Masses of electronics Consumption for commerce I feel that electronics stores need to evolve as I like to go shopping locally when it comes to electronics, of course, I prefer local points of view but the customer would have to offer more than just electronics

HDMI cable is 5 euros cheaper in the MediaMarkt - why do you do something like that, you both belong to the Metro group

It's a huge shop with all variety of electronics, gadgets, mobiles, etc. They offer great prices and always having interesting promotions. Once you enter Saturn you won't come out empty hand. I can say this that if one is in need to any electronic items and if he cannot find anywhere than this is the place to visit. It's usually crowded so it will be hard to find support staff to help you. Better to go at the opening hours. The location is great as well.

I had a bad experience with some of the employees at the speaker section. I don't want to be treated the way I was treated at Saturn. May never go back.

I wish I could leave 0 stars but I can't, I can't as the employee at the door cannot open his mind and show empathy and flexibility to a paying customer. Paying 60 euros and try to collect the online order seems too hard for the Saturn German employee even if another customer enter just few seconds before. I am gonna return the articles and never ever spent an euro inside any Saturn in Germany. I went all the way to the Saturn leaving in a rush going back home empyy handed. Danke Saturn.

Saturn it s an interesting shop and more for tourists since the prices are very good and there is a wide variety of models and brands. The only problem is the people that work there. Not going to generalize but most of them treated me in a very rude way and did not help at all while selecting a tablet. Sincerely, an awful experience. The Saturn that I went to is the one in Alexanderplatz, Berlin, Germany.

Large selection over three floors. Fast service and many cash registers. Large selection of gaming articles and music from all genres. Another special feature is the diverse variety of kpop albums and merchandise such as calendars or magazines.

Madness. I thought electronics retailers with branches were dying out. But the store offers a lot more than just internet.

Huge mall of technology, music, electronics, video games and all derivatives. Absurd how many things they have, plus many things they make you try them including gaming chairs with all the settings to simulate driving on the road. A room with all the hi-fi systems and turntables, vinyl records and cds of any kind. The photographic department was absurd, I saw a lens that left me speechless.

If employees have no idea about their department, they should NOT work there. And above all have courtesy !!

Well, the salespeople do not know, they take the most expensive and they can not go wrong.

An employee who came to us tried to help us kindly although she didn't speak English well. I appreciate it so much. It was not like typical German customer service that ignores and being very unkind and rude to foreigners who don't speak german. Yes she was very kind but lack of information. I could try vacuum cleaner myself in mediamarkt so I could decide easily which one to buy.
If we can't try out, at least there should be more helpful information about each brands' bad point and good point like "this one is powerful, this one is light, etc." But instead she suggested me 2 vacuum cleaner saying "it's good, it's German brand" I really appreciate she tried to help but I don't just buy "made in germany" stuffs.
At the end, I tried to compare with Amazon reviews but it was hard.

Relatively wide sorted, but upscale price level, designed for the leisure user and just nothing special. If you know what you need and you need it fast ... Otherwise there are always better alternatives.

Impeccable as often. The Saturn has a good selection and the staff is friendly even in the early morning. Point deduction I have to give but that I had to listen in the search a louder conversation where 2 employees have talked bad about customers. In my opinion a no-go on the area where customers are present.

Good store with lots of products but beware because not all locations share the same pricing. Sometimes the same product can be cheaper at another Saturn location.

A good consultation later I stood with a 9 kg television in the train. Everything done right, dear Saturn, attentive and trained staff pays off. Only the extra warranty is sold too intrusive ...

If you know exactly what you need, then you're right. Otherwise too few staff to advise for the daily madness. The young sales people are almost always rushed and on the go. The older ones have more patience with the customers. I got advice about fridge and freezer combination from a more mature saleswoman. She had the patience to discuss the pros and cons. I bought then.
Otherwise everything was there, large assortment. Central
