Pan lid ordered and paid of course on 14-11-2020. ...

Pan lid ordered and paid of course on 14-11-2020. Sent an email after 2 weeks where the order remains. Answer: sorry problems in the warehouse, you will receive a tack & trace code within 5 days. That was already 2 weeks ago. No more response to e-mail, telephone is not answered. Very bad service. I am going to call in legal assistance or call the till. A disgrace!!!!
