Poor service. You need to wait at least 30 min just to ask a simple question. Oh and if you have a problem with something you purchased, forget about customer service. They will blame you and not help you at all. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SHOP
I also sent an email to the adress in the comment, they opened it and didn't reply.

A great place to buy all sorts of modern electronics. If you want to buy a computer or PC or anything you can get advice from the staff depending on your conditions. The advice has always worked out for me and was always the best option.

I was allowed to sit in the high-end department and listen to music for almost two hours until my previously cracked foot had recovered halfway. - Again, a big thank you!

In addition, the toilets are chargeable, but perfectly clean!

This is the best place in Berlin to get a kpop album. Honestly the prices weren t that high, compared to Italy ones. Here they sell a kpop album around 30 , 45 even 80 but in Saturn I found everything around 20 or 25 ! I liked the large selection that they had in Alexanderplatz compared to the Saturn near Kaiser Wilhelm Memorial Church, were the selection was almost sold out and small!

Large but clear store. Very friendly service with the vacuum cleaners. Well advised. But then in the mobile phone department the sheer mess. First they wanted to turn us on a rather pushy way a power contract and responded paraly when we (repeatedly) politely refused. There was no one in the department at first. Then two people arrived, but the first time the people from the mobile operators bemmeten. The already loud atmosphere became even more uncomfortable through loud talking and clapping hands. A customer who had a question were processed in a very bonierte way. After that, two employees talked about the customer in a derogatory way. Absolutely unprofessional. This has deterred us (in peace to make a decision was not possible anyway) that we leave the store and bought the smartphone where else.

Honestly, advice looks different. The employees are totally overwhelmed and do not get along, and that at times of the coronavirus when almost nothing is going on. Find another job and don't let your stress out on the customer. That was the third time that I was treated rude here. I'm not coming here again.

I realize this is common in Berlin and probably good for the environment somehow, but I can't get my head around paying fifty Euro for a couple cables and then getting charged for something to carry them home in.

The customer service is so bad, I asked a seller to help me find smth, he just told me to wait in an unfriendly way. After waiting nobody came to me, such a bad experience! Nobody looks professional enough to approach and they look like they don't care at all if you buy or want to buy anything.

Saturn is like Saturn. You will buy here what you came for and pay as much as in other Saturn's. It is not more expensive because it is Alexanderplatz. The prices are even better than in Poland in some cases. Because when you make "Sale-50%" here it is exactly like that. I recommend it, the service is nice and willing to help, always. I do not recommend going there during "rush hour". It gets a lot of a mess and it's hard to choose / compare something in peace ...
