Location is really convenient to get around in Bangkok as you have two different subway lines just around the corner (2min walk). The big downside is that the intersection is very busy all day making it very noisy. Unfortunately the windows do not isolate the noise very well. Staff is very friendly. Breakfast is okay.

Very good hotel in Bangkok, the pool is a bit small but considering the attendance of it (few people) it is not a problem.
Great location with the train just down the hotel and the metro within 5 minutes walk.
A big mall is right next door (Terminal 21) which is quite convenient.
The staff is nice and very professional.
The breakfast is top.
The rooms are spacious and the bedding very comfortable.
Just the "cleanliness" of the bathroom that leaves a little to be desired.

One of the best values for hotels in Bangkok it is at Asoke BTS station you take the sky bridge to the station no rain no traffic nothing the staff is friendly and the food is good the rooftop pool has an amazing view happy hour has wonderful hors d oeuvres drinks a genuine bargain here in Bangkok I highly recommend it

Stayed in the SkyRoom of this hotel on 31st floor. Room was clean and looked great, Perhaps the washroom walls were ill-painted for a hotel of this standard to have in their best room. View was amazing, hotel service was good (not exceptional). Easy check-in and check-out. 1000 Baht deposit is kept.
Would surely recommend anyone going as it is a good hotel with very reasonable price. Next to terminal 21 shopping centre and BTS train station.

Nice hotel located next to Sukhumvit road and is very near to Asok BTS station. A little hidden from the main road. The room is a little dark so a little difficult to work. Breakfast served at top floor with beautiful view of the city.

The staff was very kind. Location is the best near bts asok, mrt schumvit (it takes 1~2 minute for a walk) and soi cowboy of entertainment is around there, either. If you like these kinds of entertainment, i recommend this hotel.
Good breakfast, compliment water are 4 bottles for room i had stayed.

There was small accident, fire emergency bell rang early morning(05:20) on 13th sep 2019. That sometimes occured, i can read below reviews contained same thing.(means that was not first). And elevator is under construction during nearly every evening.

Staying with a welcome drink, convenient location, nearly 21 department stores, located in the near alley next to the road, the room is OK, but unfortunately there are 4 elevators, the whole floor has 39 floors but only a rather stuffy elevator is in use. It also caused congestion and waited for a long time! Check in 1606, 1607 for the connected family room, a double bed, two single beds, 1606 bath water is quite small, 1607 water flow is normal, sound insulation is not very good, the dialogue on the corridor, listening very clearly. Go to the 35th floor for breakfast. Once you enter the restaurant, the service staff will ask if you need tea or coffee.

Modern, clean hotel. Nicely decorated. Small building perimeter but goes high up. Each floor not many rooms so having pretty good privacy.
My room windows facing afternoon sun so writing table area getting pretty hot and warm, even though air condition running full speed and coldest.
See thru bathroom create some sort of special especially for couples.
Breakfast international style, nice view, restaurant is Michilin star rated.

24 hours gym letting us able to exercise any time.
Our room having lounge access but breakfast at lounge taking too long waiting time, end up we had our breakfast at common area.

Please don't go by the looks & Michelin tag. I'm really confused how Michelin has rated this hotel. V v bad service. Friendly but Untrained staffs. No ventilation and fresh air flow in the rooms. Bad AC. Not worth to stay in Sukumvit with real great choices.

This Hotel is one of the more unknown Hotels right in the City of Bangkok in between Sofitel, Sheraton and other famous Hotels. The biggest advantage: The Continent is located right next to Asok Station. Easy and immediate access to BTS and MRT, very close to the Shopping Mals Terminal 21 and Emporium and EMQuartier. The famous so called "Corner Suites" are amazing with a awesome view to the Asok cross road and the inner Skyline of Bangkok.
Near to the very big green Benjakitti Park and the famous Soi Cowboy, its easy to relax right besite the Hotel. The Buffet and Dinner Room is on the high level with a spectacular view to the Skycrapers of Bangkok. The diffeernt Bars in the higher levels will welcome you for the sunset with many kinds of Drinks, Cocktails and Soft- and Longdrinks.
Maybe you will have the impression, that the hotel is not as large as other big 5 stars hotels, but inside The Continent with all the facilities for relaxing, working, conferences and holidays - you will be surprised by this great experience you can have in The Continent Bangok, Asok. The German speaking Hotel Manager garanties a perfect place with best service.

2 lifts for 37 floors...... also put me in a smoking room when I booked non smoking. Other than that ok.

