An employee who came to us tried to help us kindly although she didn't speak English well. I appreciate it so much. It was not like typical German customer service that ignores and being very unkind and rude to foreigners who don't speak german. Yes she was very kind but lack of information. I could try vacuum cleaner myself in mediamarkt so I could decide easily which one to buy.
If we can't try out, at least there should be more helpful information about each brands' bad point and good point like "this one is powerful, this one is light, etc." But instead she suggested me 2 vacuum cleaner saying "it's good, it's German brand" I really appreciate she tried to help but I don't just buy "made in germany" stuffs.
At the end, I tried to compare with Amazon reviews but it was hard.
