Sellers did not come to us but we had to request them. We were told that there is only one seller who knows Apple and we have to wait for it. We tried unsuccessfully. He was busy with a single customer and family for over 45 minutes. We then went. It's a shame that the other sellers didn't even try. We are not very demanding and are well read in advance.