Maybe its price rather would have expected a little better performance, staff OK but the room smelled like no .. not fresh, for one night okay. The views up to the 18th floor were good. The hotel can be found next to Terminal 21 shopping center, Sky train and MRT stations.

Price performance super cool roofed with pool the restaurant and the bar are for German standards quite expensive but man gets what for his money who wants to treat yourself is right here

Luxury hotel in perfect location right next to Asok BTS station

Hotel was clean and well maintained. Linens and toiletries were good. Felt room size and toilet also bit small and uncomfortable. Food in 38th floor Thai Restaurant was tasty and delicious with pocket friendly price. Calls to Room Service not attended mostly. Front office managers are very much cooperative and friendly. What I liked most is it's great location. And another thing that they arranged a taxi to drop airport as per metre what most star hotels don't do. I liked my stay there and enjoyed the food. I recommend this hotel.

A wonderful place. The rooms are large and you have a great view over the city. Everything is very tastefully decorated and the breakfast buffet is a dream. I felt very comfortable and you like being a guest in this house. The staff is very friendly and helpful and the service really fantastic. I recommend the hotel.

The location is very good. The transportation is very convenient. Not far with mrt and bts, but the room is a bit narrower than expected.

Accessibility ~
Doesn t link to skywalk to terminal 21 but within close proximity which takes about 5 minutes to reach to the shopping mall. If you go to the adjacent building it bring you to the MRT directly through underground walkway. Of course you can choose to cross the main road other than skywalk and underground, but I wouldn t do that due to the traffic and polluted air .

Buffet breakfast from vegetarian perspective ~
With the price i paid, I find the breakfast is rather disappointing for a vegetarian like me. There isn t much to choose from, when there is already very limited options to begin with. Not much greens and the salad bar is just bare minimum.

I only like their fried tang Hoon with eggs and tofu dish which I am skeptical that the two dishes are really vegetarian or just without meat. While I suspect it s cooked with fish sauce and was not able to get the answer from the staff immediately, I am pleasantly surprised that the hotel took my query seriously and responded to me through a handwritten letter within the same day. I am relieved to know that they are cooked without the fish sauce!

I like the orange juice. They taste like they are fresh!

Fitness~
Rather small gym and limited for someone who like to workout. I hope they can consider extending the opening hour to beyond 6pm !

Songkram ~ oh no! Why are they having the party at the entrance of the hotel ! Not everyone like of getting wet and want to take part of it ! I certainly hope there s no one throw water at me as I warn them and walk in and out of the hotel !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I will get really mad at this

Great hotel! Small but very stylishly designed rooms. I've also visited the Medinii restaurant several times for both the Valentine's Day a la carte dinner set and the Italian lunch buffet and the food was delicious in such a nice ambiance - definitely worth the price! Their Axis & Spin bar also looks so timeless and classy - basically great design with great service. I would definitely recommend this to any of my friends :)

Nice pool, very good location, the view of the city from the rooms is superb. On the other hand the rooms are small and the waiting time for the lift is endless.

It is a small boutique hotel with very friendly and welcoming staff situated near the Terminal 21. Clean and friendly staff. The wifi works great in the entire hotel. The breakfast is good with a lot of choices. The swimming pool at the 37 floor has a beautiful view of the city of Bangkok.

I stayed in this hotel for 5 nights!(Feb/15~Feb/20/2020)

The first night, there was an COCKROACH CLIMBING UP MY BED!!! (Room#2801)
The front desk was trying to ask housekeeping to cleaning up my room!!!
But who else will stay in this room?
Therefore, I asked to change my room.
What a disgusting hotel!!!
Completely not worth it's price!!!

The third night, the housekeeping DIDN'T give me SHOWER GEL, SHAMPOO, BODY LOTION, SLIPPERS,and FINGERTIP TOWEL!!!

The forth night, the MATTRESS DIDN'T CHANGE!!!
I could see some hair on it clearly!(see attached pic)

The fifth night, NO HAND TOWEL, NO BOTTLE WATER!!!

I don't know that's happened to this hotel, but I do know these mistakes were unacceptable especially the housekeeping keeps made mistakes!!!
I managed an hotel long ago, but my housekeeping never make so many mistakes!!!!
They should make up it's SOP for housekeeping, otherwise, TOTALLY NOT WORTHY TO STAY IN THIS HOTEL!

Is a hotel with limited space on the Asoke area The entrance is small. Not good observation, may drive at all Parking is very small. It may be because the values in this area are quite expensive. And the target group of the hotel should be focused on foreign tourists and businessmen who have private cars Inside the hotel is decorated with modern luxury.

