Staff are very unhelpful. More interested in talking to each other than looking after customers.

In response to your question, I do not remember any particular staff except for one who showed me how to test if my phone would be charged on a pad charger. I was in the Mobiler phone section looking at a couple of particular items to purchase. When I "tried" to ask another staff member the difference between 2 chargers, I was brushed off without any explanation. Also, apart from that, I found any assistance really lacking. After watching the staff member walk away and talk to his colleague, I got the "message" and walked out to buy elsewhere. I live in a country where service and product knowledge lacks very much, but this was worse. Sorry, but my one and only visit to Saturn.
