almost a month later and still not received the or...

almost a month later and still not received the order. No response via email; Also called several times and heard more than 20 minutes of "music" but no possibility to ask where the order is. In the meantime they have received the money for almost a month. Shameful the way they work at BK Cookware. Will I still have to go there to make a story ????
