Huge selection, nice staff, good temperature. It is a pity that you have to pay something for the toilet.

The electrical goods store offers various technical goods on a total of three floors. These mainly include cell phones, cameras, camcorders, televisions, coffee machines, game consoles, hi-fi systems and many other products. The souvenir and fan department is very amusing, but the DVD and sound storage department on the third floor is also very well equipped. The employees advise every matter as quickly as possible when they are not busy. Another positive aspect to be highlighted is the service department on the first floor. Several employees are available for technical problems, but also for advice and purchase transactions, and help every customer immediately. No service is neglected so that the customer could not be satisfied.

Have had good experiences with the staff, friendly and helpful beyond their duty. Otherwise, a standard Saturn with above-average views. Due to the central location, some things are of course quickly sold out

Expertise in all areas was well advised by Saturn staff. Only the company-related staff is not objective. When consulting and buying, as a customer you should look very closely at the name badges of the employees in order to be able to correctly classify the presentation of a product.

Very helpful staff, whether real Saturn employees or company representatives. Only the annoying conversion of shop price to online price dims the shopping pleasure, but is carried out without problems. So with the note to the cash register and saved money.

Very good electronics store, in the middle of berlin. They have a huge selection and very large exhibition, so you can see the goods before you buy something. However, it can be a little difficult to find around the shop

I have never managed to get proper advice here. Perhaps the employees only take their time when it looks like they are really leaving a lot of money.

The other day I got a tank case for my Samsung smartphone - for 45 . Then sticking the armored film on the service point costs another 5 . After a week, it now has a jump. I actually prefer to shop in the shop rather than ordering everything online (the enormous parcel shipping alone is extremely problematic), but if you don't get service or support there despite the massively higher price, it simply has no value. Too bad.

Saturn is one of the best shops in berlin where we can buy all type of electroincs besides this they have good customer service and many offers.

Repair service underground - just not!

First of all: This review relates exclusively to the "Immediate" repair service. This is operated by a third-party company - which is not recognizable in the market itself, which is why Saturn has to accept this criticism.

The friendliness of the staff there (with the exception of the department head) should be emphasized positively, the staff are extremely hard-working and courteous.
But that's about it. But one after anonther:

I had my Galaxy S8 for the display repair there, which was not "immediately" but was carried out quite quickly. After almost 3 months there was a defect on the display (flickering) so I went to the market and complained about the problem.
The accepting employee said straightforwardly that he would take care of it, but I would like to come back in about 3 hours. After about 5 hours my cell phone was still unprocessed on the desk. Now, with the head of the department, tried to show in an absolutely inappropriate tone that I would certainly have caused the damage myself. References to the legal and evidence situation (guarantee 6 months) were ignored, since I finally left the market with the announcement of a judicial clarification.
When I sent a complaint to the Saturn management, the manager of the department head in question called me, and after a very calm, factual discussion, the repair was carried out without any problems.
After a few days I received the call that I could pick up my device. On site, however, it turned out that there was apparently a problem with the battery, which had to be sent in.
Calls and emails about the situation about 2 weeks later remained unanswered. When I personally presented myself in the market, it was said that the device had to be sent in again a few days ago. Another 10 days later I received the call that I could now pick it up. On site, however, it was found that the SIM card could not be inserted, the device had to be opened again, this would take about 3 hours. When I reappeared 2 days later, the device was completely discharged so that it could not be tested. Only today - after around 2 months - was I able to pick up the cell phone again.
Fortunately, I live in the immediate vicinity of Saturn, so that repeated visits were annoying but possible. For someone who has a longer journey, however, this would simply be unreasonable.

Staff are very unhelpful. More interested in talking to each other than looking after customers.

In response to your question, I do not remember any particular staff except for one who showed me how to test if my phone would be charged on a pad charger. I was in the Mobiler phone section looking at a couple of particular items to purchase. When I "tried" to ask another staff member the difference between 2 chargers, I was brushed off without any explanation. Also, apart from that, I found any assistance really lacking. After watching the staff member walk away and talk to his colleague, I got the "message" and walked out to buy elsewhere. I live in a country where service and product knowledge lacks very much, but this was worse. Sorry, but my one and only visit to Saturn.

In itself very well, if there had not been this a consultant who had absolutely no idea of his job, but seems to be busy out of pity there .... then get very good advice from an elderly little woman.
If there were not the wait on our fridge ... which has been there for a while and was simply forgotten ....

Currently picking up is terrible. You always queue outside for pick-up and the people who are allowed to buy in the store are simply high. Cheek. I'll never order from Alex again

What is annoying: Sometimes the consulting staff is provided by the manufacturers. Are these then objective?

Most of the staff, if you find them, are very nice and many also understand something about their subject. Black sheep are always and everywhere.

Stand with 4 items at the checkout. The price of 3 items differs, 2 of them by more than 250%. The best store specialized in electronics, is a chain of larger stores in Europe. One of these is located on the 3-floor Alexanderplatz. In spite of so much public that there is, the dependents try to always be very kind and attentive.

The stars go exclusively to the employees in the notebook department. The best advice from very personable employees who definitely have a clue

Likes the choice and size of the store. I think it's great that you can test a lot.

When I made my purchase, I met the most competent salesperson / consultant that I came across.

Sellers now want to cheat on some expensive thing, meanwhile normal. If you do not teach yourself, you will be tricked. I do not think so.

Very friendly, motivated and competent staff.

Amazing store and giants. For those who love electronics, gadgets or photography, this is heaven. Prices are pretty much the same as the country but a huge selection (!!!) is highly recommended for the genre enthusiasts.
