The staff was very unfriendly just because I was speaking in English. I had bought a phone from an another Saturn and it had some problems, so I went to the one at Alexander platz to get the phone checked up. I was sent from one counter to the other (everyone was just pointing where should I go and no one helped me) and the lady at last told me very RUDELY that they cannot do anything and was not explaining anything else. She just kept saying that Saturn couldn't do anything in this. She didn't even see the phone.
I thought that Saturn at Alexander Platz would have the best service, but it provided the worst service. I wouldn't go there ever again.

P.S. The sales staff at Saturn (The Clou) was friendly even if I talked in English, but the person present at the service desk was unfriendly as soon as I started speaking in English. (I also told her that "ich lerne Deutsch und mein Deutsch ist nicht so gut")

A large electronics store. Some of the staff is friendly and knowledgeable, some unfortunately not.

Good prices and variety in electronics, films, photography, etc. Good prices.

Since Saturn and Media Markt belong to one and the same group and are not really competitors in the market, it does not matter if you buy your stuff at Saturn or in Media Markt at ALEXA, which is only a few hundred meters further away.

Please train your employees in modern customer service. I wanted to buy a vacuum cleaner and a blender.

Service unfortunately a foreign word and also relatively expensive than other markets.
It is enough to look but you should buy nothing here. The staff is also overwhelmed with the masses of visitors and shows the negative attitude to the customer then too.

i bought iPhone X from here ,while i was buying it i asked is there any difference between buying here or apple shop! worker at 3d floor told no any difference even you can finance here but not in apple .i bought iPhone X AND I came home in same night screen stop responding and phone did locked itself .i called apple and apple did told if you bought it from us we would change it right away (you have this right for 2 week) but you got it in saturn so you need to bring it back there .well ,i did go back there ,they didn't accept to get it back and give the new one so they said you need wait 20 day and made me sign the reaper agrement and i did write under repair agrement i want my money in 10 day back .right on spot i bought second IPHONEX and i left shop after servel week messaging and talk with lawyer prepaer to go to court and bloch credit card amount !! they did pay my money for first iPhone back ! JUST DONT BUY APPLE STUFF THERE !!

I love this Saturn. Nice size, has a very good and wide selection of goods. Employees are very nice and competent. The online pickup is very fast and without problems. Always the first point of contact when I'm at Alexanderplatz.

The staff should be a little bit nicer and not choose people who want to bed

The store itself is okay, my rating is more correct based on the online shop and the incorrect specification of delivery times for collection in the store on Alexanderplatz itself. For pre-orders, it is diligently advertised as collection AB and delivery TO, although the product appears one day later and delivery at the specified time is therefore rather unlikely. On the day of publication, the delivery times are suddenly a month later. Presumably, you just try to sell as much as you can in advance orders, even though it is not in stock soon. The great thing is when you order an article to be picked up a week in advance and are even listed as "Available" on the day of publication, but the article is not in stock in the store. Very bad number. So the article was ordered again from A ... z.n, delivery one day later.

Its one of the bigger Saturns in Berlin. Nice people to attend to customers. However, if you are returning your item, which you are legally allowed to, some employs tend to argue on why you're returning it and frown upon it. Perhaps, that's the only thing I did not like about this place.

It's a huge store. At centre location. You will find anything and everything. Price is contradictory. For gadgets which a somewhat old the price is more than that available online on Amazon. There are regular offers. We got fifa with a controller at a discounted price. It was a 50eur saver deal.

Good shop in itself, but sometimes very busy on weekends and hardly any time for personal advice.

Nice to get an overview, but prices are sometimes three times compared to online competition.
As sorry as I am, I prefer to order via Amazon.
Customer service is very good, sometimes underground, because it can not make a decent picture.

Huge store in the very center with fairly low prices. Consultants will always help you choose the cheapest device without overpaying for unnecessary features. Consultants speak English and some also speak Russian.

Excellent customer service at the Microsoft booth. A big compliment and thanks to Ben and his colleague Andre. We bought a Microsoft Surface pro a few days ago and after setting it up we had a few questions about settings and usage. On February 20th They both took all the time we needed to get the best out of the device. With a lot of calm and above all competence, Ben and Andre advised us and made the necessary changes so that everything now works as expected. Thank you very much. Whenever I visit Berlin I always visit this Saturn for a little shopping. I simply enjoy seeing and trying all the stuff they offer, from appliances and household electronics to computers, mobile phones, games, toys etc.
All the stuff I bought there were always great quality and I never had any issues and there wasn't a situation that they don't have something I'm looking for. Prices are OK, especially cheaper than where I come from.

The Saturn at Alexanderplatz is really big and offers a large selection of different electronic items. There are many cash registers so that you can pay relatively quickly. The shop is really recommended.

45 min to BUY Lenovo laptop??? No hello, no thank you, no good bye, no please??? This is pretty slooow service.. everyone is sayin Im not from this area.. so how to expect sale? I bought laptop, phone and kabels online for much cheaper plus free delivery. Youre loosing money with this "service"..

Although the service staff are friendly but a bit overloaded, personally I did not like it in the cell phone department man while the smartphones can see and touch, but if you want to go to the menu to staff there must be a pin is needed around it to be put through its paces.
