Bought a set of 5 pots of which 1 is not good. Reported to BK via e-mail with photos. Receive a response stating that I will receive a new pan under the warranty after showing proof of purchase. Sent neatly together with address details. After 3 weeks, still nothing seen and no response to mail. Tried by phone and after sitting on hold for 20 minutes I am casually told that no new pan is sent. In the future I would rather spend my money on pans from another manufacturer that DOES provide service when a product is not good. It is a pity that you have to give at least 1 star in these situations because they are not worth it.
