I wish I could leave 0 stars but I can't, I can't as the employee at the door cannot open his mind and show empathy and flexibility to a paying customer. Paying 60 euros and try to collect the online order seems too hard for the Saturn German employee even if another customer enter just few seconds before. I am gonna return the articles and never ever spent an euro inside any Saturn in Germany. I went all the way to the Saturn leaving in a rush going back home empyy handed. Danke Saturn.
