One of the few electronics markets in Berlin with a really (almost) complete range. The best address for me if I absolutely want to take something with me. In many other markets there is usually only a small amount available and I can also order from the mail order from home.

Always very full, specially on saturdays. Hard to find service employees to get some help. Great selection of items and they mostly have the stuff on stock.

I went to Saturn with the aim of buying a laptop for myself and did a little "pre-schooling" beforehand in order not to buy something unprepared that I don't need for my needs.

Basically, you don't need any other electronics market, you can find everything from flashlights and laptops to CDs and DVDs.
The information in the CD department is able to fulfill any request.
In other departments, you should carry a lasso to find a seller.

During the last visit to Saturn, the few sellers were busy unpacking new goods. No seller ever asked if he could help. You don't always have to buy big TVs. Unfortunately, this visit was not a pleasant experience.

A Saturn stop, of course, designed for tourists who buy the expensive odds and ends, etc. The range of headphones for smartphones and CO is gigantic, for example. But otherwise prefer a branch far from the flow of tourists, since shopping is more relaxed.

When we asked an unmotivated / overworked co-worker if I could try on a watch in a particular color, he said: you can try on a watch in a different color (black specimen) and imagine what the blue looks like. When I said the watch has no battery (it was a smartwatch), came back the answer: "well, the functions are described and I can not load the clock now". Then he went. Then it was all over for me.
I wonder why there are local shops if you can not look at the products any more than you can with online shopping.
Anyway, the Lord gets a price for the employee of the month ...

This was the third Saturn in the city I visited looking for a specific type of heart rate monitor. I was immediately greeting when I entered the store and many of the staff seemed to speak English. I was pointed to the direction of the heart rate monitors and when I could decide, they allowed me to use one around the store for a few minutes, totally unsupervised. They were patient and not overbearing. I really enjoyed the shopping experience.

Saturn on Alex, here you are sometimes called a liar by staff if you describe a technical problem, this is done in the mobile phone department (devices). If you then objectively contact the business by email, you won't even get an answer. This is what customer loyalty looks like ... Fortunately, a few steps away there is a good alternative (yes I know that it is the same company)