Nice hotel with nice staff. Great breakfast and great location. Got an upgrade room and the bed was wide and comfy.

Just a gorgeous hotel with a great location! The staff is super friendly and helpful and happy to organize whole days with you / for you! The pool on the 37th floor has an awesome view and there are not many guests there even though everything was fine. The breakfast is just as enjoyable as the sky room with a perfect view which simply takes your breath away through the large windows. All in all, it is only recommended!

Nice hotel, but to have only 2 lifts serving all levels is a pain

Location is close to BTS and subway station, the service was okay but wifi are very slow and most of the tv channel are either local channel only (in thai language) or the international channel are dubbed in thai ( including cartoon). So if you cant speak thai watching tv here is really a challenge.

3 days we have breakfast there (35th floor) and each morning the menu is the same but the food are wonderful. The view to the city is also nice.

I am staying in this hotel for many years, and even became a corporate guest. Overall the hotel has improved tremendously since the first day i stayed.
The location is the most ideal and convenient for couples, solo travellers, family with kids, with A big mall with cinema just walking distance away, local food eateries just outside the hotel, clean massage shops that are cheap too!
The rooms are big and spacious, with more than sufficient universal power plugs and clean toilets. Most importantly the WIFI is fast and stable! The breakfast food has a variety of selections which caters for both young and old. I would highly recommend the fried rice or flat noodles if you have the chance to try it.
Lastly, the staffs are very friendly and courteous. They go through the extra mile to make your stay a relaxing and comfortable experience. Special thanks to the GM Mr Jay & Jeep, Sales Pailin, Front Office Manager Fairy for always welcoming me with open arms and a big smile!

We stayed for two days at the hotel. We were greeted very politely by the staff upon arrival. The service was excellent - staff were friendly and was eager to help. The staff also speak very good English so it was very convenient for us. On the last day our taxi didn't arrive; the hotel staff offered to take us to the airport in their car for free. One of the greatest service we have experienced. Would definitely recommend

Continent Sky Room at The Continent Hotel
This room type is superb! Not only is it on higher floor giving guests a spectacular view, I also like the 'with our complimentary' mini bar in the room. Chocolate, snacks, fruits juice, nuts etc are all free, and are replenished daily until I checked out! Amazing! The bath tub is beside the wall-sized windows allowing a bubble bath with full city view! What's more is the inclusion of complimentary happy hours! I spent my happy hours at their sky bar and enjoyed a beautiful sunset all free of charge! The cocktails were very nice too!

Breakfast is very good and the staff are really nice.

Positive:
- Located directly on the Asus BTS Station and Sukhumvit Metro Station
- Shopping Mall Terminal 21 directly across the street
- good standard of the rooms
- very good service
- extensive breakfast
- nice roof pool

Disadvantage:
- The convenient location has the high volume to the detriment
- The number of pool chairs at the pool is very small
- Room / furniture partly already a bit worn

We misunderstood it to be a 5* hotel while booking. It's not a 5* hotel. At best its a better version of Ibis hotels. The breakfast was good. Location is also good.

It is a good hotel. Located a few meters from the sky train station and the Terminal 21. The attention of the staff is adequate, the cleanliness excellent and the rooms very nice and modern, especially the bathrooms. They leave fresh fruits in the room in the afternoon and breakfast is very good. I do not give perfect score because compared to other 5 star hotels it is a little short, perhaps because the hotel seems small, the pool is small and with glass that spoils the views. In short a very good option and cheaper than other 5 stars

Good place to stay. Stylized spacious room with big window. Superb location; in the middle of city, near BTS and Terminal21 shopping mall. Too bad that it was rainy that day so I cannot fully enjoyed the swimming pool. The panoramic view on the rooftop is stunning.

Not that great business hotel but it s nice

We were upgraded upon arrival so I'm not sure which room type we ended up in but it was lovely. Our room was up high enough for a good view and the shower had both an adjustable showerhead and a rainshower in it. The rainshower head could have used a bit of a scrub as some of the holes were a bit clogged but a quick wipe with a towel solved that. The room had a glass wall between the shower and bedroom with blinds that could be opened and shut which was wonderful. And finally the complimentary breakfast was delicious and had a grand view. I would certainly consider staying here again.

5 star hotel near Asok station..Friendly staff and nice view from the room. Wouldn't it be small for a five-star scale? SKY Club Benifit offers a one-way ride to the airport. There is also a Lounge on the 37th floor. I will choose again next time. And the staff named Phim is really nice !!! The breakfast is great.
