instead of refund they gave me a paper and they told me to come back next week to take the record.
Today was that day. The record was sold out...
Noone there could speak or understand basic english (ALEXANDERPLATZ...) and the guy on the cd s was telling me in a rude way that i had already taken the refund which i did NOT.
After a long time of misunderstanding i took my money back....
You probably find what you need. Too busy staff to help!
very well-trained salesmen, albeit often direct company employees
A huge Saturn, we especially liked the projector test room!
Lots of choice on the assortment. Before all things
My market when it comes to consumer electronics. Very easy to reach from the subway.
very large assortment on 3 floors.
Friendly service.
The Saturn market on Alex is huge over several floors you can find everything your heart desires. I could spend the whole day here! Despite the size, you will not be overlooked here as a customer. I received very good advice and am still satisfied with my purchase today.
Three floors, all very neat. Too bad I didn't find the keyboard I was looking for.
Sooooooooooooooo a SHIT shop ... you try to call there .... and only the AB comes.
I gave up after 4 attempts .....
Hey guys, get yourself a decent telephone system ... or hire a couple of operators, you have to get the feeling ... they don't even want to answer the phone ...
AN IMPUDENCE ! ! !
As always, everything was great, good advice, good price, friendly staff
Huge retail space and hardly any employees because you are looking for or you get up to something you can ask
I have bought a lot of technology, and I can assure you that they have the prices that are with respect to digital platforms. Sometimes the prices are cheaper on the website compared to the physical store, but if the prices are different, they will be left at the corresponding price.
My absolute favorite Saturn. Lots of sales space with wide aisles. Organized events again and again. And employees who specialize in subject areas.
Saturn is SUPER! Staff always friendly helpful. Good offer. You have spas.
A good Saturn that we remember. We found seven missing DVDs in the good offers.
Not ok we thought that one should pay money for the toilet use, as a customer.
Otherwise, a huge Saturn with extensive offers.
Good selection at good prices, quick collection of ordered goods, clean and pleasantly furnished.
Great store. I wish they would sell laptops with English keyboard. So many expats in Germany and they only sell German keyboards on their laptops :(
more polite than in Media Markt, even if they belong together
The Saturn at Alexanderplatz is easily accessible by public transport, for a visit they should also choose this because of the lack of parking. Over 4.Etagen extends the Saturn and a large assortment
(However, MTG Cards, BionicleProducts were also taken out here), employees are rather less to be found in the market itself, but the information is permanently occupied. Positive to mention is the large merch department and the advice in the household department. Negative, however, the security service by his unfriendly appearance and individual employees who almost flee away from the customer.
Queues are always long queues with waiting times of 5 to 15 minutes.
The shops are clean, but in the evening not all products are where they belong.
From the 4th floor you have a spectacular view of Alexanderplatz.
Conclusion:
The Saturn remains in spite of its size and the good range but rather a bit of Berlin visitors and people who like to shop demonstratively.
Large selection, especially when it comes to photo. Compare prices, sometimes very expensive but mostly negotiate.
Very big market. A bit confusing and sometimes too expensive.
Great electronic store in a mid level price range. It you need something for you household or something personal, go for it and give it a try.
Great electronics store but the staff is really busy and it s really large so finding stuff by yourself is kinda hard
Attention! Among other cheap junk is sold here! Got a power bank for 3 (yes is not much, but does not matter!) Here in transit bought, and this has worked exactly once for 15min. After that, she has turned the PB into a permanent-flashing strobo ...
Dear SaturnMediaMarkt group >> slowly you have to sit down on your seat and do your homework, because otherwise the American competition will eat you up completely! :(
Well, it's Saturn - you usually find what you're looking for. They also have all the new Apple Stuff and you can try it out if you like.
Usually very crowded because of the tourists.
I ordered some mobile accessories to be picked up form the store, and Saturn team was quick and it was ready in a day. Keep up the good service.
Competent and friendly service if you catch a seller. The house is often well attended, so the salespeople are busy. But if you then have one, it takes its time and you will be given comprehensive advice. I've never felt like I was being ripped off. Sure, they want to sell their products, but you don't get turned on junk. Not even the most expensive specimen, if you have named its price pain threshold. You are also accommodating when it comes to exchanges or returns. So far I have not had any negative experiences.
Processing online orders is still quite tedious. Only point of criticism on my part, that will surely still
So far we always liked to stop when we were in Berlin. But today we were disappointed. We wanted to buy an Apple and a short consultation about it. We stood around for 45 minutes. Sellers did not come to us but we had to request them. We were told that there is only one seller who knows Apple and we have to wait for it. We tried unsuccessfully. He was busy with a single customer and family for over 45 minutes. We then went. It's a shame that the other sellers didn't even try. We are not very demanding and are well read in advance. We then went to MediMax and bought there. Here, as in the past, we were always well advised and looked after, and at a better price. MediMax is smaller, but here it shows that less is more.
Good selection and good prices. The location is very central and it is one of the biggest markets. It's also worthwhile to talk with the salesmen. They are very nice and happy to help.
Totally crowded and the staff? O tone - ask there I do not work here -! Well, apparently so no one works !! Gone again !!
There is a very large market that extends over 3 floors. In my opinion, prices are relatively cheap, especially for items that tourists tend to buy less (sound boxes, for example).
Nice saleswoman. I received good advice. Purchase done for the same price. Usually buy from the "other market", but they did not have the desired goods in stock.
They have everything, but expensive.
Prices are above average by far.
Here you can get a decent advice ... at least in the department of large electrical appliances. Also a large selection.
Newly rebuilt, the pickup for online orders is just behind the escalators on the left
