I bought a double lp and it was defective. Next day i returned the record and ask for refund. They told me that i could order the record again. Instead of refund they gave me a paper and they told me to come back next week to take the record.
Today was that day. The record was sold out...
Noone there could speak or understand basic english (ALEXANDERPLATZ...) and the guy on the cd s was telling me in a rude way that i had already taken the refund which i did NOT.
After a long time of misunderstanding i took my money back....
